Do not look any further for a storage facility. We originally booked another company, got to the unit and immediately cancelled because it was awful. Public storage was the complete opposite. It is secure, clean, and the staff is incredible . Jackie is a blessing and one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. The only downside is that the facility isn’t accessible 24/7 but honestly, I’d prefer the more limited hours for top notch services and facilities . I cannot emphasize enough how stress free and wonderful the experience here was . And if you want to make your storage move even easier, hire piece by piece movers !

Rented a unit here for a few months. The facility is spotlessly clean. My belongings were in perfect shape safely stored in the climate controlled building. The gate was easy to use as is the app and billing. Jackie the cleaning lady was also a pleasure to chat with when she passed by. I would definitely use this location again!

This review is for Jackie and Alicia. I had to bring my friend to pick up some of her belongings at The Quincy Storage unit. As I sat in the car I watched this one staff member who I believe is named Jackie help about 5 different people. She was so kind and helpful to them. She was extremely compassionate and helpful. She held the door for them and asked how their day was and always said have a nice day. She had a cleaning cart and I asked her if she had a extra disposable mask. She politely said no but she said I will go get you one in the office. She was pleasant and had a nice smile. Alicia I believe was working in the office and provided her with a mask for me. I do not rent a storage unit at this location which is on Washington St., Quincy but I recently helped a friend move stuff in there. First of all, the woman Jackie was over the top nice and the place was just immaculate. I really couldn’t believe how clean and organize this place looked for being a storage unit .If I ever do need a storage unit I will certainly come here !!

This is my second time renting from this location. The first time was obviously good. However the second time I worked with an Awesome woman named Alicia. It was late in the day and the location was about to close. However, Alicia went the extra 2-3 miles and made everything happen. Not only happen but happen smoothly, friendly, and beyond courteous. I dont know if its possible but I would request working with her if possible. My wife and I were a little wired due to moving (as everyone who has moved knows it sucks). She handled our craziness with finesse and ease. Bottom line.....The place itself is clean and safe and you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your stuff. But, when you get someone like who went so far above and beyond I would recommend this place over and over again to anyone looking for a place to rent for storage purpose.Thank you again Alicia, you rock, and your nails looked fly also.Crews Family.

My first time renting from Public storage. Danielle, at the front desk was tremendously helpful. Just when I thought all would continue to go wrong Danielle came to the rescue making it a breeze to secure my storage unit in a timely manner. Danielle’s work associate was also very friendly they were both very helpful and welcoming. Clean, spacious and very friendly. Highly recommend renting a storage unit from them.

Its fing ridiculous trying to access the building during the limited access of 6pm. And 5pm on weekends? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!I will also include a mass complaint of raising rent twice during a pandemic.The location staff is GREAT. So this will be changed to 5 stars once management manages better and puts it back the way it was and starts caring about customers.

Excellent experience! This is my first time using a storage facility and it exceeded my expectations! Alicia was very nice and professional. She gave me a tour, helped me understand how to access to my storage unit, and also shared some great tips with me! The storage facility was clean, had great lighting and has easy to access from the elevators. Cant wait to start using it!

Front door has camera that make me feel safe. The most important time is Alicia is very professional and patient. This place has always been spotlessly clean and well organized in the storage hallways and in the office. Entrance and exiting are easy and carts and dollies are available to move large or numerous items. But today I want to give a big shout out of praise for Jackie. I’m moving this week and realized that I was uncertain which of my keys was the unit key or even whether I had lost that key. So I gathered all my keys together thinking I would have an hour from 5 until 6. I had forgotten that Sunday they close at 5 and arrived at 458 exactly. Fortunately although the business office was closed Jackie observed my gestures of “how could I have been this stupid” and put out her head and asked what’s up. She asked my unit # then said ok go and do it check the keys snd come straight back because we are supposed to be closed. I did that. I met her in the elevator as it arrived at my floor where I surprised her wiping something off the elevator wall. She asked if I had any luck I showed her one that would fit in but not turn and she took a look at my set of keys. It’s none of those she said I’ll show you what it will Look like. We went down to the office and she pulled out the right type snd suggested I photograph it. So now I have something definite to check again for around the house. She also explained my alternative solutions. She did all this cheerfully and expressing empathy for my situation. I apologized for keeping her late. As a rule I do not like keeping employees late. Here I was overwhelmed by her using basically her own time to solve myProblem or clarify it on the spot. It’s the kind of thing a customer does not forget. Thank you for hiring and retaining and hopefully promoting her. She obviously is very loyal to the organization and it’s mission and puts customers first, before herself.

Its nice and clean but they changed the hours so you cant access it until 9:30. It closes at 5:30. Hours were changed drastically in October. They said it was because people were sleeping in there. Well you got cameras. Go back and see whos doing it. Dont punish everyone. Otherwise good

Good place to store your stuff for a while

My experience with Public Storage was amazing from start to finish! I’m moving across the country and had to store my items last minute due to the moving truck being behind schedule (separate service) - I was able to reserve a ground level storage the day before I needed it, and there was no stress or pushback with my odd requests of third party moving companies picking up our items, and a family member being the one accessing our storage unit. I only needed the unit for one day, and Alicia went ahead to close out the storage unit for me!!! I am beyond happy with their services and employees! Alicia gave us some peace of mind to what was a rocky start to our move,

I had stopped by, for just information because I could t figure out size I needed. Alicia was very informative and attentive to my needs and showed me exactly what I needed at a great price. So I rented the unit immediately. The building is immaculate well light and the hours work great with my schedule.Alicia is a great customer service Representative I highly recommend public storage.

Access to the storage with the app is easy as pie, the property is well maintained and the staff super friendly. The associate Alicia had me set up in my storage locker in no time flat.

I am a long term storage unit customer. The employees are very polite and customer friendly. Id like too highlight Carol Ann, she made me feel at ease and was willing to go out of her way to accommodate me. Shes great.

The overall experience was great, Alicia was very helpful. I got a great deal for a 5x5 on the website. Im docking a star because the website did not mention what kind of lock was needed and also I should have guested but they also require insurance on the unit. They do offer both services at time of checkout. You need your own cylinder lock or you can purchase one on the spot for $19.99 YMMV and for me I was able to get insurance for an extra $15/mo that covers up to $5k YMMV. They also provide moving carts when available. Overall the place is clean.

Called today because I thought I forgot to make my payment. Spoke with Jackie she is super friendly turns out my next payment isn’t due until next month. I always get exceptional service when dealing with this location. This place is also always clean.

Not bad, depending upon what size you are looking to rent and it also depends upon the site management staff and who is there ...but when the prices start taking up over $100 a month thats when you have to ask yourself, is it worth it?

My mother and I recently got a storage unit to store majority of my college stuff that doesnt fit in my apartments storage. The person that helped us through the process, Jordan, was extremely helpful and patient with us. Has great customer service skills. Also, the rates for units are probably the best deal you will get close to Boston.

Honest business great experience

This is a good company to deal with. The day I signed up for my unit I had to settle a past due bill and the unit I needed still had the old customers lock on it. Jordan helped me settle my past due bill and Linden the general manager went up and cut the abandon lock off the unit so I could start moving in the next day. This is customer service you dont see much of any more. Thanks to the team at 26911.

Alicia and Jamie were beyond helpful! They took their time and walked me through everything I needed to know. I changed my plans on them several times and they were patient and understanding. I couldn’t be happier with their services and I’m so excited to begin my rental membership with Public Storage in Quincy.

I booked this unit based upon the posted hours. Rented a truck, moved my entire life down here only to find a little sign on the door that had dramatically different hours. They sent 3 confirmation letters, all with the times listed on the website. They changed their hours in OCTOBER, and refuse to tell their customers any other way than just to show up and be screwed. They cost me an entire days work and an extra day of truck rental. I wrote an email that got no response, i did the survey, got no response. The management is incredibly irresponsible. Rent somewhere else and avoid the hassle.
