These days, u just never know the luck u will have in finding what u need. A whirlpool ice maker coil for the ice maker was a one in a million shot that they actually had it. One look at my old part and the demonstration his knowledge.He had the replacement coil, a new one for more than fair price: $20.These are young guys, not old like me. A small clean, corner store with good quality appliances that I will remember when the time arrives for replacing my washing machine or refrigerator.

A-1 Appliances has fixed our dryer on two separate occasions. They are reliable, reasonable and came out to fix it within a day or two of our call. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Horrible experience. We bought our washer and dryer from them. The washer stoped working. They came and ‘fixed’ it. It’s broke again and they don’t seem to want to honor their warranty. We call they don’t answer or they do, set up a time to check it out and then no show. I’m truly surprised they are still in business. Avoid at all costs ! They will not honor a warranty like they should. They don’t seem to care about keeping loyal customers or their own reputation.

1 star is to much id give them 0 stars if i could. Seemed like a decent place whem i bought a used dryer thru them. Dryer came with 6 month warranty so when it broke i never thought it would be a issue. Broke they sent someone out about a week later said it was fixed it wasnt. Called to tell them they had to come back said they would be there thursday or friday. Never came and never called. Called them the following week multiple times no call back. Then the following week the sent someone out replaced another part still didnt work. They said they would look into what else it could be.Its now been almost 3 additonal weeks of me trying to get them to fix it or just give me my money back . They are never there never return calls very unprofessional. Not to mention it when i wss there last week during business hours the store was locked and an empolyee was on a beer run avoiding potential customers . Highly recommended goimg elsewhere

I have been dealing with Rock for over 15 years and he is the best around!!! Would never go to anyone else for used appliances and service! Amazing service and products! Courtesy staff too!

Made an appointment with them to go look at my washer. They never showed up; called them many times and they never returned my calls. I agree with the person that said: they don’t care about gaining more customers nor their existing ones.

BEWARE!!! This appliance place will take your money and run. I paid them twice and they didnt know what was wrong with the refrigerator and took my money twice!!! Then I had someone else come out and diagnose the refrig and then called them back and told them to order the part and come fix it and they refused. They do not care either.

Same day service! Respectable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very fast!

My experience with A-1 was terrible Tried to fix my refrigerator couldnt Then sold me one of theirs for 225dollars in July 2020 with 6 month warranty started having in November 2020 they came out when I called next day said it was due to a mouse said they fixed it and didnt still not freezing call, stopped by office never returned my calls talked to them said they called back never reaped me off they are terrible my advice pay more and get some honest

A-1 Appliance is highly recommened by me. I own some properties and tony( owner) has very clean nice appliances with a great warranty. Great delivery service at no charge for what i bought.
