Its enormous. Its convenient in that you can get EVERYTHING for any DIY/home improvement project you might have. It might be a bit too big...whether that is a positive or negative depends upon you. I havent been to any other Home Depot...but I assume they are all almost identical.

Nothing like buying a “brand new” Milwaukee Impact that’s clearly used. Took it back and they DID exchange it for another “new” one that didn’t have any writing on it.

The Home Depot is always my first choice when I have any kind of home improvement project to tackle. The store is kept fairly clean, and is usually well stocked, but getting a helpful employee is sometimes hit or miss. Also, the Home Depot has jumped on the bandwagon of having mostly self service checkouts.

I came in for a pick up order and the order I received was incorrect. They were quick to help fix the problem and not only did I leave with products I needed, but due to the AWESOME customer service, Ill be shopping here much more often!

Helpful, polite, and affordable.That is the simplest way I can explain my experience with them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future.

We had ordered a ramp online and had it delivered to the store. I tried the curbside service and checked in on the app well 20 minutes went by and nothing. I had to go in the store and finally got someone to bring out my order. Whats the since of offering curbside service if you dont follow up on it.

I like going here to get things but I also like that I can bring my dog, she gets out, she likes walking around and just watches and sniffs the air as people walk by. The staff is friendly and all before petting or approaching her, as she is a nice dog but can be protective of me by her. She could just sit in one spot and watch everyone and smell the air of she could lol

Home Depot has pulled through. They had a hot water heater almost an exact match to the one thats going. I gave them 4 stars because they should relocate to Kenosha. There is plenty of room left on Green Bay Road.

I loved coming here to get paint, but after today I wont be coming back. Customer Service in the paint section was terrible, two people working. The older lady was helping the phone rang she answered while in the middle of “our” conversation, the younger lady just stood there. I would also like to point out I was the only one there needing assistance. Need to do better Home Depot. Im not the one that makes a scene in public but if I am not valued as a customer then I dont go back.

Went here to check out the floor tile selection and was not disappointed. Fully stocked, competitive pricing, and almost 2 full aisles to choose from. It was nice to see in person, as it was the type of purchase you cant really make online. The cashier at the checkout was very helpful and friendly.

You look for help you say something and they take ok employees dont know the products they say dont know and wont look for someone to help them l have to try to get someone myself to get help and they dont know either poor customer service

I love their selection and service but I Loathe their website. I think some sale guy runs their website not an I.T. guy. When I try to. Look deeper at.any give product it immediately kicks me over to Frequently Bought To Heather and I have to dig my way to find more info. Half the time the info I find is frivolous fluff. I want to know the exact sizes of your what ever wrench set not between this and that and oh you should buy this and that .

Never went and their closed. Not because of me.

Home depot is the place to go to for products for your home I purchased all of my tools for my yard from here and I havent had any problems with my tools the customer service is amazing yesterday I needed some shelves cut to fit my cubbard my handy man measured the size shelves I needed cut and we went to Home Depot to get them cut they fit perfectly in my cubbard so I was able to get that project done yesterday now Im going to be moving on to my next project

Gary in Home and Garden department did an excellent job sharing his product knowledge with me so i bought the right electric mower. Not only was he helpful with that, he also brought it up front for us. We love our new mower and all tge things Gary told us was true. We also bought out side lights for our house which look amazing.

Nice upgrades to stock and checkouts. Dont be afraid of the self serve lanes, easy breezy. Garden center is really nice and well stocked. A Tulip and Pear tree are coming home with me today.

Terrible customer service. Made my elderly mother wait outside in the 85 degree heat for 30 minutes trying to fix a problem. Entire time, employees and customers were wearing their masks wrong or not at all and the manager right in front of me wasnt enforcing the mask mandate. Filing a complaint with the Racine County Health Department tomorrow.

After people enter with a mask, they remove the mask. Asked an employee who was looking at the customer with no mask and Did nothing! She turned to another employee and they both walked away. Seems like all the signs are for decorating.

The employees are very unorganized. It was a nightmare with any large purchases made during preparing a house for sale. We NEVER had any problems with Menards. Customer service at Home Depot needs a lot of work.Except for Tyler at the customer service desk. He was ALWAYS kind and smiled no matter what I had going on.One time an employee next to him sighed as she was trying to take care of a customer and announced very loud that she was going on break after THIS one. I felt bad for the customer but also was in very similar situations many times with them before.

The fellow in lumber was most helpful getting wood cut to my specifications.

All Refrigerators on floor out of stock. No one will even wait on you. The lady one phone. Just says oh we do not have those. Left got a great deal somewhere else.

Ive barely been in Home depot but I noticed they have some stuff that lowes and menards dont, so Ive been keeping them in mind when I cant find something. Also, you can rent some pretty serious equipment. I really liked their app and curbside pickup.

Home Depot always has good selection of what I need. I ordered a deck box online, for in store pick up, and it was available very quickly. I also ordered a Coleman portable tabletop grill and it shipped to me 10 days earlier than predicted! Yay!

Had to truck outta my way looking to obtain a product my 2 Local Improvement Stores just didnt stock. Arrived not long after the store opened, rather nice and quiet with a handful of customers. Had a vague idea where I needed to wander and once at the isle i quickly found everything i needed. Staff was friendly when I enquired about a specific quality product to apply one part of my purchased items. Dont normally go this far out of my way but the store is rather nice as well as Dog friendly. Their Garden Center had an outstanding variety of everything as well. I may have to keep my mind open to seldom change more often, great day out and enjoyable little ride and a happy successfull shopping experience.

I love going to the Home Depot they have everything and the staff is always very professional. However, on my last visit I was looking for a gas regulator for my grill, and when I asked this lady in one of the aisles for help to find what I was looking for, she was rude and dismissive. I will continue to shop there I dont think one bad employee that probably was having a bad day reflects the spirit of the whole company
