Well maintained store. Friendly associates. If you are looking for something in particular, it is best to check ahead before making the trip. With the worldwide shortage in Tech, inventory can be a little short sometimes. Still, a good store with decent prices.

Jon B the store manager was amazing explaining all the TVs and differences between them. We felt very confident with our choice. Our best buy in home rep was Andy who came out the same day to ensure our wall and space was adequate for the install. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Best Buy has really stepped up to very high quality customer service.

I. Any believe. A great corporate like Best Buy hire people that don’t want to work.I walked in and as soon I walked someone asked how can we help you I indicated am here to purchase a pc. His respond was we have few reps. In the area they will help you. I went and waited 20 minutes til someone came and asked if I need help I indicated with yes. He walked away I waited another 15 minute. Then I walked out. Even thought the store was empty from customers.I chooses one star because it’s the lowest you can choose

Very unhappy with experience. Went to purchase 2 cell phones and waited patiently for about 40 minutes in a chair by cellular desk. I finally was asked if I needed help with something. I responded I wanted to purchase 2 cell phones. The associate went to get someone to help out and then went back to helping another customer without saying anything else to me. I sat patiently for about another 15 minutes and nobody came to help me out so I left. I very seldom write 1 star reviews but the service was not good at all and someone should address this issue with the staff in the cellular phone area. At least, they could have said hello and they would be with me as soon as they finished with the customer they were working with rather just ignoring me. I went to another place that sells cellular phones and got all the info I was looking for and will most likely be purchasing the phones there.

Had a worker ask if I needed help finding anything as soon as I walked in the door. Told him I was looking for an AV to HDMI converter. He told me they didn’t have that and it would be hard to find without even looking it up in the system. Walked through the store to find that they did, in fact, have exactly what I was looking for.

Went in looking for appliance items there was no one working in appliance video games TVs or towards the front of the store even when I went to ask for help all I got was a stair and then an employee walking away. I asked for help and was eventually told that no one was staffed in those areas. As someone who worked for Best Buy in the past this should not be frankly the GM should be removed if he’s not going to schedule appropriate coverage

My long drive to get my Kindle repaired was a disaster. I didnt get the repair and was treated inconsiderately by the man at the front entrance. We had angry wordsGiven I was struggling to stand on a walker during the entire exchange, I shockedby this treatment. My Kindle is not repaired, but I will not go to Best Buy again. Unsatisfactory

Store only open by appointment. Purchased cell phone online, only curbside pick up. Picked up phone went in for help with activation. Was told by guy from phone department that We dont do that. Even though they have done it for me many times. Have Geek Squad tech support I pay $200 a year for. Was told by phone guy Geek Squad wont do it either. Will NEVER buy any more large ticket items from Best Buy again.

I dont know why anyone shops at best buy anymore. I went to Greenfield and the Racine store and had to do my own research before I went. I knew that they had the product in stock but the associate didnt. I remember going to Best Buy was the best place to get your information and get your research information. Sorry best buy ☹

Walked into the Apple store with a broken phone. Showed them the phone & we discussed my apple care. They told me I had to have an appointment, but since I bought the phone at Best Buy I could go there to get it taken care of. Made an appointment with Best Buy of Racine, which is an hour from my house because it’s the ONLY place that had an appointment. Drove all the way down & they refused to take it. Complete waste of my time....3 hours of my day AND all the gas money for driving. Communication between companies & what’s acceptable with things like this should be consistent across the board. I’d like to be reimbursed for my time & gas.

We purchased a refrigerator on Friday and delivery was set up for Tuesday. We took everything out of the old one and when the 3rd party delivery people got there they said they didn’t know how to install it? We order a replacement water line that that had because the store said we needed a new one. They got back in there truck and left without a word. When I called the store 4 times then the geek squad 3 times and was hung up on then a spoke with a man named Devin extremely rude said it was our fault and refused to let me speak with a manager. Then transferred me to someone else to be told that I have to go in the store to reschedule the delivery. Even though I didn’t cancel it now we are being told that it will be Friday. This has been the absolute worse Customer Service experience and I will never go back again. These new refrigerators cost over $2200 and this is the kind of treatment you get. Just sorry not to mention the all the food that went bad and the time off of work. No follow up nothing. Horrible Customer Service especially from the Geek Squad call center Devin no empathy over talking me and blaming us for the new people with no experience then sent for the instal. Good luck if you go there.

I really like going there because the staff is trained, well informed and usually conscious of good customer service. Although lately (4-5 weeks) they have had a very low inventory.Having been home, like most of us during this time, I have been working on some projects, improving my internet transmission, installing smart devises, upgrading home electronics etc. Unfortunately most of the electronics I purchased I had to find at alternative sources because Best Buy did not have them and still do not have them in.It is disappointing. It makes you wonder of the state of Best Buy: are they wanting to close many of their walk- in stores and become more of an internet distribution site. Cutting their overhead and not having a well trained staff for personal service?

Horrible experience!! Purchased an item for curbside pick up, product was not available in my local store so I waited 2 weeks for them item to arrive. Well today I’m supposed to pick it up and they tell me it was never processed and they did nothing with my order. They managed to keep my $1k but couldn’t manage sending my item. Call customer service they say oops my bad and telll me it will be another 2 weeks before I get my item and they have no way to send it faster. For a multi million dollar company I did it hard to believe they can’t do anything to get this item here faster then 2 weeks. Be very cautious with this company and don’t trust what the store employees tell you. Never again!!!!!

The service itself warrants a higher rating but, if youre buying anything over a hundred bucks plan to be there a while. It seems like they have to jump through hoops to work their computer and system. Always getting other employees and a manager or three to check you out.The thing that is the worst about Best Buy these days is that they dont have the Power they used to have with the manufacturers that they sell. This is the whole reason that I shop there. If they CANT get a manufacturer to sell them the items needed to repair what they sell then there is no longer a point to go there.

Employeee assistance to customers is minimal here. Cant ever seem to find anyone to help with questions! Its like they run away once they see you coming.Appliance sales manager kept trying to sell me a different style fridge even though i specifically wanted counter depth. Also couldnt figure out how to order LP conversion kit for the stove. Told me to pick a black stainless microwave instead of reg stainless cuz thats all that was in stock.Gave up and went to Grand Appliance. Have to wait an extra 2wks and pay a bit more, but worth it in the end. Sorry best buy, you made it too hard for me to give you my money.
