Kevin and the rest of his team have been extremely helpful throughout the process of fixing my power assist steering. He was up front on the prices which were within the lower end when looking at online estimates. He took the time to show me which parts were needing to be replaced and explained their jobs to the car, which I greatly appreciated. He was able to find parts that fit my Saturn Vue in which many parts were discontinued. The full Meineke team has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to my schedule.

Went to get emissions done, or to at least make an appt... They took my keys and had someone do it immediately!!!So, for that reason I give them 5 stars... Having service here I dont know how I would rate it as the Lobby area had no chairs, was very dirty, and very small. Now I realize that it being Covid-times that it might be difficult for them to keep chairs 6apart and cleaned, and it IS a mechanical shop... But many repair shops keep their lobby NOT look like the shop itself (with grease smears and carbon stained walls) and 2 chairs would fit, so with some Lysol it COULD be managed, esp since some people dont have someone else available to pick them up while you wait for a repair...But- since MY experience was so great, 5 stars from me!!! Both owner and Mechanic were both so pleasant and cared about their job- I WOULD try them for service... As long as I brought a folding chair or had a ride back home.

I used to love them here until today. I had an appointment to figure out why my car wasn’t blowing hot air and the manager acted like I was bothering him and was very short with me. I never had a problem with the service here, but today, I got in my car and cried. He said if the thermostat was changed already then there was nothing they could do. If I am paying the money to have my car looked at, then please do what I am paying you to do. I will NEVER come back here.

This location is fantastic! I went for an oil change and emissions test. The staff was professional and engaging. No one tried to up-sell me. Everyone from the owner, the manager to the techs had a great attitude, wanted to help and made me feel like I was a customer for 15 years. Definitely will be back.

What made this experience five stars, was the above average customer service! The front desk agent was welcoming, informative and honest. I was not put into a high pressure situation for service upgrades or made to feel that I had to purchase alternative products. The pricing was lower than other local retail oil change companies. They were fast and efficient! I will definitely bring my vehicle back for its next routine service!

They were quick to get me in and my truck was finished when he said it would be. The man who answered the phone and waited on me was very personable and had a nice sense of humor. He also made sure I knew what else needed to be done and gave me an estimate for that service. I’ll definitely go back!

My family was stranded in Wisconsin during our family vacation so we had our car towed to Meineke. Unfortunately, they were just closing so they couldn’t fix our car then. However, they were so kind and went out of their way to give my family of 6, all waters and drive us to a nearby hotel. If it weren’t for them, my family would have been stranded. In addition to their kindness, they also diagnosed the issue, ordered the part needed to fix the car, and fixed it, all in half a day. I would highly recommend Meineke.

When I first came in I almost left because of the owner ignoring me while on a personal call. However, Kevin came in and resolved the situation immediately in a very friendly and quick manner. The tire repair was incredibly quick and the guy who did it had us laughing about the high quality of the plug. Kevins son was there too and he was so incredibly friendly to my 4 year old and they had a fun time hanging out which made the experience even more enjoyable. THANK YOU KEVIN AND TEAM!

I had a very good service experience with them. They are honest when it comes to changing any parts in your vehicle. They will visually present anything they dont feel is good and ask for your opinion on if we want to change it or not without pressurizing you. Excellent service!

The service was fantastic! I needed a muffler that was impossible to find as I had checked other businesses.But these guys went way out of there way to find one and fix my vehicle the same day I brought it in! They showed and explained what was wrong and what my vehicle needed. Everyone there was so friendly and as I waited I could see how great they treated all of their customers. I got my car back and my passenger side mirror was deeply scraped. Looks like alongside a concrete wall. Unfortunately I did not notice this until a couple days later. The brakes work though

I got my emissions test here in less than 5 minutes! And the Owner informed me that I could get my tags there too ... super friendly and helpful as my tags were expired. He saved me an extra trip to the DMV.

The people here are upstanding, they go way beyond to help you,our car had to be towed in from Illinois and Kevin the manager stayed after work to be there when our car arrived, then he didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need but was honest about what needed to be done to make it safe. Then to top it off when it was done they gave us the total and it was less then they guessed at this is why we take all our cars there and we dont trust anyone but Kevin and his crew! The best part of all this the owner, Kevin and the crew all treat us like we are family, by that I mean if they dont feel safe using your vehicle to transport their family they wont let you use it to transport yours! If you want your car fixed and done right bring it here! I wont go anywhere else again!

They put me back on the road with the brake line still leaking. Line hanging down off of the bottom of the truck. Had to make a 4 hour drive back home on a Sunday. Stopping to add brake fluid all the way. Now have had my truck in a Meineke in my state for 2 weeks. Waiting for them to authorize warranty repair. Horrible! Endangered my and my nieces lives!

Had a puncture in my tire. They fixed it without an appointment and checked all of my other tires to make sure I would be good. They were fast friendly and had a great price!!

Not his fault...Poor guy in charge.I stopped for emissions test. Told theyd be with me right away. In the meantime, he was short a worker who just didnt show up. Then he had to explain to another customer why he couldnt just reset her airbags, that shed probably have to replace them. Meanwhile his manager shows up on crutches. Swear this is all true..Despite all of this (over 30some minutes) he takes care of my car, which passes emissions test, gives me my new tag and then has to explain to me how the State makes it impossible for him to do ANYTHING to my vehicle if hed just run emissions test on it.Bottom line - in the face of less than ideal circumstances the man did a GREAT job of keeping his cool, offered great advice to customers and performed his (and others) job. Hope the manager appreciates him.

Was rather happy to be in and out in less than 30 mins for an emissions test and registration renewal after one of the techs gave me a wait time of 45mins which wasnt bad considering i needed to run a few errands anyways

Got alignment done, wheel is slightly going left, car is pulling to right still a tiny bit. Alignment was better then it was originally for sure.

I had my brakes replaced on my car last week. After I took my car back, there was some sort of issue to my electric parking brake, and it got stuck when I was going fishing 2hrs away from home. So I had to have my car towed all the way there back to Meineke which costs more than $500. And here is why Im giving 5 STARS! THEY REIMBURSED ME RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM!!! I definitely put 6 stars if I could because of their customer service. Ive been to many shops before, and when it comes to refunds/reimbursements, their customer service went down like stock market crash during Covid19! Love these guys much much!!

I had an oil change and tire valve done. The staff were friendly and laughed at my humor, I was funny.They are very good at what they do and the price was really awesome. I would tell people to see them for any vehicle maintenance, and crack a joke or two!

I reached out to Meineke desperate for someone to help me with my car. It was making an ungodly noise that was getting worse. Meineke took care of me from the start! They found the problem was my exhaust had to be replaced. Not a small piece, but a large section was rotted out. I was mentally prepared for a large repair bill, but was pleasantly surprised that it was reasonable! Less than I expected and it now purrs like a kitten! And all done in 3 hours or so. Thank you Meineke for taking care of me and my ride!!!! And for not sending me to the poor house!!!

This is the third time that weve used meineke and theyve always been very professional and gotten the jobs done quickly would recommend them to anyone! Adding to a previous review.... Once again found myself in dire need of quick service and the Meineke team stepped up and got my work truck fixed for me in just a day after I had a COMPLETE brake failure in my 1 ton dually work truck!!!!! I lost all brakes and emergency brake at 50 miles an hour blowing through a red red light onto Green Bay Road at rush hour!!! God was looking out for me I hit nobody but a lot of cars were locking up their brakes to avoid hitting me as I swerve through the intersection to the shoulder not being able to stop these guys got my truck into the shop that afternoon and by the next morning had everything fixed and Im back running and finishing up my jobs that I needed to get done thanks so much guys appreciate you!!!

They diagnosed the engine light that was on and repaired it the same day. Manager Kevin was outstanding and helpful as he always is when I go to him . The price was good. I highly recommend go see Kevin at 21st and Greenbay Rd in Racine when you have a problem with your vehicle

After a few failed attempts on getting my ac working in my car, (other places) I decided to have meineke take a look as they are my go to guys for my oil changes. They got my car right in and diagnosed it within an hour. I was able to being it back the next day and have them do the work. They not only completed it under the estimate I was given, but also in less time. Kudos to you all. Meineke associates are honest people and they have excellent customer service. I will be going back for any future needs and will recommend to everyone I talk to.

This Meineke has been my go-to shop for quite a few years. If you have been there you may have noticed the lot is always full, and they are usually pretty busy. Well, there is a reason for that: excellent service. I have gone there for everything from a simple oil change or brake job, to clutch and flywheel replacement. Kevin and the rest of the crew have proven to be extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest when servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done. Honest answers and fair prices, you cant go wrong.

Shop put on a performance muffler that I brought in and performed great work.

It is hard tó leave a glowing review when you just dropped near 1100 but I can. the rear brakes on my ford E250 were shot. They showed me the problem on the hoist (rarely done in this day and age) gave me a price and stuck to it. I noticed that the brake line to the front was on a bad way they tried to save it and did the extra work at a reasonable price to replace it to the master cylinder. and I am back on the road in the time promised. over all not a bad experience I will bring my next repair to Meineke

I was in a hurry to get my tire fixed because there was a nail in it I had already went to several other places to see if I could get it repaired because I had a doctors appointment in Milwaukee that was a must that I get to because Im disabled and when I called to find out if they were available the gentleman was so accommodating and said bring it on in we will make sure that you have it done before you go so that you will have your doctors appointment early. And sure enough I was actually 15 minutes early to my doctors appointment you dont find customer service like I got yesterday ever. I will definitely be back and if you want good customer service at a good price make sure you go there because they are so nice and so accommodating and I really appreciate it. Brought my car in for an inspection, immediately noticed that the front desk and no one had a mask on. I can understand the lack of social distancing, it’s a small shop, but no workers wearing a mask in a very tight space will make the pandemic last longer.

They seem competent enough and they are Pleasant to deal with. They also seem to care about not charging too much for a repair. But, the AC work I needed done was too much for them. If they had done the AC work I would have given them a five star rating.

I drive for a living using my vehicle. And when I got a hole in my muffler, I was seeing $ signs disappear. I needed my vehicle! I called Meineke, got an appointment for the next morning (imagine my surprise!) and my vehicle wias finished in a half hour!! Wow! It never sounded better. I definitely will be back.

Dont bother trying to get your emissions test done here. Too busy to answer their phone and then when I got there they say theyre too busy to do an emissions test for me. What a joke. I wont be returning.

I am really happy with this shop. The staff I really friendly and honest. Both times I have brought my car in it has been last minute emergency and they have always seen me and taken good care of my vehicle. I have had both my rear and front breaks done. They have offered the best pricing and if they have a coupon or deal available they automatically apply it I didn’t even have to ask. Both times unscheduled they have finished my car in under 45 mins. Highly recommend!

I strongly caution anyone looking to buy a car and they need a bit of time to think through the purchase if they intend to deal with this dealer. They won’t take holding payments, are extremely ignorant to haggle with, and will sell a car you are intent on buying out from under you.

I have never in my life had such amazing, personal service! I called to get a quote about my brakes because I had taken it to someone else and they quoted me around $330 to get the whole thing done. Kevin, who is an absolute sweetheart, went ahead and explained everything to me and what the costs were. I was crying at this point because I had been quoted $200 or less at another place who machined rotors and apparently they dont do that anywhere around here. He took the time to explain why and told me about another option that would be in my price range- just getting the pads done which would be $130 and getting the rotors done later. No one ever even offered me that option and I was so thankful. He told me to come over right now and hed take care of me. I did and him and Jake, a technician there went above and beyond to help me out and get my vehicle safe again. I am so thankful for them and cant wait to go back to them and get the rest done when I have the funds because of the amazing service I received! I love you guys! Thank you so much!!!

They actually took me under my vehicle to show me EXACTLY what was wrong with my suspension and exhaust system, which most shops don’t do, so you just have to take them at their word. They explained everything in detail, what was a priority and what could wait if needed. I chose to have everything done at once because I am a Lyft & Uber driver and I need a vehicle that’s safe and quiet for my passengers. They did EXACTLY that!! Thank You so much to the Manager AND the several Mechanics that did the job right and efficiently!!!

Super quick service with friendly people. I was only there for little under 1 hour. Considering I got an oil change, emissions test, and license renewal, it went very fast.The manager (I forgot his name) was very nice and double checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted and something I could afford. They have competitive prices and are a one stop shop. I will definitely go back if need be.
