Service here is second to none! Not only did they bend over backwards to find the exact vehicle that I wanted (I was picky), I also got a great deal. The entire staff at Garbo is so friendly. We have enjoyed bringing our Lincoln there. They call after every appointment to thank us and make sure everything was done to our liking. They always get us in quickly, explain the issues and prices are very fair. The ladies in the office are also very friendly. They hand wash their vehicles which always makes my Navigator look better then any car wash. Highly recommend them. I always trust what they are doing. They have never tried the ever annoying upsell of useless services your car doesnt need. Very professional and very wonderful people.

I really wanted to try to do business with them. Attempted to bring my Lincoln mkx in for service and repair. ALL 3 times they only asked me what my phone number is so they can call me back for appointments, never got a call. Even when I tried to call back to remind them about my appointments and still get the same response. The only thing that is consistent with all 3 attempts was me telling them my car is still under factory warranty.

I bought a used but in excellent condition car from this dealership in Feb 2018 and it is absolutely the best car that Ive ever owned in my life. We live three states away and flew into their airport to pick up the car. They picked us up at the airport and took us back to the dealer and then we drove the car home. This dealership and its staff was nothing but a hundred percent helpful in my purchase. Theres obviously a reason why they are a five-star car dealership. Hard to find.

My wife and I picked up two Lincoln MKXs and we dealt with Tony Garbo. Tony is absolutely fantastic! He always thinks of the customer first and no detail is overlooked. The Garbo folks take very good care of my Iincoln. I wouldnt go anywhere else, either to purchase a vehicle, or for service, repairs.

The Garbos always treat customers as well as royalty. Very attentive and with high quality service repairs.

Bought car that was supposedly inspected BY LAW( in relationship with the Wisconsin DOT) less than 14 days, issues with the tachometer, Starter and left rear Caliper were diagnosed. Also the Car was misrepresented with amount of owners on the vehicle. Auto Check and Carfax verified. The end result was zero help or compensation on this vehicle. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.
