The manager the guy with the glasses is very unprofessional. Nobody greets you or ask for help . I asked for a shoes size for my wife and after the third time he said hold on I’m doing something! While their was 3 other people standing behind the counter not doin anything. They have good products but one of the worst customer service experiences ever and I’m a store manager myself. This guy needs to be replaced or retrained if that’s possible, seriously. Not a great example as a leader.

The reason I gave this location 1 star is because Ive visited this store twice and both times I entered the store, the employees would look at me while they would be having conversations loudly while I was looking to shoes and I would have to go to them and ask for assistance in which they looked at each other to see who was going to assist so I told them never mind and went to another store offer my business. Not a good look for the store if your wanting to keep sells up.

Love the shoe selection

The owners have to only have half a brain. They literally have NO fitting room so if you want to try on pants get ready to try them on in front the whole store and there are NO returns. So if you wanted to buy them and try them on at home and bring them back (which is time consuming) you couldn’t even do it. I will never shop here ever again.

They dont have a fitting room and the lighting is dark. They do have some good prices on some things.

Horrible for a sneaker head. When the workers get new up coming releases they hold a lot of them for there friends leaving us new comers with no size. Ive seen it right in front of me.

Selling the polo undershirts that come in the 3 packs as individuals for price of the 3 pack. Very unprofessional employees in the store dancing as if they’re in a club and get highly upset if customer needs assistance. The female employees are rude

Theres no mirrors, no fitting rooms, and theres only a 7 day return policy which is only for instore exchanges. Even the sale associates had to think on that one?
