Aaron was amazing in his customers service and resolve. Had a major hard drive failure and he was able to get all my information off the hard drive and more. He is a professional and knows what he is doing. Trust that the big box chains will not help you like Harbor PC will. Thank you guys for your help and the cost was actually not bad considering the importance of my data on the failed drive

Walked in with 100$ and these guys hooked me up big time on top of that they gave me a free cooler for the cpu because mine didnt fit the new case chat for some time and it was super fun for sure going back when I build my next pc

They have always been responsive, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. Theyve always been willing to spend extra time with all of us to help us understand how to use our computers and/or printers more effectively. And the pricing is incredibly competitive. In short, great service at incredibly affordable prices. Thats why weve been customers for the last four years.

I have had this business fix 2 computers for me. He charged a very fair price. We even brought a game in for him to look at and he was able to fix it. Because we have been customers before he didnt even charge me for fixing the game! The service is fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been building and repairing PCs since the early 80s, when dealing with Harbor I know theyre both honest and offer fair prices.I would choose and trust these guys above any chain store techs... for both experience and price.*I ran ProData Computers back in 80s & 90s. For the cost of a new solid state hard drive, turned my ten year old failing desktop with i7 chip into better than when I bought it. Took a while but he knew what he was doing.

This past summer I had a severe hard drive crash. I took it to Best Buy and they informed me that it would cost $900+ because it would have to be disassembled in a clean room. Well, I dont have a money tree, so I put it off. I took it to another repair store, same thing and they mentioned that there was no guarantee that they could recover anything, but would want the $900 either way!My wife suggested that I take it to Harbor PC, so I dropped it off recently. Aaron & Kevin are great guys to deal with. Well, they recovered all my data at a fraction of the cost!I will take all my future business to them and will refer them to my friends and acquaintances.Again, Thank You Aaron & Kevin

I called to inquire about tv repair considering Google search listed this place as tv repair, he informed me they no longer do that and Google made a mistake not removing that portion of the description. When I called he was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. I will be bringing my computer here anytime.

Best PC place Ive ever been to!

My experience at harbor pc is one of the best i have had in a very long time! every time i enter the establishment i am promptly greeted (which i love because at some places it takes forever to get an employees attention) and helped. they help me expedite every possible option with my own equipment before trying to sell me anything which i also love! they were very friendly and helpful.I love that the store is full of computers and TVs everywhere- shows they are really working! not like other stores where you only see what they want you to see, they show you reality not just beautiful decor to lure you in and then give sub par work for outrageous prices to help pay for said decor. they show you right off the bat what this profession entails. yes there is computers and monitors everywhere- its a computer repair shop what do you expect? lolI would recommend this establishment to anyone! they are very cautious, fast, great prices, and on top of it alL....... HONEST! if you bought a piece of junk they let you know- its not their fault you didnt do your research, dont be mad at the store for your mistake! they are their to help you rectify the mistakes or broken things! so you should be grateful there are wonderful people like Kevin and Aaron to help us out with these problems at reasonable prices.

I am a self computer enthusiast, and I purchased a computer a while back. I have been using a wireless USB adapter. The usb adapter kept disconnecting so I called all around my area and couldnt find anyone who sold PCI wireless adapters. I called up this place and asked if they had any network adapters because I am looking to replace my current one. They said yes they did. I arrived after talking with one of them, and when I walked in the door I was surprised. There were poorly organized computers everywhere, very little attention paid to their shop it seemed. When I walked in I told them I had just called and asked for the piece they said they would set aside for me. It was a network adapter, but not wireless. So I said this is not the piece im looking for, and said it needed to be a wireless one. They had one right there (which was lucky). However the card was a very old model. Used on windows xp models. I looked up network cards before I went to the shop. First off, this card I purchased was 31.00 Which is ridiculous for an old card like that, but I needed something so before I bought it I made sure to ask the guy if it would work on a windows 7 ultimate 64-bit OS. He assured me it would and even said he had one of his own. So I bought it, I took the product home and the drivers wouldnt install from the CD. I called the company that makes the card and they couldnt help me. I had to find drivers for a similar chip-set, which now crashes my computer every time it goes to sleep or shuts down. The Employee/Owner (not sure) straight up lied to me, and I was ripped off for a product that didnt work on my computer. I will never return to this overpriced, unorganized, and dirty store. I will shop online from now on. I am going to keep the card to put in my old pc (probably 10 years old). I recommend if you are new to computers, or are purchasing one in the future DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.
