These guys are great! They tested my trucks battery, changed the battery and the wiper blades. I bought a couple other things, the price and service was outstanding.

I needed a battery and I researched prices and they were all close with some variations. The free installation is what sold me. If AZ does that it would help to have that prominently displayed but I didnt see it. The installation was quick and they guys were not real busy so they did it immediately. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. It was an enjoyable experience.

You used to be able to go there and ask for advice now a day is its you better know what you want get it and leave is how they can feel theres a handful of the old school people that are willing and knowledgeable but everybody else is seeing as if they hired him just to push the buttons it could be the time they were in the crew for the most part seems very unhappy not directly directed towards the general manager I think

For the most part they always have what you need staff could be a little bit more willing to help you figure things out must be going through a rebuilding phase with employees you can probably blame it on the covid

I had to come in multiple times to help a friend move their truck. Each time I came it, the staff helped me locate the exact item I needed. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable, very patient and helped me tremendously!!

The employees seemed very unknowledgable about the products in the store with simple responses of its more expensive so it must be better and the other employees seeming very unwelcoming towards customers. They seemed very apathetic towards their employment at this establishment. I would rank lower but the only reason two stars are warranted is because the store was at least well organized.

A guy named Tyler doesnt care about you or what you need. Talks over you and if you point out his horrible attitude and bad customer service he calls you a Karen. Due to this i now go to AutoZone which i hate but it is what it is. If you go here say hi to Tyler for me.

Horrible service!!! I bought a jumper box took it home and didn’t start my car took it back with in 15 mins they denied to test it and argued with me telling me I bought it to use it and returned It basically calling me a liar I asked to speak to the manager he tells me he is the manager so I call back up to the store to get the guys name to call corporate I talk to him and denied to tell me his name yelled at me on the phone told me not to call back there store and told me he already went over it with the gm and hung up worst advance auto ever they need an whole new management team!!

I was here earlier trying to buy a ratchet and socket set for a door handle replacement on my car. Im not car savvy at all so I had no idea what specifically to get. The man who helped me (Im not sure of his name) was so helpful! He was able to get me a good deal on a set of tools I needed and was very nice! He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and made sure I had everything I needed before checkout. Ill be sure to come back here if I need any additional tools.Also! The set he got me was very helpful! They worked wonderfully and I was able to get both interior and exterior handles replaced. To the man who helped me find that set of tools, thank you!

The sales associate was extremely helpful, and even checked to make sure I had the correct sized wiper blade! (good thing she did, I had picked up the wrong size). AND, another associate helped me replace it. A++ experience!

I always shop online through advance for their deals. They get the orders ready in a timely manner and the staff is knowledgeable. I prefer advance over AutoZone for pretty much all car parts. If the part can wait Ill order online.

The gentleman with the rose tattoo was incrediably rude. I went there looking for a part for my car and was met with an associate that clearly either had a bad day or didnt want to be there. They didnt have the part instock. Didnt offer to order the part or even look for another store near by with the part. I left there mildly upset with the service received. Instead I went to OReillys down the street where they didnt have the part but ordered the part and had it ready for me in 3 hours. From now on Ill be shopping there instead.

Very frustrating to start- especially considering the time crunch I was on.. First guy I talked to questioned my diagnosis repeatedly. (Why, because Im a woman??) Then was all too quick to tell me I had to order this very basic electrical part and wait 5-7 days, THEN no- it was just obsolete (20 year old truck btw). I was already on my phone locating an alternative when the other guy came around with a solution- the updated part- different #, all the same specs! Thank you for the time saved Super Awesome Tom Petty fan, shes runnin great:)

I went to Advance Auto Parts Sportsman spark plugs for a Fatboy which they said they had two in stock thats all I needed after standing there waiting for 15 minutes they tell me they cant find them that was my experience if you ask me Banner Auto Parts elsewhere

Went to Radcliff KY Advanced auto parts store- Ordered a new radiator and got it today, paid almost $200 cash for the radiator and antifreeze. Paid $179.99 for a mechanic to put it in. After he put it in the fitting where the lines go in there is a big bolt with a seal behind it evidently it had no seal so there for antifreeze sprayed out everywhere. Called the store, closest radiator they have is at the outerloop in Louisville KY, They told me that I have to go get it and they would give me 10% off which is $17.00, that wont even pay my gas. I now have a car with a radiator that leaks worse than the one that was in it. I will be out and extra 16 dollars for antifreeze, $50 in gas and labor of $170, total for all cost out of pocket is $600 dollars. Customer service here at advanced auto parts stinks and I own a business in radcliff and will definantly put the word out, I dont do business that way and either should they. All I asked for was for them to go get the radiator and bring it to the radcliff location and they couldnt even do that, very poor business I dont know why they have two business vehicles out front if they dont use them. I also asked for a district managers voicemail number due to it being the weekend I felt I could at least leave a message of course they would give me the name of John Burton but not a office or store number to reach him, VERY SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!
