Limited staff long wait times just to be helped picking up tires i order to be mounted and balance waited for an hour just to be helped

I am currently waiting for opening time to take my car back up there after spending 2 hours 3 days ago for an oil change. I have zero oil in my car but I paid for full synthetic oil change!

Closed during business hours. Was extremely rude to me for walking in the unlocked door during business hours. This was 10am on 7/7 and the woman was very hostile asking how I got in an unlocked door during business hours. I’d rather pay more money at a more professional place. I really was absolutely shocked. Wal mart doesn’t believe in customer service anymore.

They now close at 5 which does not give me enough time to get from work to utilize their services

I got a oil change it was down fast just get there in the morning or u will have a wait

On the website it says they open at 7 am but they did not open until 10 am

Needed a new tire. They did the job right and quickly

Id give them a higher score if they were open. Tires are a necessity so there is no reason for them to be closed for covid. People need tires and tires repaired otherwise your warranty is worthless!

I would give them 5 stars, but my daughter had a problem with service there. They took the cap off to check her transmission fluid, but they didnt know how to check it and left the cap off. Other than that, they have always performed with good service and a fair timely manner.

The wait times are understandable since there isnt a way to make an appointment. The work is done well and for an affordable price. The 4 stars is because sometimes their lack of communication between associates can leave you a little lost at times, but they are friendly. Just if you can have someone pick you up when you drop off your car because of the wait times sometimes that is more convenient.

We came at 1:45pm on Saturday and they said they were closed for lunch and opened back up at 2pm. It doesnt mention this on the website or the times posted on the wall outside the auto center.

So far not good. Dropped my car off to get a tire patched. 1 hr and 10 minutes later, they still havent touched my car and they sent half their staff on lunch.

Got a flat. I ordered the tire online and they put it in when it arrived. Fat and reasonably priced. I do recommend toy make an appointment or you may wait a long time. They do inform you of this.

Really 1 star is too generous. I went in on a sunday. My only day off the whole month. I went in, walked around the store for hour and half. It took 30 min to even get written up. So 2 hrs after I arrive I went back to get my truck. The shop was completely empty and the guys were outside goofing off and messing around. When I asked about my truck they hadnt even touched it. I asked for the manager and they said he was off. So I called him on monday. He apologized and assured me if I would come back in he would take care of me. I tried 3 times to get him and he was always out. When I finally did get to speak to him, he said he was too busy to get me in. Stay out if you know whats good for you.

Well kept place.I have plumbed many of these quick lubes and this one seems well kept.

Some of the employees wanted to help but they were few and far between. And when they got it back there i noticed they were messing with a hose that had something all over it and i asked what they were doing but they just said just looking trying to figure out what was on it and literally the next day that hose had to be replaced completly it had a cut in it from a box cutter is what it looked like. We had replaced that hose 3 months prior.

Went to get an oil change and was told they would text the number I provided when it was finished. Two hours go by and nothing so I ask about it and they said the oil change was declined because of a leak. Ok that’s fine but where’s the text telling me there’s a problem or the loud speaker asking for the owner of the car which they had done for someone else. 2 hours of my time wasted.

I was told that the tires that we wanted could not be put on our truck because they were not the factory size. They tried to charge us the disposal fee even though we brought separate rims for the new tries. On top of that, we loaded the tires ourself in our truck. Those boys just dont want to work, we got better service at the J Sewing shop than here.

They have no sense of urgency, or care about how they handle customer service. They really need to stop goofing off in the garage, and just get to work. The older guy working the register all the time, and the older lady, they really need classes in customer service. They always seem to disappear. I wont be returning anytime soon at this auto care center.

Workers were very nice, but just a heads up they won’t do an oil change if you don’t have a dipstick.

Showed up with a dying battery. They attached the reader and said they could deep charge it. With the weather changing here November 7th I went ahead and changed the battery and did oil change. Showed up at 115pm and out at 220pm. Stood there and watched along with joking with the guys. Can say looks like theyve done me right.

Good prices easy to get to the day I was there I had to use three different credit cards before it finally accepted it credit card machines need new reading heads on them tried multiple fuel pumps with multiple cars before I finally got a card to work

The auto service center team is absolutely amazing! Stayed open after regular closing time to put tires on my van in an emergency situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

10/14/2016--These guys are awesome!!!..I called them in a panic because we had a flat on i65 and didnt know if we could make it to them before they closed and we are from Bowling Green and couldnt be stranded out of town for the night!!!...without hesitation the guy (wish I had gotten his name) told me not to worry and they would fix it no problem EVEN if it was after 7! Every one of the guys were super nice and helpful!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

The first time I went in for an oil change, one of the technicians stripped the oil plug threads, didn’t admitted fault, (even though I found out that same technician has done it on multiple occasions), refused to fix the issue and complete the oil change, so an hour was wasted, so, had to drive somewhere else, to get it fixed and the oil changed done. 2nd time went there (only because it’s super close to my house), I finally get my truck in, they tell me they will text or call me when it’s done, after an hour and a half, go to see how far along they are, the bay is empty, the employees are gone, and my truck is sitting outside in the original place I parked it. I found someone, they charged me for the oil change, but I’m not even sure they did one. Place is super unorganized and unprofessional. Will not be going back.

When I purchase the tires there was a two-day delay before they came in and I wasnt told for 12 hours once the tires at arrived at the store. Three months later I went back for a flat repair it took 3 hours to repair one tire I will not use that Walmart Automotive service Center again and I am a very long time Walmart customer and card holder

Passing through town I stopped by with a destructive blowout on my trailer wheel. They sold me a new tire, mounted it and re-stowed the spare all in 30 minutes and I was on my way again. Kudos. Great work

Didnt have accurate pricing for oil changes. The signs said 45$ for an oil change then I ended up paying 65$ yes I have a truck and it takes more oil but both prices should be posted so I dont have to waste my time

Car began leaking fluid on a Sunday. Literally every single other repair shop is closed on Sundays around here so had to try this Walmart.They wouldnt even look at my car because I DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.So, because I didnt do THEIR job for them, they wouldnt help.The woman at reception waved me off with a good luck finding some place elseGee, thanks. Will not be coming back here for ANY shopping whatsoever. I am absolutely appalled by their service.

I bought 4 tires there with maintenance plan last year and went to get checked because the low tire light came on. It was hour and half till closing, but they wouldn’t even check them, not even to put air in. The young guy at the desk said they were too busy, but at the time there was only one car in the bays. Nothing like the service I received when I bought the tires, I would have given them a five then. All it takes is one person to ruin a business’s customer service.

I have never had a problem with Walmart Tire Center.

Well the operation seems to be very disorganized. Looking out at the bays and there are workers standing around doing nothing. When I dropped my truck off I wasnt told how long it would take to complete the work. It has been over an hour and my vehicle hasnt made it in yet. Manager needs some training.

Wait time is far too long. Mainly because they have employees that are off task and more concerned with chatting it up together or with their friends. A lot more attitude than customer service too. Overall, It was clearly a let down. I won’t be back.

Regrettably I have been here multiple time for tires and oil change. One time my car was left with keys in the ignition and unlocked for an hour and a half. Several times I have been ignored and twice I have had to deal with an absolute idiot named Dakota who repeatedly asked me inappropriate questions about where I work and how much money I make. I will pay more just so I never have to go here again. Every single time has been bad. New staff, different day? Nope, always the same! Don’t go here!

Yes I can honestly say that after the very poor customer service from the Radcliff Kentucky Walmart auto center. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to ever take there vehicle there for anything..... The manager there today was very unprofessional with the way he communicated with me. Very short and really disrespectful in the body language he threw off during a simple conversation we were having about the possibility of them changing my oil. So needless to say I ask for him to shut the hood. And with a few choice words from myself I decided that I would leave and will never recommend anyone or even spend 1 dime of my money at the store in all.. And the young lady who I guess her title would be his Auto Department Associate . Was extremely unprofessional and non chalant. Was disrespectful also. Im very upset and feel that if the Walmart of Radcliff cant do better than that with the 2 individuals I had to deal with today. Than it should just close down the auto center department in all..

They were very helpful when I stopped by to get my battery checked on 6/9. Battery was purchased at a store in Tn, but they ran a scan, determined the problem and replaced it for free. Even called my cell phone to let me know i could start my grocery shopping because theyd be through with my car shortly.Couldnt have asked for better customer service. And I always take note of that at wal-mart.

I took my car in to get two tires put on the back I had two tires put on the front in June this being September I need the to put on the back they remove the two in the front and put them on the front instead of the back after I told him I wanted them on the back they took my brand new tires off the front and put new tires on the front again

The employees need new computers! The woman who was trying to write up my order had the computer lock up on her three times! Employees shouldnt have to work with outdated garbage! Customers get frustrated, etc.

Way to busy for the couple people working there. Slow service because staff is small.

Website says open 7am-7pm.. Im sitting here outside @ 8:30am. All lights are turned off and, doors are locked. They also close early from their posted hours so its sorta like whack-a-mole catching these guys to get service.
