On the outside of Autozone it has signs on the window that says we will CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS. Well I went into the store and told the older man that my check engine light was on and asked if he could check it out for me. He yelled at me in front of other customers We dont do that any more! We cant get inside of customers cars. I told him if they cant do that he should remove their sign. I didnt like his attitude and it is false advertisement! I went across the street to ORiellys and the nice young man took care of me. I will never go to Auto Zone again and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone.

I dont go there often but today I need some advice on an issue I was experiencing with my car. The technician was really helpful with the knowledge he had on the issue at hand.Will use them again if I need information. Also I realize it helps to go there first before contacting you dealership unless the car is under warranty.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The crew there make it feel like its just another day at the office. Its encouraging. Andre has always been quick with an idea or answer to my problems. There is an OReillys across the street that Ive never been inside of because of the help and prices I get here. 10/10 will shop here again!

Again dont assume because Im a woman I need your assistance for anything other than to check my items out. Almost always have to order parts for my vehicle from another store no matter which location Im at. But cant expect them to have the random things that fail on my truck because it is evil.

Bought bulbs for my headlights and had them replaced at the store, cashier and the guy doing the replacement displayed good customer service.

I woke to a dead battery and it really messed up my morning. The staff was great and very helpful. Made sure it was only the battery and helped me get a battery, and called a shop to inquire about battery replacements because they couldnt do it. The man with the beard was in such a good mood it was hard to sulk.lol He was chipper, talkative, friendly and singing songs. He even took the time to acknowledge my child. Very great experience. I spent more money than I planned to this week, but that of course wasnt their fault. Oh and when my car died again while in the lot they jumped it for me. Amazing customer service.

The people there theyre knowledgeable theyre experienced and they know what you need and they wont try to sell you something that you dont need. Most of the employees are either retired military or on active duty working part time. So they take care of the community because it is such a big military community. Came to this autozone yesterday morning and all three of the gentlemen at this store were very kind. One in particular gets my praises because he came and helped identify and fix the issue with my back tail light. Mac was very helpful, has great energy and personality. That is why they will continue to receive my business!!

I recently purchased 2 used vehicles. I went up there to have a check engine code read. A gentlemen was super helpful and went out there and read it for me. I went back literally the next day in a different vehicle for a code read. There was a different crew. The guy handed me the code reader without saying anything. I said Im 8 months pregnant and have no clue how to use this thing He said its policy due to corona. He wasnt very friendly at all and didnt even explain how to use the thing. They need to stay consistent with their policies. Also, it seems pointless to let people touch all over equipment but not allow the workers to do it. I went across to OReillys and they gladly helped me and in return received my money and future business.

I had issues with a battery and called and didn’t have the best experience over the phone so I was nervous to come in and I was helped by Andre and he was amazing, so incredibly friendly and more than helpful. I can see why he is the store manager. I was ready to give up on auto zone and call it quits with coming here, but thanks to him I will be giving it another chance. I wish there were more people like Andre in customer service. So thank you for making this trip a lot better than I had expected!

The Radcliff autozone is absolutely the worst I have experienced to date in my opinion based upon my experience today. First of all the service staff is absolutely not helpful at all and argumentative. I was given the wrong part after I pleaded the right part. I asked give me how to install this wiper blade l was told read the instructions. From this point on I will go to Etown.

They have to be the worst place to buy an alternator!! They never get the part right and always sell you the wrong part so instead of it being an hour job it ends up being an all day ordeal.

Later I was told big Jim was on a acid trip and visits the store often to tell the customers he loves them. No one knows what big Jim does for a living or where he goes, they just know they love him..

Just want to say thanks to Albert at the Autozone in Radcliff, KY. I pulled in at 830 p.m. last night in the rain and 30 degree temps with my wipers coming apart and still an hour to go in my drive. Albert found the right wipers and even though they were difficult to install he found a way to make it work. I was an hour away from home through miles of deer and bad roads and he made the drive safer much more relaxing. Thanks Al

6 employees and only 1 working. Cory was the only hard working employee the rest of the people were just sitting at the counter talking. We waited in line 20 minutes and not 1 person decided to help. Very disappointed!

Went in to get a new bulb for my headlight. They helped me pick out the correct bulb and installed it for me. All of it took less than 10 minutes.

This has gotten worst as for all auto parts stores not the location. Each one I go to it seems Im more mechanically inclined and Im not at all. They seem to only know more of their system than the parts they are trying to sell and its still higher priced. Its no wonder they are slowing down they have more competitors.

Broke down in their parking lot went to go get parts in their store fairly pricesed good place to find parts that you need and its location is spot-on when you need to pull off and get part for your van car truck SUV and all those neat little gadgets
