This is not my first time there. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Everytime I go I look forward to the basement where everything is half off and negotiable. Picked up a table for 35 dollars this time in the basement. Also a Full bedroom set for 1000 which was upstairs. They had to order it so it would match. I will share pictures. This Thrift store is like going on a treasure hunt. So many treasures at every step, turn, and buildings (there are two buildings: one has their regular furniture and thrift items, and the other holds their more antique rustic items). They have fair prices and hold great sales (like : fill a bag for $5). They have Christian base belief system (as the radio station always playing in both buildings is always on Christian music stations....at all times)

Schedule a delivery for the day following purchase due to necessity of the equipment. Was informed it could be from one to three hours from desired time which was fine. Received a call after my desired time that the delivery will not be made because I did not answer my phone. I do not have any missed calls, or understand why it was necessary for the delivery of the agreed upon time that I payed for. Definitely do

They have some really good prices on new furniture on the first floor. The basement items are used and the prices are good, there is just so much to look at and its kinda crammed all in a small space. But it was fun looking around.

Jack, the owner is great! I bought a dryer that ended up having some issues. Not only did he replace it he personally delivered a newer nicer model to my home and installed it at no extra cost! I would recommend Cheap Treasures to everyone! Tell him Cal from Big M Chevrolet sent you, and he might even discount his already super low prices for you!Absolutely 5 star service!

Lisa and her husband were great to work with. We bought a new dinning room set and just love it!I It looks great in our home. We will defiantly be buying more things from them. They dont just have new and used furniture but they have a very nice selection of hand made crafts. I love going there and seeing all the new stuff!. A MUST SEE!

My husband went and said that the staff was very courteous and well trained. There was a small problem with getting the rental trailer but not the fault of #cheaptreasures, and it was resolved immediately by the staff. So all in all I will in fact do business with them again.

I love this place. the only thing that upsets me and its not their fault is the stairs they have great stuff down stairs too and being disabled its hard for me to go down and come up. Great people that work their. The clothes need more organized but the things you find are like treasures. They carry new old and used items. Worth the look.

We bought 4 beds to replace ones we lost in a storage accident. After shopping around for about three weeks we happened upon Cheap Treasures. We bought all of the beds, frames, and mattresses as well as other items. We paid a very small fraction of the cost than we would have paid for the same items elsewhere including online . These were all name brand items. We actually saved so much that we were able to replace other items we had thought we would have to wait on. After using the furniture for about a 4 months now we are not only happy with the price but very happy with the quality. We will NOT shop for furniture anywhere else. The customer service was TOP notch. They listened and helped and did not treat us as dollar signs but as a family. We wish we could give them 10 stars! Highly suggested that you do business in Radcliff Kentucky with them. If you need Mattresses in Radcliff KY do not look anywhere else.

Couldnt answer ANY questions about the leasing, she didnt tell me anything about the interest rate, how much the 1st payment was gonna be or when it was gonna come out. I put down a 12 month payment plan and she wrote down that I wanted to pay if off in 90 days so theyre trying to charge me $300 twice a month. She also initialed and signed the contract for my husband. Yes she forged my husbands signature, didnt even spell his name remember guy. They refuse to come get their furniture, they wont take it back, theyre being extremely rude. Lawyer called them and theyre questioning that shes s lawyer and being very rude. Theyre liars, rude and will screw you over, so will the company they use for loans.

The new owners took the “Cheap” out of the merchandise and placed it in their customer service.I’ve been a customer of Cheap Treasures for over 5 years; mainly because I have had 4 kids and with that comes a pretty strict budget. I could always count on Cheap Treasures to sell me a quality mattress and box spring set at a price that dwarfed the local competition. That is, until, it fell under new ownership.TLDR: Apparently, it’s okay to laugh at a customer trying to return a new, still in the package, product who is fool enough to have bought from you when your competition offers a better product at half the price.I walked into the store on Saturday to get a queen size mattress and box spring for my son. I tested a few mattresses before I noticed the prices scribbled on their plastic wrappers with a sharpie. I was shocked to see them priced so high ($600+) for such low-quality products. I mean, the 4 sets I had bought in the past weren’t great quality either but I was happy with those purchases because I was walking out the door with them at a price I felt good about. I had to ask if these were the actual prices and the sales person confirmed. I explained I usually walk out with the set for $250 and would like to see that line of mattresses. That’s when she told me, “The store is under new ownership now and we don’t sell those refurbished mattresses that Chris sold.” If what the previous store owner sold was refirb, I sure as hell couldn’t tell. They appeared new in every way, even still in the plastic wrap. If they truly were refurbished, which I don’t believe they were, I would likely have gotten the price reduced more or bought new.At any rate, the sales rep left me with the impression that this is the price you have to pay for new. I went ahead and paid twice as much as before and brought home the set. Of course, my wife wasn’t having any of it and found new sets at Walmart, Amazon and another local store for half the price I paid. I got duped.They aren’t open on Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to try to return them. The set I brought home was never opened, still in the protective plastic cover. I explained my situation and the only reason I bought was because her sales rep lead me to believe I could get new for less. I literally got laughed at for trying to return it. She scoffed at me and said, “You can’t return a product because you found a cheaper mattress somewhere else.” I said, “Why not? Is that in your return policy?” She said, “Yes. There is a sign behind the cash register that says NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.”After about 20 minutes of stewing over it I decided to write this review to warn other would be customers. Then I had another thought. If I were the owner, I would like to have a chance to make a situation like this right before a negative review got posted. I called them to give them this opportunity. I women I had previously spoken had answered and I let her know I intend to post a negative review and if the owner would like to like to talk about it first, he should have that opportunity. She scoffed again, I AM the owner. Their website clearly states that Jack Johnson is the owner but Im not going to argue with her. I assume this is his wife. Eventually she said she would give me store credit if I brought it back. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help my son get a mattress he needs at a price we can afford. There is no cheaper set there.

I was looking for a used coach purse and prices were way to high for second hand store and the purses were grungy . Not sure why they call it “cheap”treasures ..nothing was cheap!
