Never shopping here again. I now use the phrase “winner furniture? more like loser furniture” when referring to this place. The people here are SUPER unprofessional. For example, everytime WE called THEM about our delayed order, they told us they’d call us back and NEVER did, and it wasn’t only just once… More like 10+ times. If we didn’t keep calling, I have a feeling that we still wouldn’t have gotten our furniture. Just go to Ashley’s, it’s the same stuff but no back and forth.

I have always been satisfied with Winner furniture until today. They ripped me off and unfortunately cannot do anything about it. They have a going out of business up to 70% off. They had a blush accebt chair which is what I was looking for. The lady was super nice and we agreed on the price $25 lower than she asked for because it had an ink stain on the side and showed signs of sitting. However my mistake not to look the chair over really good. When I went to pick it up, the guy wont even help me to.move it and when I moved it it has a ripped on the back and one of the legs is a little bent. Unfortunately I cant do anything cause all sales are final, my bad, but a little honesty goes a long way and 1 of the 3 of them should have pointed out to me all that was wrong with it instead of being so eager to make thec1st sale of the day. Bye bye Winner last thing I ever buy from you, no wonder you are going out of business

Went back after a bad experience last time, but I wanted to check out their going out of business sale. Of course all they have done is Jack ip the retail price to make it look like the sale prices are lower. Dont waste your time the prices are no different, and they still arent willing to negotiate with anyone o e prices eventhough they are going out of business, what a waste of time.

We were in the market to update/purchase a new sofa and loveseat. We usually visit Louisville for these kind of purchases but thought why not dump our money in our lonely city of Radcliff. We decided to visit Winners Furniture. We was greeted by Josh, the Store Asst Manager and our sales person. He went into great detail on the benefits and features of the brands he sold... lets just say we learned a lot and was appreciative for the info. Josh was able to sell us our 2 pieces of furniture from the Jackson line. Josh bent over backwards to exceed our expectations. We will certainly visit this business for any of our future furniture needs... and recommend a visit if you live close by.

Do Not and i repeat Do not order from them the customer service was goos the day we made our purchase but if course it was because they were trying to make a sale. After that it was horrible. I placed an order on april the 10th and was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks before i received it because they were behind due to manufacturing being shut down due to covid 19. Ok i understand i get it.. I knew there would be a bit of a wait i was cool with that. My husband and i started calling once a week after the 8th week only to be told the same thing, its mot here the manufacturers arent showing anything. At the 10 week point we started to get irritated but was still trying to be patient. 11th week started to lose patients at 12 week im boiling when my husband called last week the 13th mark they wouldnt ans

Horrible experience will not buy here again! I made a $2600 purchase on January 30 and still don’t have my furniture. I have called every week for the last few weeks only to be told there is no estimated ship date! I had only made this purchase cause ... well they were cheaper, note to self just pay the extra money and buy somewhere else! Of course store policy is no returns all sales final I guess this is how they make their money since you don’t get your furniture! *** Update since my review a month ago, I still 6 months after purchasing never received my furniture. Still was getting the run around every time I called never got a clear answer. So after me calling the manager one a week and starting a dispute charge with my bank they manager of Winner finally agreed to refund my money. Moral of the story don’t buy from this place and don’t buy from a place that’s eager to take your money but has no refund policy!!! Lesson learned!

Good selection of furniture but the employees were odd. Nobody smiled. Its obvious that they worked on commission. There were no price tags on ANYTHING. When you asked about prices they had to go to the desk and look up prices in a book or on a computer and they would say something like that sofa retails for $800 but I can give it to you for $589 today. It was a time consuming and annoying process. The salesman even had to do it for the lamps I asked about. As I was about to leave the salesman dropped the price of the sofa another $175. From my perspective it made them sound desperate. When I entered the store I was very honest and stated I was only there to browse and would not be making a major purchase. So I wasnt misleading about my intent. All in all I dont think Ill be going back. The experience was off putting.

My fathers girlfriend purchased 2 couches over a month and a half ago, both were promised to be delivered in one week but only one was delivered in all that time. Both peices were paid for and were quite expensive so some sort of professional service was expected. My father is a retired 100% disabled army veteran that is 84 years old is girlfriend is also in her mid 80s, both have medical issues including anxiety issues so this is causing them major problems including myself i am a 100% disabled veteran with physical disabilities and ptsd, because at 84 years old my father keeps calling and wanting me to deal with this BS. WHY cant winner furniture just deliver what was promised and paid for?

If i could give 0 stars i would. EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. My husband got me a sectional from here for Mothers day 2020. Was supposed to be a dark brown 2 pc Darcy sectional and we ordered a matching ottoman to go with it. We paid up front. Delivery day came and we ended up getting a grey sectional. Not what i wanted at all. Also, the ottoman didnt come with it. We were told it had gotten damaged in wearhouse and would be delivered later. The delivery guys were awesome though. They told us that the couch would be a loaner until we got ours. A month later the ottoman came. The grey didnt even match!!!! Again, told it would be a loaner. That day i called them to explain all the problems (did same thing for couch) and were promised management would call me. They never did. I call 2x a week and also go in to be told they arent there. Still have the ugly couch and ottoman..... Ill never get another thing from them.

I ordered furniture on May 22, 2020. The manager who sold me the furniture told me I would have the furniture within 4-5 weeks because of the virus. It was taking this long to come into their warehouse. I did not pay for the delivery because of the time frame he told me. Three months later, no return phone calls, having to pay for a delivery, I am finally getting my furniture delivered on Saturday, August 29, 2020. Had Winner Furniture not been the lowest price for the furniture I had wanted, I would never have gone there, to begin with, but they were $500 cheaper than Ashley or any other place that carried what I wanted. Now, stating this, I understand that Winner Furniture cannot control the time frame from the manufacturer, however, what I am frustrated the most is with the manager who cannot return phone calls, does not follow-up with his customers, and in my opinion, poorly manages the Radcliff store. I will not purchase another piece from Radcliff. Poor management puts a sour taste in doing business with a company.UPDATE: Furniture was delivered today. DAMAGED...Im done!! I just cant with these people any longer...

Avoid this place is my recommendation. We purchased a dual recliner in Sep and was told due to the virus it may be 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Went to the store just before Thanksgiving and was told by the store manager the recliner had shipped on Nov 16. That was 9 days prior so where is it? Manager couldnt tell us. Where did it ship from? Manager says Tennessee. Shipped 9 days ago from Tennessee to Kentucky and still not here. Manager had no clue. Stated all he could tell me was it shipped 9 days ago. I thought this odd since this is 2020 and everything is tracked by GPS. Amazon will text me to tell me my package is 10 stops from my house. Waited another 2 weeks and no recliner and no contact from store. Went back to store and was told the recliner was set to ship on Dec 14. I informed the store it had shipped on Nov 16 according to them. They brushed that off and told me something must have happened but not sure. If I did not hear anything in a few days call back. They never considered calling me. When I called back I was told the recliner once again had not shipped and again no one knows why. So it is a week before Christmas and I paid for this Sep 12. I tell the store manager this has been going on long enough and I am through waiting, just give me my money back. Store manager tells me there are no refunds due to store policy. So I am out $1200 and no furniture after 3 months of waiting. Manager did say we could pick something comparable off the floor but we did not pay for used furniture we paid for new. Have to admit I got heated by this time and my customer courtesy sunk down to their customer service, bottom level. Bottom line is they have my money and wont give it back and I have no recliner. Looking like this will have to go the down the legal road. Their good prices not worth the hassle.Update: the owner of Winner Furniture reached out to me and was very cordial and respectful toward my concerns. Even had the manufacturer call me. I appreciate those efforts and hopefully will soon have my furniture.

So let me start by saying that my wife and I visited a few different stores and by far Winner has the best customer service we found in the area. We went from Radcliff to Louisville to a bunch of different stores and they were by far the most polite. Also they definitely live up to their name by making you feel like a winner with every purchase you make(my wife and I spent around 3k here). The furniture came as expected and was assembled by some very nice workers and they did everything we asked them to do. Now the reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was for their business model. What they do is list the furniture at ridiculous higher prices and give you a “discount” to lower the price for you. For example the couch we brought was listed for about 1.2k on Ashley’s and they had it listed for 1.9k. They gave us the “Winner discount” as the salesman called it and lowered the price for us to under 1k. Now this is still cheaper then we found online however I just wish they could skip the markup and list the items they sell for the price they intended too. I’m assuming they do this because if someone looks like they can pay a higher price well then they do. I can only assume they use this message to price every item for the most profit they can depending on the customer they are dealing with. I can definitely understand a business trying to make the most money they can however the way they go about it is frankly annoying. I would recommend this place to others however I would also inform them to do research and understand what the item is priced at before entering this store.

From the moment I walked in until I left, I was completely satisfied! I found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. I always loved Winner Furniture and once again, walked away a very happy customer. The service was excellent and the staff was hospitable and very helpful. Still excited about my purchase and can’t wait to receive it!!!

I paid $1060 for a dining room table with six chairs on May 6,2020. Was told delivery was free and they would call me the next week to deliver it to my front door. I called back the next week got the run around and was told to let them look into it and they would call me right back. No call back. I keep calling and was told the manager would call me back and that never happened either. Finally after 3 weeks I called and was able to speak to the manager who informed me he would have the Vice President of the company call me back. Now it almost a month after I paid them and they have never called me. So, I called wanting my money back and was told again the Vice President would call me. I still waiting.

On 4 Jun I purchased two recliners and was given a delivery the following Saturday. On the scheduled delivery date I was called and told the recliners had to be ordered and it would be in the warehouse on 24 July. On 25 July I contacted winner furniture via text and was told it may be in the warehouse in Louisville on 3 Aug. They took money with no problem but now I find myself sitting on the floor because of their inability to fulfill their end of the deal. Reason given was everything delayed due to COVID. I don’t accept this excuse because the virus was going on at the time of purchase

I left w/ a nice bedroom set (for a great price)...On the flip side - My bed rail was missing and it took almost 3 weeks to get to the store. I was given the run-around, the phones were rarely answered, causing my partner to go back to the store on more than 2 occasions to ask about the missing furniture.Although, I am not pleased with how this entire situation was handled (to the point where I wanted to return the furniture), Josh still tried to do the best he could to fix the situation.

I went to the Radcliff, Ky location looking for specific items. The salesperson Brian, took me directly to all of the things I was looking for. Literally within 10 minutes, we had three rooms of furniture selected. The other staff members were equally friendly, not only with me, but with the other customers.

Whatever I see that I like at Ashley furniture, I just call Winner and they sell me the exact item for much less, including delivery! Ask for Stella, Shes very nice and I wasnt pressured at all.
