This has ALWAYS been my favorite place to buy fabric! Dont be fooled by others with similar names - Fabric Warehouse in Rahway or Bellville, NJ is worth the trip (Fabric Warehouse Direct on line). They have a huge selection and the prices are so much lower than anyplace else - amazing. The people who work here are knowledgable and so nice. I have never left empty-handed and dont go anywhere else for my upholstery and general fabric shopping needs. Ive made clothing, bed coverings, face masks, costumes and more. They have great sales. The people who work there are very polite and helpful. That is the true reason I go there. The people they have on staff are so nice despite what they deal with on sales weekends. How they manage to stay patient and nice with the long lines is really amazing. You have to bring your own patience on the sales weekends and be prepared to look through piles and piles of fabric, but you can get a great deal. I do wish they would carry more cotton and linen fabrics.

I usually find something that I am willing to sacrifice unplanned funds for in here. Nice assortment. But, a little dusty and sometimes crowded. Take your allergy pill first and then get ready to meet some interesting and possibly entertaining people, like me.

I love this place, and have hoarded tons of fabric over the years. I have made benches, tote bags, pouches, pillows, baskets, etc. Anything simple I can think of I have made it with the fabric here. It has 40-50% off sales for every holiday weekend. Sign up for their email so you get notified.

The layout is very much like a warehouse. Many items are not cheap, but some deals are unbelievable. Its a good idea to scan the entire store before selecting items.

I love Fabric Warehouse. No frills, just fabric in a warehouse. Half the store is various clothing fabrics, the other half is upholstery//hone decor. Prices beat JoAnn by a mile, and they run half price sales all the time. Some notions are available too, but dont count on it, though you can usually find things that are close enough to finish your project. Be forewarned, theres no AC. It can get warm in there.

Lots of great stuff. Fabric as far as the eye can see. Staff is not necessarily unfriendly, but they could use a bit of personality.Its not necessarily messy, but it is a bit disorganized for my taste: basically you have to look on all the racks before you can find something youre looking for it, because they are not broken down by type of fabric nor color nor any other discernible pattern. It seems like they just put things wherever they have space on the racks when a new shipment comes in.Still, if you have the time and inclination, you will definitely find something that youre looking for here.I also have an area off to the side for odds and ends, I once found a really good pair of wool socks, a nice cheap t-shirt for the gym and a set of black out curtains. But again, they are just odds and ends. Its not like they have the same stuff consistently stocked. Ive been back several times looking for more of those wool socks, but they have never had them again. It seems like I just buy random things very cheaply and put them on the shelves.

I hit the fabric warehouse on the way home from the shore. I am so glad I found this place. It was Presidents day and they were having a 40% sale. I got so much fabric and the salespeople were so helpful with all my really stupid questions. ( I dont know much about fabric) So glad I found this gem.

I have been getting ALL my fabric here for years. It takes some time to sift through the tables and rolls, and its a huge place, but that is half the fun! The prices are insanely low, and they have a mailing list to get emails about discount days. Oftentimes I come in for one kind of fabric and end up getting inspired for 3 more projects while Im there. Collect your choices, go to the table in the back to get everything cut/measured, and they will give you a written slip to bring to the register.

1st time visit. The ladies working cutting table in the back were smiling and quick. Lady at the register was very good.The fabric? Drapery fabric that I use a lot! Prices are average, not the best.We plan on making this a yearly trio as we live about 3 hrs away.

This is a dangerous place for me. I came in to see if they had 2 high density foam. Sadly they are out but it will be in next week... Despite them nor having what I needed.. I still walked out with $70 worth of fabric... I love this place. Stock is always changing & the selection is huge. The prices are excellent & the staff is friendly

You must be patient and wear good shoes. Dont over-buy because if you are like me you bite off more than you can sew here during the half-off sale. Enormous selection.

The store has a huge selecrion with every type of fabric, and it is nicely organized. Lots if the fabric is pre-cut so you dont have to wait for someone to come and cut it for you. It also has zippers, linings, thread, ribbon flowers, curtain decore, and a whole lot more at extremely low prices. I went there got 4 yards of fabric, 1 large spool of thread, a zipper, a big bag of ribbon flowers, some lace lining, and a small bag of ribbon flowers for only 18 dollars! That is the price of just one yard of good fabric at JO ANN fabric! The only thing that made me put down a star is that the staff dont smile, or even look at you. I hope this helps!
