I never thought that I would actually trust a dealership enough to purchase a vehicle from them, especially that I have been shopping for 8 months at dealerships, walking out each one of them...Quality Auto, you guys are the best! You deserve to be a 10 star dealership. You guys have an amazing location and cars. No wonder you are the only dealership on Route 17 other than the Prestige Group. Very nice people. Not pushy at all. I left a deposit to hold the vehicle. They were upfront with me and told me that it was non-refundable, as they pull out the vehicle, service it, and prep it for delivery. I didnt expect for them to be that honest with me. They said they dont want to take a deposit if I wasnt 100% sure that I am purchasing the vehicle. That was huge for me. They actually cared about me as a customer not my money. I will refer everyone I know to you guys. THANKS!!!!

I had a wonderful car shopping experience here. I did not get the car I wanted, but rather found a car that I fell in love with for the right price. They do whatever they can to get you the best price possible on the car you want. The cars are also very good quality, so you dont have to worry about getting a lemon. I went in expecting to not purchase a vehicle. I didnt even want to consider any of these vehicles thinking it was out of my price range. Mark took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a beautiful 2014 Range Rover that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Mark and Adolfo at Quality Auto Center. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

Bernie, the salesman at this location, was very catering, laid back, and non-aggressive. The vehicle on the lot was in the same condition and price as the web-listing. The dealership is small, and its a low stress/pressure environment.They were intuitive enough to replace my front tires (even after I made payment on the vehicle) post discovering they did not make the cut during inspection. The vehicle was detailed nicely prior to pick up. They even gave me $20 to fuel up vehicle.The financing department even renegotiated my interest rate to something much less (once again post receiving payment). Granted my credit score is poor.Its worth the visit. Speak with Bernie upon arrival.

I recently got a car from them about a year ago. Soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed. Adolfo helped me out a lot to get me the car I wanted .it was a easy process and every thing went smooth. He was really honest and straight to the point . I am going back a second time to get another car from them !

Everything went pretty smoothly buying my new car. Monthlys were a tad higher than I like but I didnt have to put anything down just bought my insurance and rolled. Bernie was great and honest with me and it was an overall good experience. Still in disbelief about owning my first car, everyone was pretty positive at the dealership.

Bernie the salesman was fine, but the fact that they tried to add $3300 in prep fees to the negotiated price blew my mind, they managed to say they would only add $2200, didnt matter, I left. Bought my new car the very next day at a different dealer without any bullsh*it extra fees. They do have a great car selection, its too bad the sales tactics are so sketchy.

I went in to look at a car I saw on the internet. Bernie showed me the car and there was no real pressure or sales tactics when I took it for a test drive. We agreed on a very fair price and then before I signed they were able to give me a lower interest rate than I originally agreed to. Great place with quality cars.

Beware - dealer looks to charge a $1,995 prep fee on top of a $495 Dealer Doc Fee (in addition tax, registration and price of vehicle). Fancy cars and nice dealership - but all smoke and mirrors. Epitome of used car salesman. I would not recommend.Response to owner: The internet price I was shown from your website when I arrived was $13,995 ($11k + $1,995 prep fee however not disclosed price includes prep until Peter broke down the cost). Car Guru listed it at $11,000 which is why I went and viewed the vehicle. $10,500 was a fair offer on a list price of $11,000. I asked to see the invoice as to what the dealership paid for the vehicle which was initially met with cooperation then quickly avoided at all cost. A $1,995 fee to prep a used vehicle is outrageous. You are effectively charging your customer to repair and service the car - something the dealer should already have done. Pete countered my offer agreeing to $10,500 but lowering the prep fee to $1,495, asking for a $500 undisclosed cash fee and $495 doc fee. Money was just moved around...but ultimately the same offer from him. I purchased a vehicle already below KBB value (not NADA, without a ridiculous prep fee and 1/4 the doc fee). Please remove my information for your dealership computers and discontinue attempts to renegotiate after this review was posted. My experience and assessment remains as stated above. No pressure. Great selection. When I went back to talk $$, the $30k advertised price went up to include a $2,500 dealer prep fee. More than $35,500 if I financed through them. More than $37,000 if I wanted to pay cash!! We have to make our money somewhere was the explanation. What started out as a good experience turned sour.

Went in to look at a 2014 honda accord sport..walked out or should I say drove out with a fully loaded 2014 accord xl-s for a better monthly payment..no pressure at all..as good as Pete c is at sales..the car sold itself as well as his direction pointing me towards the better deal!!! Absolutely love this car!!! Had one little glitch with the a/c compressor...was taken care of immediately and professionally by outstanding & courteous mechanics...extremely happy with my purchase as well as service..A++

Great dealership! One of the best out there, went to Adolfo for a 2011 M3 & he had me in the car the next day. There inventory is all clean, well maintained cars unlike all other used car dealers. I didnt even ask them for a warranty and they winded up getting me a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty from BMW, wheel and tire warranty, window etching, key insurance (if you lose a key they give you another one for free) Adolfo went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the M3, there vehicle prep is better then any other dealership my car was spotless when I picked it up. They also got my payment lower then what I expected it to be with a good interest rate! These guys are killing the game, if your looking for a used luxury/exotic car this is your place! I will be purchasing all my future cars from them.

Im a car salesman, been in sales for years, and just wanted to point out a shady practice this dealer is doing. I called revently to ask about a used car they had. I asked why the car guru price was $4k less than the price on their website. They told me the car was certified which added $3200 to the price of the car but added a 10yr/100k warranty.I asked if I could buy the car without the warranty and they said it would be illegal to do that. That is a lie, it is not illegal to buy the car without it no matter what they say. I was blown away by this, its people like this dealer that gives the car industry a bad name.As a professional, do not buy a car from here. Buy a car from a dealer with a reputation not a shady used car lot that will flat out lie aboit car selling laws. It is not illegal what so ever for a dealer to take certification off a car especially a dealer that has no association with a manufacturer.Buy smart, dont get scammed out of your money.

When I came in with my fiance to look at a VW I wanted, the gentleman I spoke with (dont remember his name. He sits by the door toward the side yard area) was rude and impatient with us. When I was deciding about to whether take the car or not, he wanted to run my credit. I told him to run it ONCE..He ran it 4 times. (Hard pulls stay on your credit for close to 2 years). Afterwards he wanted me to give him an incentive ($100) to show I was serious about the car, so he asked me for my credit card. As I had the card in hand and was discussing it with my fiance the finance numbers, he got impatient and said to me in a rude tone give me the credit card. I would NEVER recommend this auto center to anyone. Car shopping shouldnt be stressful and there shouldnt be any pressure from the auto dealer.

If you want to waste your time bidding on their vehicles on ebay this is the place for you. What they do is set a no reserve auction with small print that they can end it for any reason, once they see price they want wont be achieved they cancel auction. Emailed questions got no answer, they state they cant see questions on ebay, asked to resend via email, no answer....save your time and energy, no idea who these other reviewers giving 5 stars are...

People are scam artists. They lied about verbal promises that they would do. Somehow did a complete inspection of the car in 10 mins. gave us a receipt for out 7000 dollar cash down payment which was actually a contract that once you signed you wouldnt get the money back. Thank goodness we read the fine print. All we wanted was to see all the verbal promises completed before we signed anything and they said we couldnt that we should trust them, everything was complete which to name a few, a tear in the seat, broken fog lights and a crack of the grill of the bumper on an infiniti. When we asked for 7000 back they gave us a check. They only gave us cash back because we threatened to call cops. Treated our cash like garbage when giving it back to us, o and BTW, everything was recorded so I want to see the manager say we dont recollect any of this, I will post videos of everything since you thought you had another customer beat and left at 7:00 winked at the sales men and left him and financial guy alone until 9 only to not win. Guys are just trying to high ball you on interest rates. How can you give a 746 credit score an 8 percent then at the end of the day when we leaving say o we got it to be a 5.7. Dont go there. They dont care about their customers. O and BTW the found like weed or crack in one of their cars, a blue subaru that a father and son decided to now leave.

I honestly and truly believe every single one of these reviews is a fake, when this place advertises a car there is small print that says price reflects $2495 trade in why so deceptive ? you cant just advertise cars for the actual price but it gets much better they will then charge an insane bank fee and also tell you that you must get a warranty or they cant sell you the car, really ? thats a complete lie no bank requires that you put a warranty on a car, so for example a car that you see advertised for $20,000 actually ends up costing you $20,000 +2495 + 995 (bank fee) + $2999 warranty (this shakedown fee will actually vary upon the car ) then tax ( tax is a given ) then DMV fees (these are also exaggerated ) so in total your paying approximately $28000 (tax not included ) for a car that was advertised at $20,000, theyre dishonest and take advantage of people and they completely lie about so called requirements I wasted my time and I hope this prevents you from doing the same, next I report to the BBB and yelp

Awesome place to buy a vehicle. Very friendly kind of make you feel your at home especially working with Aldofo made me feel like I known him for years. Im not going to lie it was a long wait and paper work got confusing but at the end of the day it was explained correctly note for note. So Im happy guy with my Jetta Gli that drove off the same day.
