You can feel the rush & push to get u to sign on the dot..After reviewing an estimate at home I was given & calculating the numbers, basically we were being ripped off! Fees that had no explanation. Doc fees of $800! due to NJ not having regulations for that so can charge whatever they want..NY is only $75 😲 pretence of giving us an incentive of their own free will, then us finding out it was an across the board rebate from Toyota across the board..This place was a huge turn off ripping ppl off if their hard earn money..I was informed from researching tactics & good thing we just walked out..

Everybody is really nice at this place and very efficient. You could trust the mechanics at Toyota. Car always runs great when I pick it up. I have a free shuttle service that now instead of being a shuttle is an Uber or a Lyft and I like it even better. They pay for the Lyft driver so all you have to do is tip the guy and I take you any place in the area so you dont have to sit in the waiting room and wait for your car. However, if you do want to sit and wait for your car theres a really nice comfortable waiting area with vending machines and stuff like that. If you just getting an oil change you are in and out within an hour but I always tell them to take their time cuz I like being dropped at the interstate mall across the highway from them and shopping while they do my car. Then they text you and ask if youre ready to be picked up and I was all done shopping and they texted me... it was perfect timing. A guy named Brian that helped me when I first walked in was extremely sweet and efficient.

However I feel the service department made up for it on many occasions. They are extremely professional and courteous to customers. My vehicle is washed every time it’s serviced. I recommend this dealership for its excellent service

I must say, I was nervous about the transition to new ownership, but when I pulled up yesterday to get my tire pressure adjusted, the service manager came right over to me with a smile on his face ready to help me with vigor! He was dressed in a suit and tie and that to me was impressive. My car was ready within about 10 minutes and I was off to my work appointment. Impressive, respectful, and convenient.

Service is very good here and I would trust a mini dealer the most to work on my mini, but it is very expensive. So much so that I wouldnt get my normal work done here, such as brakes, oil change, plugs/coils.However, their service folks go to bat for you when dealing with warranty companies and do what they can to get your service taken care of.I had an issue that wasnt covered by my warranty because the part name was solenoid and warranty said valve even though theyre practically the same. Mini ended up giving me a courtesy repair for $50 instead of $750.

Went there for a totally different reason other than to by a car. Spoke to the manager his name is Peter. He could not have been nicer. I had a very pleasant talk with him. I left there wanting to buy a new car even though I was not there to do so. And the subject never came up. He was just a great guy.

I bought a used car here 4 months ago and this morning a light came on saying I need brakes. I would not expect this on a certified used car. I only put 1/3 the total mileage on the car, meaning the brakes were already 2/3 worn. They wanted to charge $660 plus tax to replace the brake pads. Ridiculous!!! They also tried to do me a favor by selling me an extended warranty for $2000. They tried to offer a 10% discount on the brakes when I said I would have the work done elsewhere, but honestly, it looks like the first thing they did was add 10%. I took a chance going there thinking they would stand behind the car they sold me. I left there extremely disappointed.

I called ahead to make sure that the 4 cars that I saw online were on premise before heading there from Bayonne. About 7 minutes later Joe called back and said yes, so I took the 45 minute drive. When I arrived, the first thing Joe did after the introduction was take me for a ride. He says we need to get coffee. I told him I was not interested in getting coffee because I came to shop for a car. He asked me how the car felt. I replied good as a passenger, but Im looking to know how a car feels as the driver. We spent 20+ minutes driving around talking prices and such, and I was told I would not find the features I was hoping to find because the cars I want to see are base models. I explained to him that the features (power seats and navigation) are not important, just nice to have, & I still wanted to see the cars I inquired about. He also let me know he is retired, lives comfortably, and only works at the dealership for something to do. That didnt bother me because he also explained his experience. Back @ the dealership he grabs keys to the cars. We go to the lot and none of the cars were there. We drive 10 minutes or so to the other parking lot, back to the original lot again looking for the cars and then back to the other parking lot one more time. Finally employees are getting out of one of the cars. I have no clue where they had just come from. Overall, I was not happy with the rusty drums or the rattling doors on either of those cars. Joe told me that the rusty drums are normal and that even if the shop can clear it up for now, that it will come back. Well newsflash, I have never had that on any of my cars. He then told me that If I dont like that the doors are rattling when being closed (which he at first tried to say was normal), to just not buy the cars. I found that to be a rude remark. To explain us not finding the other two cars, Joe then tells me that there is no way of tracking their cars because all of the cars have two keys and the employees take whichever cars they want, sometimes do not put the cars back and that they even sometimes take them home. Wow. Well luckily I had two back-ups on my list. Fortunately, those two were actually on the lot, and guess what. When I sat inside the one, it was a base model that had power seats and navigation! Exactly what Joe told me I would not find in my price range for a base car. I jokingly brought that fact up and he only said. Because that one was an upgrade. So I took this one for a test. Thee doors were not as bad as the rest, but the drums were still as rusty and the floor mats were missing. I asked him about the missing floormats and he got annoyed and said, why are you asking me about things like that, werre going to take care of that, to which I replied was I not supposed to ask and just assume they would been put in afterwards? Becaue I have learned not to assume things in life He just chuckled at me as if I made a joke. While driving the car, I mentioned that I like the feel of the car, but Im not sure If I like the loose feeling in the steering. He actually once again replied well then dontt buy the car. To that I replied well I dontt think that comment was appropriate just because Im expressing myself. At this point, my patience was almost done. We go back to the shop and I ask for the out the door price for that car and car #2. He comes back with just the information for that car and told me that the owner is his cousin and that he didnt give me the info for the 2nd car because he just didnt want to. I asked why and he came up with some weird story about not selling it What does that even mean? Joe then asked me if I was going to move forward with the one they did give me the pricing on, and at that point, my heart told me it was definitely time for me to go. I told him no, because I dont like how you are making me feel, and I walked out. I will never step back in that place again! They were unprofessional, unorganized and wasted hours of my time. Maybe this is why they have too much inventory.
