I was having computer issues, and originally brought my lap top to Best Buy (where the lap top was purchased). They said they would need to send my computer away for an estimated 3-4 weeks. I had also called three other places and left messages where my calls were not returned same day.Bergen Computer Solutions took me immediately, and had my computer back up and running same day! Highly recommend. If I have any issues in the future, I will be returning.

I have been a customer for past several years and have recommended my boss and coworkers for their computer repair needs. After a recent episode where the representative was very rude, disrespectful and did not offer concrete set of steps to resolve the issue, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend to my colleagues. The representative failed to take ownership of the situation and instead was very dismissive. *Review Update: I went to the shop to pick up the computer--I did not order any repair to be done. I saw the customer service rep in question and he did not express any sorry mind that I was not satisfied with his assistance and that the business was losing several customers from this transaction. It was like he didnt even care. Very surprising attitude for a business to show to their customers.

Not just for the computer illiterate. I went in because I tore apart an extreme SFF build and couldnt be bothered to get it back together properly or troubleshoot it. They messed with it maaaany times, communicated well and even patiently waited for me to get parts I needed to get a working machine. Go in and speak the language and youll only make friends. Big shout out to the GM Jeff for the discounts and to everyone else for all the help. Im looking for a reason to get back in there.

Very good. Had water damage to my Mac Air in which I was told would cost me around $700 to fix through Apple. These guys did it in 1 day for under $230. Very impressed and fully recommend!

I would not recommend this business. Our refurbished computer has been problems that has cost us money to repair. The King Fast hard drive they use is cheap and not reliable. They cloned all my information from my old computer to this computer and that is not the best method.
