Aziza at Route 17 Ramsey Verizon made the typical PIA process of purchasing a new iPhone and setting up a new plan along with all contact transfer completely pain-free. Finally, someone who understands her product line and the procedure so as to get me in and out of the store without delay. She is also delightful to work with, aside from being super knowledgeable. 10 stars. Highly recommend.

Best store ever Joey was the best bought are phones a few months back with the screen protectors. Needed to replace the screen protectors went right in and Joey was able to swap them out super quick and much easier then going through these other store warranty replacements! Highly recommend! Aziza was soooo helpful. She set up phones for my whole family and answered every question we had. The phone transfers were quick and easy and she made sure she set us up with everything we needed. Today I received the worst customer service ever from a Verizon store location. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and was appalled by the lack of customer service in the Ramsey location. The staff was unprepared and not knowledgeable.I went into the store excited to purchase a new iphone. They had difficulty completing my upgrade. Instead of communicating this to me they allowed me to wait OVER one and a half hours.The manager was too busy talking to his friend to notice what was happening initially. To make matters worse no one even apologized for the excessive wait time! When I communicated my dissatisfaction, they simply shrugged. Their response was that it happens. Instead of closing a sale the manager allowed me to walk out of the store unsatisfied and without a new iphone. I’m never going back to Verizon! I’m heading over to AT&T.

Bought 3 iPhones. 2 worked well, one did not. The most Verizon would do for us was change the SIM card on the bad phone and then told us to go to Apple. Terrible problem resolution. Don’t get your phone here.

Excellent service!! I first went to the Verizon down on rt 17 in Paramus. The guy (young man) told me that my Samsung (and my husbands) was no longer going to able to be used January 2020, and I needed a new one immediately. My husband was not ready for a new phone. We came here to Ramsey Verizon and Joseph told us that he had never heard of that. He then called Verizon for us and told us that wasnt true. Hence, I bought my new phone with Josephs impeccable service and my husband STILL is using his phone with no issues. So, thanks for your honesty Verizon Ramsey!!

Jesus was amazing! I called and he explained everything in detail. So I went in, he was very intensive to all my needs. Hes my go-to guy from now on. He didnt try to push merchandise on me. He let me know all the promotions on my visit. I run a business with a lot of technology and he understood that. I highly recommend him. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased 2 phones in January 2021 and the salespeople were not honest about all the fees associated with upgrading our phones, until we had already activated them, then suddenly upon our leaving they said you need to sign these disclosures, with an additional 100+ fees involved in the service. I asked them to use my device dollars, a supposed verizon perk, and it is now march 11 and I am still waiting to have it applied. Three phone calls to Verizon, and still nothing. They obviously did not submit my paperwork correctly. Go Elsewhere ! Order on line, the activation fee is half of what they charge!

My girlfriends s8 started having problems and being a nurse she has to have a good phone. She wanted the s20 but nobody had it. I called Verizon in ramsey and spoke with Joey He said he had only 1 s20 and couldnt hold it for me. I explained to joey my girlfriend is a nurse and her phone is having problems and couldnt make it there that day because she was working a double shift and she can be there the following day. Joey said he would hold the phone for her because of her situation. We went to get the phone the following day and what a nice guy joey is. He is very professional friendly & gave my girlfriend great service. She was so happy for what he did for her and loves her new s20. This place is awesome i highly recommend going there for all your needs. Were definitely going back for ours. Thanks again joey for helping karol out and your great service 👍

Best Verizon in bergen county great service and knowledgeable employees

Jesus was very helpful and patient even though my cousins couldnt remember her login information. He made my cousins port from sprint so easy.. she was so worried and overwhelmed but he made her feel at easy.

I came to this location because of all the great reviews. I am glad I did! I know nothing about this stuff and it can certainly be overwhelming to understand the phones and plans. I was helped by the general manager Joey. He was very patient with me and understood my needs. I wasnt looking for all the bells and whistles. He set me up with a nice smart phone and was even able to lower the bill by removing things I didnt know I was even paying for. A lot of the other locations are quick to get you in and out without giving the attention that you need. I would recommend the store to anyone and they even dressed the place up nice for the holidays! I would definitely go back here again.

Elvin and Amit has been my god sent for assisting me with my new Samsung and my husband s I phone joe assisted me few wks ago . This is the only verizon store i will go to i have been to others no comparison. They are great with customer service friendly patient with me since im not the best with electronics im old school . Smiles full attention and can multi task . If i have to spend time in a place this is were i want to be to assist me with my phone and assery needs. Greatest experience . Today, 6/19/20 I went into the Ramsey location at 4pm in an effort to create a new verizon account. I first called and spoke to a sales representative to ask if certain information was needed and what the procedure was to accomplish this task. The female rep instructed me to come into the store location. After arriving it was discovered she gave me the wrong information over the phone. To try and fix this problem the same sales rep I spoke with over the phone gave me again, the wrong information . It was clear this associate had no idea what she was doing and wasted my time. After getting frustrated with the lack of knowledge and the waste of time during a pandemic I asked this girl for her name. She would not give me her name knowing I was going to complain. Im not going to argue with anyone so I left and called the store; A self proclaimed manager Ricky also would not give me her name and said she left the store. This lack of professionalism was unbelievable; ive never heard of someone in sales not giving out their name to a customer after a bad experience. Hold yourself accountable for wasting peoples time. I would never again use an authorized dealer again

I cannot say enough about Ricky! He was beyond helpful and informative. I did not even have to ask questions pertaining to my upgrade. He offered all information necessary. He has such a dynamic personality that you cannot help but be drawn into his knowledge of all products.

Friendly enough but very sales driven. Make sure to check your invoice to make sure no extra add on’s in there. I would definitely suggest working with a corporate location since retail locations may give false information on how to do returns on items or any other technical questions that could effect their commissions. I would never go back to this location.

We were greated as we walked in the door. The associate was very pleasant, showed us the phone models we were interested in, and even allowed us to try different phone cases to see how they looked and felt on various phone models. Although we did not yet purchase a new phone, the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend this Verizon authorized retailer.

I had a wonderful experience from a Joey at this location. I believe he was the manager. You dont always get the manager helping you out in these verizon stores. Let me tell you. Patience of a saint!! I have no idea what to do with these phones and he helped me better understand what I was doing. Joseph did a great job helping me when I came in the other day. Not everyone writes reviews but thought it was necessary since he was very caring about taking care of my issues. I prefer to go to this store than the other in Paramus. Much nicer and faster service.

This store is very helpful with whatever I need. The personnel there is always pleasant. Even when I didnt like a new phone and brought it back the next day, they worked with me on getting the phone that I wanted. They have cases and Gorilla glass type screen protectors that have a lifetime warranty. Yes. I said lifetime warranty. Best Verizon store around.

Outstanding experience - completely painless upgrade to a new phone. Adriana, the store manager, could not have been more helpful. She guided me to the right choice of phone, using cloud backups and some magic got all of my apps and data loaded onto it, took care of my old phone, and even helped me save some money. I went here on Black Friday to get a new phone. As soon as I walked in, a very nice employee, Jordan, greeted me and was immediately helpful. He was so knowledgable about all the products and was very informative. He answered all my questions about the phones and when I finally decided on one he was very helpful with suggesting accessories I needed, but without forcing them on me like some sales people do. He helped me set up my new phone and explained how everything worked. This was definitely one of the best Verizon experiences Ive had and Jordan was so great!

I don’t usually write reviews but when good service goes above and beyond, I felt this would be a good time. I had an issue with my phone and was inadvertently directed to Apple for a repair knowing that I had insurance through Verizon. After the phone was fixed and the bill was paid I decided to go back and discuss my concerns with Joseph. Not only did he help get it all straightened out and get my account credited back, he gave me a great tip on where to get some delecious sushi. That’s what I call over and above.
