My African American family and I Walked in to get phones for our kids NO greeting from anyone. There were 3 employees in the store. We waited 10 minutes each one of them looked at us and still said nothing. Clearly we were not important enough for even a greeting so we will take our business elsewhere. What a terrible feeling.

If you are a Sprint customer walking into this T mobile store, wait for a lot of misinformation. And if you need to cancel an order you placed in the store while you are in the store, they make it close to impossible. First of all, Sprint has better service than T-Mobile, so avoid getting a T-Mobile SIM card. I was under the impression that I was switching to a T-Mobile plan and after I bought the phone I was still on Sprint. Once you buy a phone you are stuck on that carrier for 24 months. I told them I had to think about this before I purchased the phone and I asked them to cancel the order. Also, they gave me 4 different quotes on the monthly payment of an iPhone 12. Hmmm… so is it 25, 26, 23, or 17 a month. When I told they to cancel the order, they needed to call T-Mobile customer care which they were placed on hold. They told me to call Sprint on my own and I would have an easier time. Not! On the phone for 2 hours and they don’t even see the order. If I want to avoid a restocking fee, phone needs to be cancelled in 24 hours. I called the Ramsey store back to try to resolve it and we got into an argument, of course. Avoid this store!So as a follow up…I called Sprint Customer Service the day I left the store and canceled my phone order. One month later, the charge was not removed from my bill and I was stuck with a new contract for a phone I didn’t have. So back to the store. Nilay went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. He stayed in the store 1.5 hours past closing time to help me solve my issues while on the phone with Sprint Customer service. Sprint Customer care should receive the 1 star rating tonight. Nilay came to the rescue and should be commended. I hope his store manager sees this review!

So I recently switched over to t mobile and love it. However the manager of this store doesn’t know what he is doing. He also belittled next in a huge way and not believe what I had to say and took my phone initially out of my had when I had no access to the bill I was on with my parents. Luckily the person there was super sweet and extremely helpful. I went back today (08-14-2020) because I made an order online and was realized they had it in store. I went in to the store to see if we could cancel the order because it was still being processed. They refused to help me at all and called the manager out on how he treated me at the store and had witnesses to the incident and there were cameras. There were also other employees around when he talked down to me and lied to me about bringing my phone over from my previous provider. Yes I know I was able to keep my number and phone since it was past 90 days of having that phone and was paid off.I was also told by an employee (she was amazing) that the manager has been there for a month. I have no clue how he’s been there for that long because he is not the best at his job & definitely didn’t know what he was doing nor cared about the customers concerns at all.

Raj and the staff were very courteous and helped me immediately. I knew what I was looking for coming in regarding a phone upgrade and they got me set up and ready to go in half a hour. This is my second time in the store to purchase a phone with Kary she was extremely helpful and kind.

I cannot even begin to explain my absolute delight with my experiences at this T-mobile location. I am a pre-existing Sprint customer but since T-mobile bought Sprint they were able to, and more than happy to help me. Raj, Shak, Nilay and Kary, are such an amazing team! I came in with many questions and not knowing what my options were. Raj patiently worked through everything with me, explaining verbally and writing it down for me so I could actually see the numbers all laid out. I returned about a week after to pick up the phone we had ordered and they made the set up/transferring process seamless. On top of them being great at what they do, they are just a lovely group of people. I have never had such a fun time simply being in a phone store. Whenever Im in Interstate, I will 100% pop in and say hello; that is the kind of impression they have left! Drop by and you will see for yourself!

I cannot say enough about the manager Dave and his service. Often, the information provided/shared doesnt reflect in the actual outcome even though that is of course what we all expect. In this case, everything he committed to and shared has come to fruition. He is completely knowledgable and delivers clear info about the plans, offers, etc. I would highly recommend this location if youre considering Sprint!

Highly recommend this location -- the customer service is spectacular. Everyone here was more than willing to help, especially the young boy Sean who took his time with me. Kelly and Zack were beyond helpful. I was being charged for a magic box that I had returned back in December, which they never had a record for. They both went to bat for me and went above and beyond. Kelly was so patient and sat on the phone with customer service for what felt like an eternity and never got negative or annoyed. Slow moving lines here. Staff just as good as used car salesman. Free nothing is free read your contract word for word as these sales people try to get over on you any chance they can. If you deal with the manager keep in mind they change that position like you change a babies dirty diaper.

Went to have a new phone swapped with my old to keep the number and do the copying of info and Najja was outstanding with his great service and pleasant personality. When doing our backup it went much longer due to us having stuff not backed up and Najja with the help of Eric went well out of their way to make sure it was all done as stayed way past when the store was to close. I wish all Sprint store locations were as awesome as this one.... Every single staff member is courteous and professional. They set the customer service bar so high that it can become a problem. I needed to go a Sprint Corporate store so went to the one on Route 4 in Paramus and walked out of there in 5 minutes and will never go there again. I recommend this location to everyone. Even if you have to go a bit out of the way, team members here will probably take care of whatever you need in a way that will probably end up saving you time. 5 stars to every single member of this store.

Najja was very patient, well knowledgeable and worked with me.. Everyone at that store was great.. It will definitely be our “go to” sprint store*** Went back about 2 weeks ago, the young gentleman that helped us, was very misleading.. He told us they would have the iPhone pro max in store Nov 6, so my husband got the iPhone 12 thinking he’d take it back and pay a restocking fee when he got new phone.. Fast forward to Nov 6, went back 2X and was told they didn’t have it and had to call customer service to preorder yourself.. My husband is currently without a phone as I type this and won’t have a phone for another 2 weeks..

Lies, Lies, and more lies! Avoid this store as you will be scammed! Just went in because my wife was eligible for an upgrade (after the ~20 months or so of her old phone). The Sprint website said she was able to get the upgrade discount, so we looked at a few phones online but wanted to see them in hand. We headed to this sprint store, and were shocked with what we were told.The store is a waste of space. There were only ~8 phones on display in the whole store. They had the price tags which showed the price if you were upgrading with the eligible discount. Despite these price tags, LIE #1- the salesman told us that Sprint no longer offered upgrade discounts, or contracts, and that we would get a new phone without a contract and have to do Easy Pay. Basically instead of getting the discount, they said we now had to pay the $50-100 for a phone, and then another $20 per month on top of that to pay off the phone since we would have no contract. So we would then instead of getting a phone upgrade for free, have to pay to get an upgrade, and then increase our monthly bill!!!I told him we werent interested in a no-contract plan, and that we would just sign up for the 2 year contract and get the upgrade discount. We also wanted to look at which phones would be free with the upgrade discount, and also something with a physical keyboard.He said that starting today 1/25/14 that there were no more contracts. LIE #2- He also said there were no phones which would have been zero dollars, and then LIE#3 that there were no smart phones with physical keyboards.Furious we left the store and we went home on the sprint website. No where does it say that sprint no longer offers contracts. No where does it say that sprint forces you to use the Easy Pay program (it is offered if you want no-contract service). Also we were able to buy a smartphone with the eligible upgrade for $0 out of pocket, and it was smart phone with a slider keyboard!Never ever go into this store. It is a front for shady deals and they are just trying to jack up your bills pushing the most costly products and FALSELY LABELED because they did not remove price-tags on devices that showed the price with eligible upgrade. This could possibly be the worst Sprint store I have ever been to, and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place until they are shut down.

3 parties at the store, 3 people working, and one associate is helping 1 person. The other ones were talking and doing menial tasks. The associate that helped us gave us advice to solve our problem on our own, and then googled what to do.

Every single employee at Arch Telecom/Sprint in Ramsey is a 5-star worthy employee. Lisa, David, Najaa, and Sierra are enthusiastic and helpful whether there is one customer in the store, or five waiting on line. I have been a customer since December 2017, and have needed to visit the store multiple times (through no fault of the employees). I have never seen any of the employees upset or negative, even when presented with a complicated situation. Im not thrilled with Sprints promos or billing practices - this is a corporate conversation. To be clear, this has absolutely nothing to do with the in-store employees - they are wonderful!

One time me and my family went to the Sprint store wael has wasted our time. First we said we need 5 lines so he charged us 35$ a line then he said 209$ a month for 5 lines we had Verizon at that time he said he will pay our swithing so we waited 7 hours due to no internet so after he said ok you will be paying 310$ then we got into a FIGHT! against wael not a FIGHT with physical touch with WORDS! then after we told the general manager about him then after he lied to his manager so this is why we do not like sprint.
