I needed a rear cross-member/ sub-frame, it rotted out. It was a safety issue for me to even drive my car. I was very worried that I wouldn’t be able to afford fixing my 2009 Benz C-Class. Dealer wanted $1400 for just the cross-member. Plus additional $2500 labor. Benzeen auto parts was a great help. I was a bit skeptical at first because the part was coming from California and I live in Connecticut. Cross-member was under $500 including shipping. In the end everything went 100%, fits perfectly, did it myself in my driveway for under $500. Thanks for all the help, well appreciated.

Purchased a remanufactured transfer case. Part came in a reasonable amount of time and seemed to be of very high quality. Kept me informed through emails and even telephoned. Very professional and personable. Would do business with again.

I ordered a hood for my Audi and the process went smoothly, tracking wasn’t an issue or anything. The listing said “Scratches and rock chips (front)” but when I received the hood, it came with 2 dents, one on the top side of the hood and the bottom. The hood was scratched all around. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but neither was I expecting it to be this bad. I called Benzeen up and they handled the problem very quickly and were super super nice about the situation. They immediately gave me a refund and for that, I still give them 4 stars. I’m not sure if those dents came from freight damage or just from their lot like that but regardless, they helped me resolve the issue. All i ask of this company is to take better pictures of their items because if I knew there would be dents and scratches that bad, I wouldn’t have bought it. Other than that, their customer service is great, if you run into any issues just call them up and they will resolve it quickly. I really appreciate Hayk and Cody for their help, great people!

Hayk is AWESOME! I no longer live in the area but had an issue with my tire rim. I had purchased from Hayk in the past with my last vehicle and he heard through the grapevine I was having issues so he contacted me and helped me find the cheapest/best deal in my area with no hesitation. Very friendly staff. Had to buy subwoofer for Toyota 4 runner from them. Sub works excellent. Price was better than on eBay but higher than few other junk yards. Other junk yard called me last minute saying their sub is not usable.

I’ve been trying to find two doors for my 2013 Lexus ES350 I talked to Mina and within minutes he had them ready for me. Very professional and resourceful my doors came exactly when he said they would I appreciate Mina and the people over at Benzeen Auto Parts.

I’ve dealt with many companies throughout the process of trying to repair my car none of the other companies compared to benzeens customer service and pricing there’s absolutely no comparison.

Purchased an automatic transmission, and was guaranteed a delivery window, which was important due to an appointment with my local transmission shop. I was sent an email the day of my appointment with a tracking number of a part coming from Utah, which I discovered was not the transmission I ordered. In addition, it was going to come late. They claimed the transmission had less miles, however, they did not confirm with me that the switch was okay, and they did not confirm that the later date was satisfactory.They did offer to ship the transmission back and refund my money. I was in a tough position and needed a transmission for my daily driver. The transmission arrived, and so far has been a quality one. Hence the two stars. They switched the product on high dollar sale and shipped it far later than originally guaranteed. Sam was my salesman, and tried to make it right. However, the poor communication was too extreme for it to redeem my experience with Benzene.Edit: Upon posting my review, Sam reached out and was able to offer me a cash credit to compensate for the delays and miscommunication. I greatly appreciate that offer, which bumped my review up two stars. Delays happen in freight shipping, and inventory is difficult to manage in auto recycling. Its very important that when these things happen, that communication is frequent and if balls are dropped, things are made right. I recommend Benzene, but do make sure youre communicating with your clients more effectively in the future.

While it may have just been a miscommunication, Sam went above and beyond to resolve the problem. While they have changed their name to Benzeen, they still have Truly Loyal Service.Doesnt look that way.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Benzeen Auto Parts for helping me out. I dealt with Daniel initially for part pricing and availability but then dealt with Andrey going through with the parts that I needed. I drive a 2005 Lexus GX470 and these guys were the only place that not only had all the parts of want but would ship them to Canada for me as well. I was advised since I lived close to the border that it would save me some money and be cheaper to cross into Buffalo to get my parts. They saved me a tonne of money and had good quality parts I would deal with them again in the future for sure. Keep up the good work, special thanks to Andrey as well, texts and e-mailed me what I needed to know and was available almost immediately at all times.

Expensive part had a defect. Though their warranty is very good and they do honor it. If I could do it again I would probably buy a new part to save time and peace of mind. Process was a bit of a hassle and communication wasnt the best.

If youve ever had to deal with transmission people, you realize credible, knowledgeable people are hard to come by. This piece of machinery is the most complex piece of equipment on your vehicle. I had purchased a transmission from TLS Auto Recycling for my 2008 Mercedes Benz S63. Dmitri (my sales person) knew EXACTLY the type of transmission I needed and explained in detail the specifications of it. I ordered it, sent it to my transmission specialist. You wont get a more credible, accommodating group of specialists that know their stuff. I know Ill be buying from them again.

This facility in simple words is the apple of used parts.Benzeen is our go to for all of our used parts, when we call in, all of the sales reps are knowledgable, down to earth and get right to the point !.if a part is ordered, i still keep in mind that its a used part and not a brand new one, defects and bad parts can happen, but what made us still stick with them is how they handle the situation every time. we simply call in and get reimbursed or swapped with a new part!!.. every dismantler offers this warranty but wait till you need to use it and none of them actually honor their word like benzeen does.( i bought atleast 100 parts at this place and literally had to exchange one part only and will explain how the dealt with it too!!)carlos, sam, and Samsun are my go to guys i definitely recommend them, sam is the best with product knowledge in my opinion, and when carlos is the one answering the phone i know im going to get what i need in under 3 mins !!!.i had an incident where we did a motor exchange recently, and was blown away on how they dealt with it. i went in thinking its about to be a nightmare getting it taken care of, and in a matter of 30 mins i had a new motor ready to go for me no questions asked !, no one does that unless they are an honest business, and definitely shoutout to the gentleman that pulled the engine for me because he made my life 10 times easier when he held on to the bolts needed and misc parts, instead of the usual answer i get from other facilities saying ( we dont know).bottom line, thanks for the amazing service and will always look forward to ordering parts from you guys!
