First time buying stuff from them online and it went pretty good, just wish they would notify you when an order ships and send you tracking without having to email/call them but the customer service rep did a great job by responding ASAP! I was looking for a rear spoiler for my 2008 A4 Cabriolet and was having a problem finding one. I recommend staying away from Octane Motorsports... Ive been dealing with them back and forth for over 3 months now. First they send the wrong hood... then the want to send a damaged hood. When we sent pictures of the damaged hood they told us we could repair it ourselves. AVOID THE HEADACHE and dont do business with them.

Octane Motorsports totally screwed me. I ordered a hood for my Camaro, I spoke to someone over the phone and all seemed well. a couple of weeks have passed and I see that I have been charged almost $200 to my card by Octane Motorsports. I call the company and get no answer. I spent 2 days and several times calling them and finally got trough. The gentleman I spoke to claims that they have tried calling me several times and got no response. But this is bullshit. I havent received a single call I have gone as far as getting my call history from my phone provider and have evidence I havent been contacted by them. Now Im without a hood and without my money. All I want is them to send me my hood and Ill be happy, but theyre ripping me off. They wont admit their own mistake and make things right. Dont do business with these people. You can pay a little more and order better parts that are guaranteed to make it to your front door.
