My friend is on a fixed income and needed to have a busted out window replaced. Being that every dollar is so important to her I searched hard for the best value.I was blown away that the cheapest price wasnt from Pic-N-Pull but Rancho Nissan Auto Dismantling instead. Besides, I really wasnt looking forward to walking around the Pic-N-Pull yard hoping to find what I needed, then if I was lucky enough to find what I needed, removing the door trim and the glass as well.Not only that, anyone who has been to Pic-N-Pull knows that they are not known for customer service.You can bet your a$$ that Ill be recommending this place to anyone I know that can use it.

I would not do business with these people. I had a horrible experience. Talked to Mike and ordered a complete used engine. When it was delivered to my mechanic, it was a stripped down engine. My mechanic called, and Mike told him I ordered a long block which was a lie. Mike told me upfront it was a complete engine. Front and rear crankshaft seals were leaking. Was told they would deliver on a holiday. I asked twice if that were true and was told Yeah we work that day. On day of delivery (holiday), manager Roman said no delivery on holiday. Had to wait four days for delivery. Gave them specific info to call my mechanic one hour prior to delivery and they didnt. They didnt even have a crank arm to lift the engine out of the delivery truck. My mechanic had to supply his. I called the manager and demanded a full refund. Thats the only thing they got right. Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Dont waste your money!

Went in to to get a part for my Nissan Altima and thought I’d give this place a try through a recommendation and wow I was not let down! Mike was the really helpful and if I ever need another car part I know where to go!

Low quality, way overpriced. Same quality as pick and pull for 5x the price, was expecting better quality for what they’re charging. Wouldn’t budge on broken part they were selling me ..instead gave me a 15% discount or $10 off. No Thanks.

The prices are good, the guys are nice, but I order a right rear quarter panel, that had the bumper bracket, and the tail light and I did not get the bumper bracket and I had to find a different place to order the bumper bracket and pay for the item and the shipping, and of course had to spend more time to find a place...

Horrible customer service and exaggerate that there store is the best which is not! You can easily go around the corner and find the same parts for the same price. I bought a couple of parts from them and 3 out 5 of them were messed up and they refused to exchange them instead they wanted me to buy the parts! Scam !!

Horrible service they sold me a part in perfect condition before even looking at the part. after waiting for 30 minutes they came back and said they didnt have it. Their a joke. they did the same to 3 other people there said they had it charged us then come back and said never mind waste of time !!!!

Called this place a few times for same car. Service guy said he had parts there come and get them, so i tell him im on my way, when i get there they dont have some of the parts we discuss. wanted to send me some where else to get them. didnt like that at all, felt like i was mislead.

I have called this place several times for parts for my Nissan Titan and have been misled, lied to, talked to disrespectfully, called a liar and hung up on. The parts are over priced for an auto dismantler, barely under dealer prices for new parts and thats if the even have the parts. I would not recommend doing business with this place.

Although I would have liked to conduct business with these guys, I was highly disappointed after incurring $1000 in labor costs, not covered, for a transmission that wasnt even tested. Although I did get a refund, I had to return the part myself. And in case you dont know, a transmission is not only big, its heavy and messy. Painful and costly experience.

They sold me a transmission that isn’t compatible to the car I ordered the transmission for.There employee Mike is very disrespectful and unhelpful.Even after I contacted Mike letting him know the transmission wasn’t working he made me take it to the dealer to confirm what I’ve already told him costing me another $200 not to mention I’ve already paid $800 to get the transmission put in and now have to pay another $500 to get it taken out and have to return the transmission myself to get a refund I really feel like this company has taken advantage of me and does business
