They are really good about answering the phones but that doesnt mean anything when they give you the wrong transmission and you have to pay your mechanic to install a transmission twice because the first one was stocked incorrectly. I wont waste my time again.

I placed an order with Cordova Auto Parts but didn’t pay attention that my item would ship on the following day. It was not an option for me as I needed the part overnight. I called the company and told about my problem. The sales rep was very helpful and professional. They did an expedited processing for me so I get my part overnight! I really appreciated my experience with Cordova Auto Parts and moreover their prices are very affordable compared to many other places I was looking for my auto part!

If there was an option for zero stars, they would get it. I bought 2 subaru engines from them for 2 cars at the same time, they lied about the mileage on the cars, told me one had 90k, the other had 98k. Googled the vins and both came back over 200k at the most recent auction they were sold at. As if this werent enough, I installed the first engine, had a bad misfire on #1, only 80lbs compression and oil leaking out of the exhaust port, exhaust valve not sealing. Pulled that engine out, put in the other one they sent, same thing, bent intake valve. They still wont refund my money even though theyve had their broken parts back for several weeks. They keep making excuses and blaming mistakes with account numbers and such. Do not use these incompetent idiots for anything, they make our industry look so bad.

This guys are fake. Request all other customers not to deal with them. Its been more 5 days i purchased seat from them and there is no response from this guys. There is no one to talk and also hanging up the calls on me. Very bad customer service. I dont even want to give them a single star. But unfortunately i had to give one star just to give them a feedback.

Call and ask if they have a part I need. They assure me they have a good selection and they have what Im looking for.I show up and theyve got only one part Im looking for and its broken. I drove thru rush hour traffic to get there and back and they couldnt care less about the inconvenience they caused me.

Called cordova to inquire about a roof rail for my Subaru. Yes we have it let me run outside and take a picture to verify it’s correct and will email. No email, have to call back. Do this twice and on the third attempt I call back and the piece is gone... imagine that...

Cordova Auto Parts refused to honor their return agreement with me, despite insisting multiple times over several months that they would refund my money. I had to call visa and file a dispute.

I found this company on google and than I visited the store customer service was very nice and helpful.I got what I wanted and very cheap.Every time I visit the store they take care of me.Thanks guys and keep up good work.

You will get most of parts for Mazda. And they will put on you hold on call for at least half hour
