Parts are used and expensive. I lost more than $800 for parts because I bought from them and they did not let me refund even though they gave me the wrong parts. Dont recommend to buy parts from Toy Auto Mart

If you call for a quote on a part that you need make sure you get the name of the person giving the quote. I went in after getting a quote on a part and they doubled the cost and the part was damaged. The cost of the part was more than buying it new online. Apparently they dont thing anyone can check prices elsewhere. Do your homework before going to this place for used parts.

I was looking for a specific part for my Toyota. I called and they said they have my part. Paid for it! Came in got and when I try to put it in my car at their parking lot. Did not fit. Went in and ask them if they can check the part to see if it was mine. They said they check. N it was not the part that fit my car. They would not refund it. Or get me what I came for. What a waste of time. No thank you for helping a poor man like me

If you own a Toyota this is the place, and Eric will hook you up! Ive owned my 02’ 4Rnr since the beginning and when I don’t want to roll the dice with a pick n pull I come up here. When it comes to moding your rig its nice to be able switch back to OEM if needed, and this place has you covered. They’ve never let me down, and their customer service is spot on. There’s a lot to choose from in the area, save yourself some time and start your search here.

Be careful of these people. they are dishonest....will sell you garbage, lie about the condition, and hope the sale sticks. unethical, shady, and a waste of time. make sure you see what youre buying in person before you give or send them any money.

The staff was friendly enough. Price wasnt spectacular, but they had what I needed. My only real complaint was the tech not washing his hands before removing the tan seats from the vehicle for us. We were obviously planning to clean the used seats prior to install, but not having greasy hand prints on them would have made that job just a bit quicker.

Ok, I thought the tailgate would have been in better shape, after speaking with them before driving 40 miles to their business.

WARNING!!!!! Dont go here!!! They dont care about anything, except making more money. Went in their wrecking yard to show them the part I needed for my truck and we agreed on the price. I left a deposit and they gave me an invoice showing the deposit and balance remaining. While they took part off I took my dad home. When I get back to the store, they tell me they cant sell me the part anymore because they didnt realize they can sell it as part of a set and could make more money. Although they returned me the money THATS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! They cant just go back on their word like that. Will NEVER go back here and NEVER recommend this place.

I called this place to see if they had any Prius hybrid batteries. They stated thst they had two. One with a warranty for $600 and another without a warranty for $400. After driving and going into the show to possibly get the battery, the employee said a different price. The employee stated that the warranty battery was $900 and the unwarranted battery was $800. He was short when he talked to me as well. I wouldnt recommend to purchase anything from this place. Just purchase your parts online. Dont waste your time to drive to this place.

They do not know what kind of parts they have .i went to buy parts for my camry 2000.i needed 2000 year part but they gave me a 1998 part.they gave me a wrong part.and offered to return it once it was welded on.i drove there 15 miles.so i have to go 15 miles back for the part.than 15 back to them.than they said the hood is original then once we bought it and checked later it was not.than they said we told u it was not original but they told us it was.than they did not want to give us receipt because they will need to pay taxthey are liars BEWARE!!!!!!

Please dont go here. They ripped me off. They sold me the wrong headlight on purpose and then admitted it. Except then when I brought it back they charged me 25%. And told me that they said it was the wrong one. They tried to earn money from a 16 year old. They hide their taxes. And are a bunch of liars, dont go here please.

Had a horrible experience with Toyautomart that left me OUT of $470.00.Purchased a 1993 lexus engine for that amount only to find out after taking it to my mechanic, that it was actually a 1995 engine that did not work on my car.I contacted my sales person at Toyautomart hoping for a quick resolution, only to have him tell me that they can only give me a STORE CREDIT. Store Credit??? Hows that going to make me fix my car when you gave me the wrong part? I asked. Response: well that is our policy. Not when you delibrately issue me the wrong part, I interjected. He claimed that I asked for a 1994 engine and that they could sell me a 1993 engine but I would have to pay $400 more. SAY WHAT...someone please explain that to me...How is it possible that one could pay $470 for what was now a 1995 engine, but turn around and pay $900.00 for an older engine with 2000 more miles.Bottom line, they gave me the wrong part hoping to take refuge under their STORE CREDIT POLICY, which should NOT apply here since it now looks like they delibrately did this to hold on to my cash, since they do not really seem to be offering any remedies other than STORE CREDIT . Now I have had to spend my time going to court to get my money back....Oh, and I know I WILL get my money because I did nothing wrong. I only conducted business with them in good faith. Wish I had the same experience others have had.

Their service was OK but the used transmission they sold me died five months after I bought it. They gave me a whimpy 3 month warranty. Very frustrating!!! It took three calls to get my deposit back for my old transmission...
