I had my shutters replaced today they were made wrong. I notify them the same day they were installed they say they will replace them,It took a year. I made several calls during that one year they will say I’ll get back to you in five minutes or tomorrow and they never did but that was not the worst after a year when they came to replace them they demanded the final payment it was a different figure there what I had in mind and Kevin the person who installed the new shatters was very unprofessional demanding payment even raise his voice saying that he will not leave the house without the final payment I asked him to give me time to look at my records and make sure that the numbers were right he pull out his phone and try to show me what I had to pay and when I made the payments I said this fine all I need to do is to look at my records to make sure his whole attitude was you need to pay me now I’m not leaving without payment and this is what you Owe. All I was asking for was time to verify what I have already paid and he said no that we have customers that don’t pay us and you need to make this payment now I will not recommend this company to anybody based on this experience

Salesman Richard Edelman and his installation team (Kevin/John) were the best. Richard Edelman was so confident in his product that he made no pressure to sell. I saw many shutter products before I made my finaldecision.Initially, I did the back of my home which looked so beautiful, I could hardly wait to complete the front of my home.The first comment I receive of all who enter my home for the first time, is of the elegance and beauty of my shutters. Money well spent.Of significance, Shutter Source was the LEAST EXPENSIVE of ALL the shutter companies, but their product was the best looking. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The SHUTTER Source to any one planning to install shutters.
