I know this showroom doesnt get much foot traffic but I wanted to get my hands on a parcel box before we bought it. Josh was absolutely killing it on customer service. He answered all my questions and even brought a box out from the warehouse to look at. The reception person was also super helpful (sorry I forgot her name!). They gave me a fair price and I left completely satisfied.

I agree with the other one star review. In my case I did not even get to put my order through for over a thousand dollar mailbox. This company is a joke and scam. Please stay away.

They charged a 25% restocking fee after the mailboxes we ordered were too deep. The customer service was sub-par and I would go out of my way to not order from them. I will not order from them again.
