We are a local contractor in the area. We buy paint on occasion and I have used Dunn Edwards in the past, but on this occasion we dropped off a piece of roofing material to get a color match. Kevin helped me first with great customer service. I was later contacted by Jon and was told that the material I ordered was not available and that they only had the superior product in stock. I asked if he would be able to match the price and was told that he couldnt do that and my only option was to upgrade and pay the premium price. Went to Home depot down the street and had the color matched quickly and for a better price. Hopefully they accommodate better for the other contractors that purchase regularly.
