I walked in and there was already a couple there. This was not a deal breaker and I had allotted plenty of time to browse. Faith showed me some options and I selected the one that suited my fancy most. She was nice and NOT pushy. She was pleasant to chat with and seemed like a cool chick. Overall I was pleased and would totally recommend buying from her.

Cristian was super helpful! We had originally placed our order online and had nothing but issues with fedex who, after almost two weeks of calls, finally told us they had lost our package. Great experience, from purchase to delivery! Jonathan Solis at the Rancho Cucamonga, CA location provided well above excellent service! Made sure my fiance and myself fit the right bed, comfort level, material, everything. Answered all of our many questions, even while juggling other customers who came in well after demanding that they be seen immediately. The delivery crew was also exceptional, both men were very nice and friendly!

I had a pretty good experience shopping at Mattress Firm. I came with a set budget in mind and Marco greeted me and my mom and really tried to work with our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the products and offered recommendations as other options that were close to what we were looking for. He was very transparent and what I love most was during his time of assisting us, he used break away statements to greet and assist other customers and then made his way back to us to finish. He was working alone with no help and it was very busy but he worked the room. Even better, he set expectations upfront. My moms items were supposed to deliver next day. They forgot the base to the bed. We understand things happen but at best, Marco was right on it on getting the issue resolved. Both me and my mom made a purchase. I purchased the day after she did and i couldnt have asked for better service and assistance. Marco was excellent. Thank you!

Marco did a good job of explaining the differences between the different mattresses.We didn’t think we were going to buy a mattress, but Marco didn’t pressure us, and he took good care of us. I think we got a good deal. We felt comfortable and assured.In addition, we appreciated that we didn’t have to wear a mask and have our temperature taken to spend our money, like at Living Spaces.

Quick and easy transaction. Got a price matched and opted out of delivery to save money. Customer service was good, staff was knowledgeable and warranty is good as well. I put a 4 because when we agreed to a price match the seller tried to ring us up with their own price stating “I thought you said our price was fine”. He didn’t give us trouble when we corrected him but he WAS the one that said they price matched so of course we wanted the cheaper price. Other than that, it was good.

At first, my in store experience was GREAT!!. I didn’t know what I wanted at the time I first stepped into the store. The sales man was very knowledgeable all the products mattress firm carries. Once he had an idea on the type of mattress I was looking for he became very helpful and understanding in what I was interested in. I work in the medical field long hours plus sleepless nights. John he saw through it that I got something to really help me sleep, especially since I don’t sleep to well. Plus the amazing deal I got was great! The delivery on the other hand I was very disappointed with. I understand that people make mistakes, especially new hires that are just starting with the company. The delivery driver calls me with some bad news. Unfortunately they had forgotten the power supply for the bedframe also the mattress was very dirty. However mattress firm made it right and definitely gained my business again in the future, the district manager gives me a call and she made it right for me. On top of the amazing discount and deal I got she honored it by discounting some more money and giving me a pillow that is very very comfortable! For the fact that they went out of their way to make it right shows me that this is an amazing company. They value their customers and their feedback. THANK YOU MATTRESS FIRM!!

I finally went outside during the pandemic and was determined to buy myself a new bed and mattress. I did buy my bed frame online, but I preferred to test out the mattress in person. We had a great experience at mattress firm. I was very interested in the purple mattress. I got to lay on it at Macy’s, but Macy’s wouldn’t match the sale price online. I went to mattress firm and they matched the price as well as had their own offer of a free platform base promotion going on that weekend. Today, I brought my mom back because we loved the mattress so much she wanted the purple mattress for herself. Both of us are very happy with mattress firms’ customer service and promotional offers. No hidden gimmicks of any kind and we have no complaints whatsoever!

I am going to start by saying AMAZING ! So yesterday 2/22/20 my wife, two daughters and myself went to go look for a mattress. We currently have a beautyrest mattress that unfortunately went bad so per the warranty we are aable to get a new one so the company told us to go to different stores to try out different mattresses to find the one we like and take pictures and get all of the information and forward it to them so that was the plan for yesterday.At first, we went to sit n sleep in upland where the man was nice but not the most helpful once we told him that we were only at the store to try out mattresses and not purchase since we were in a warranty claim. Not a bad experience but not the best. After that we went to the Macys store at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga but did not find anything that we liked.When we left Macys we decided to go try mattress firm and see what they had and lets just say we spent about 90 minutes in the store speaking with Jody who not only provided excellent customer service but also provided us with a education about sleep, pressure points, different types of coils, difference in companies and everything you could ever imagine. He had us trying out different mattresses and explained the differences between each and every one we were trying. He explained the pros and cons of each. He showed the different cooling elements different mattress companies use and how the coils work. Lets just say we received quite an education and left the store feeling so much more informed about how you go about selecting a mattress.Not often do you find somebody who absolutely loves the work that they do but Jody had a true passion for his job and true love for helping people get a better nights rest. If we were not in a warranty claim and could have picked where to buy our mattress we would have definitely purchased from Jody because both my wife and I felt so impressed with how we were treated and his knowledge of product. Thank you for the help Jody and we will be back soon to get that Adjustable base for our bed.

DO NOT GO HERE OR UPLAND. The delivery service is extremely unprofessional. Was suppose to drop off our mattress on Thursday, they showed up, stayed parked in the truck and did not call nor knock and left after 15 minutes. Then they rejected our call twice when trying to figure out when it would be delivered. Then they rescheduled to drop off Saturday. We get a call the day before Saturday saying that the delivery company thought we didn’t want it and brought it to the floor and sold it so now we do not have the mattress promised and will have to get a new mattress delivered on Sunday. Absolutely terrible service. I suggest either delivering your own mattress or trying out a different mattress company.

Started poorly, ended well. We were looking for a particular bed frame. We called our local store to see if they had it in stock. They did not, but told us which store did. They called the store for us and put it on hold. Upon arriving at the store, we discovered that, not only did they not have it in stock, the original store had given the second store completely incorrect information on the product we wanted. The second store was more than accommodating: While the product we wanted was nowhere in stock, they found a better, more expensive replacement for us, set up delivery, and matched the price of the product we had originally sought. We could not have been happier with their service.

I love how easy it is to navigate through the store! Mattresses are color coded and prices displayed upfront. You can easily browse through the store. However, Rozell is an excellent sales man and he was incredibly helpful and answered questions when we had them and let us browse on our own and told us which beds were in our price range and how to test the beds. 👍

Only reason i gave any stars is because they say they will message you back in 5 mins here it is almost 3 hrs later i had questions and still no answers, plus it says open at 10am when i messaged first then drove 25 mins and nope the open sign wasnt turned on till 1045 and thats when the employee started setting out their daily signs.... i mean if you dont want customers just flippin say so dont be rude and ignore them.
