We went there to look for a bed and the woman that help us is really great her name is Samantha she really informed us about the mattress that conforms and made suitable to our body needs not just a bed. But unfortunately the price of the smart bed is to high for our budget that we couldnt afford. But if you like sleep number and have the money they have great beds! Just ask for Samantha shes awesome 👌.

We decided to purchase a sleep number bed for the first time. After only 3 nights, the pump stopped working. Be aware that if you do have problems, the customer service is perhaps the worst I have ever come across. We spoke to a few people and not one was either friendly or apologetic. Even speaking to a so-called supervisor did nothing to ease our frustration of the situation (she actually made it worse due to her lack of assistance and treatment of us) since we were now sleeping on an uncomfortable bed that we could not adjust. We now had to wait 3 days for a new pump and then it was the wrong one. Then, the next pump was supposed to be shipped out Next Day Air but went ground instead. Well have to keep being uncomfortable for another 3 days. We even left a message for an executive manager but never received a call back. We have no trust in their customer service and have decided to return the bed. I am thoroughly disappointed.The sales staff at the Rancho Cucamonga store was excellent and very professional and they are the reason I am even giving a 3-star review. If it was not for them, I would be giving a 1-star.

We didnt make a purchase today, but we wanted to dedicate this review to Taylor. We are complete beginners to the premium bed game, but Taylor was extremely friendly and professional helping us learn about Sleep Number. He was not pushy, did not try to upsell anything, and focused purely on learning our needs and recommending the best Sleep Number products for those needs, all of which he was extremely spot-on with. Had this not been the first stop of our bed-searching journey and us wanting to spend more time researching everything, we probably wouldve finalized our purchase today. That being said, there is still a chance that we end up giving Taylor a call later as we still have another month before our new construction completes (fingers crossed no more delays), but in the meantime, we wanted to at least share our positive experience with Taylor and hope that others stop by to experience the same.

Tylor was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t just sell us on the product, he made sure that our decision was something that my partner and I both agreed upon. He didn’t try to sell us on the most expensive bed he made sure it was a comfortable bed for us both.

Came in wanting to get to try out a bed and get some answers after doing some research on my own. Taylor was great and so helpful. Answered all of my questions and helped solidify my choice. Store wasn’t packed when I came in. All staff and patrons were in masks. Had a pillow cover as I laid on each bed and beds were sanitized after they had been laid on. Overall great experience.

We came in looking for a better bed to sleep on. We were first met by Tim Clark. He made our experience very smooth. We went through the process to find what number we were to sleep at. At no point did he ever pressure us to buy or get the bed. After doing the numbers my wife and I made the decision to purchase the bed. And are looking forward to getting it in a few weeks.

We had the Samatha for our salesperson and she is fabulous! Very knowledgeable and super friendly! We never felt pressured to buy the most expensive bed! She told us more than once, “whatever bed we chose, we wouldn’t be settling because they are all great beds!” We can hardly wait to get it delivered! I definitely would recommend this store and definitely recommend Samatha!

I was extremely unhappy how Matthew Skinner handled the maxing out of my S.N credit card when he charged me for my $4000k bed and then mistakenly had put another $4000 on hold maxing it out. which I discovered a month later once the bill arrived. I tried to get clarity from the cc company but said the store placed the other $4000 on hold. The rep didnt know why. I called the store. spoke to a young man there who took a message as to the reason for my call and I waited about 3 hours and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I felt that it was the sales persons responsibity to make sure my issue was resolves as soon as possible. The following day I decided to call corporate aprx 1:00pm, left a message about my NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with MATHEW SKINNER and no more than 5 min later Mathew S called saying he was going to look into the situation.I felt he didnt care about the customer (me) after he got the sale and definitley didnt want to be bothered with calling me back.I should of ended the sale before I bought anything from him because he kept bringing up, out loud, several times remarks about my sleeping habits that i had shared with him in confidence. He didnt respect nor appreciate me.Also, I felt he took a sale from another sales guy at that same location because when I called the second time to meet the sales person I was suppose to meet originally, I told Matt that I wanted to see the 1st salesman and I tried to figure out who it was and Matt said, oh it doesnt matter. I guess it was my fault for not being more set on finding the guy.M>S apology was weak especially after he didnt return my 1st left message and didnt get back to me right away the following day and after I called corporate.For those who arent aware, Maxing out credit cards does not reflect well on a person CREDIT SCORE (FICA) and can make other lenders apprehensive about lending to you. I make a point of not maxing out my cards so I was very dissapointed this happened.I gave a 3 stars for the bed. i liked it.

I ignored a call from California on 12/27, but the vm made me curious so called Taylor back. Imagine my surprise when this young man let me know I had $100 to spend (a referral gift I’d forgotten about) and assisted me in picking out a custom pillow and cover, keeping me in my $100 limit all before it expired that night at midnight. By the way LOVE my sleep number bed! And thank you Taylor for your excellent customer service!

My husband and I have been looking for just the right bed but have fallen short with our experiences. Sleep number was the last place we tried and to our surprise we found the bed of our dreams. It was custom fitted to our needs as a couple and individually. I highly recommend the Sleep Number Store in Rancho Cucmonga. Ask for William. He really is very caring and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were totally satisfied with our new bed. Great experience

Taylor was a completely awesome and patient guide to the Sleep Number beds and letting us make our decision without feeling completely pressured. He was ready to spend two or three hours with us and still walk away to let us discuss out options. He was kind and never on e did we feel disparaged or mocked for anything from preferences to questions to making silly comments or asking the same question over if we forgot.We felt supported and reassured through the whole process and that is what led us to go for the max. When we would have made a lesser purchase to fit out budget better, Taylor made sure we felt comfortable not only doing so, but changing our minds about it. He made sure that we were well informed about our choices and that we were actually comfortable with the investment we made in going for it and spending $8,000+ on a bed(!) On the same day we just came in to look and test.Our expreience with Taylor was so great we are even thinking about getting our brother down to the store to buy just from him because we know he wont be pressured or duped and he wont regret his decision if he speaks with someone as knowledgeable, professional, and patient as Taylor.Taylor is a stellar customer service and sales agent and definitely deserves a promotion, raise or at least bonus! OkI may or may not remember to update my review once I get my bed. :)

I received a defective mattress. It keeps going flat since the very first day that I got it. I called to have it returned and they keep giving me the run around. Get this you have to pay $200 for having it delivered to your house. On top of that they CHARGE YOU a $200 fee for shipping and handling if you return it. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE... IT’S DEFECTIVE? If you attempt to return it they keep saying no and they mail you parts for you to “fix” it yourself. They charge $200 for labor if they come “fix it”. It’s a scam!

They treated me like a common criminal. Ask me if i could afford the payments. I was actually going there to purchase a pillow. I dont want a over price air mattress. I bought one from them. Two years ago. They go flat at night. They dont cover the warrenty. They make it seem like they are throwing in free stuff, but they charge you with out even telling you. so you think it complementary, but it not and then you notice a charge on your account.

Not sure if complaints caused a change of employees. Went in, tried out some beds, was able to get financing. Ordered on Sunday and they had it delivered on that Friday by noon. Customer service was good, and patient with us.

Update. They appologize to you over the google review, but when i call you. You tell me there is nothing you can do. think of sleep number this way. If you purchase a tv and it cones to your house broken. You are charged for them having to come back to pick up ypur broken tv. Also the warrenty they offer is only on parts. You are paying for the service call.I bought a sleep number c2 bed and it keeps going flat. Sleep number sent out a new pump after they charged my account 99.99 with out informing me. The bed was still going flat due to the air chamber leaking. They then offered to come out to my home to replace the air chamber and once the technician got here they ask me how will i be paying for the service fee. I told them that sleep number said it would be free. I was informed the part was free not the service. I asked then just for the part and they said we will still have to charge me for coming out. I am now in the middle of returning it and they are also charging me a return fee on top of the delivery fee. Stay away from sleep number. My salesman was william. He lied to me and my wife. He said if we were not happy with the bed they will only charge me a home delivery fee. That was not the case. I now owe sleep number 400 dollers in delivery fees and 100 for a service fee. I am not very happy. They refused to fix me bed and they wont help me either.

Great bed, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First set of EXPENSIVE sheets they sent were the wrong size. Replacements were promised in 2 days, took almost 2 weeks. Pillow cases arrived almost A MONTH after the bed and are the wrong color. Buy the bed but NOT at this store.

Found our salesman Travis who refered to himself as our Go To Guy for problems, to be good only for the sale and a faliure for service. We havent recieved the bed yet, I hope it is better than he service we have received so far. Travis even went so far as to lie to us about the parts being here and just needed to schedule final set up. I had to order the parts from customer service, which never had been ordered. After spending what we did for the X12, would think the Go To Guy could be helpfull and honest, which neither was the case.
