Called the store and spoke with Matthew about testing a mattress topper at the Rancho Cucamonga store. He was helpful over the phone giving me the information I was asking for but said trying it out was the best way to know. A few days later I drove 40 mile to his store to meet with him. He had me try 2 different toppers to see what felt the better to me. We also tried them on different mattresses to see how the feel would change.He spent over an hour with me and again answered all my questions wanting me to be sure if I decided to purchase one since there is no returns on toppers. Well, I did end up getting one but even if I hadnt I would definitely recommend them. Matthews customer service was top notch.

I wasnt too sure about these beds and the prices. But after going to the store, I quickly changed my mind. I was greeted by Tom, a well informed and patient individual. Even when I tried other beds, but just wanted to stick to my original pick, he was encouraging and never pushy to get a different one.He explained every detail, and he even recommended the best bed frame for someone of my stature.The money is worth it if you an afford it, I mean how often do you really get to spend money on a bed? specially if it will benefit your body in every way.I got nothing but good vibes from Tom, I did appreciate his help. Customer service is on point, Tom will be tracking my bed and letting me know when its on the way. I dont know of any other store that will go the extra mile for you. My wife and I just purchased a proadapt medium hybrid with the smart adjustable base along with new pillows. Without a doubt this has been the best experience we could have asked for. Josh was the salesman that we dealt with and he was super polite and professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We did work with two other employees as we went to the store 4 different times and I can tell you that anyone in that store gives the same amazing customer service. They will all work with you and be patient and answer all questions that you have. They will try to save you money letting you know when things are going to be on sale and they aren’t actively trying to always up-sell to get you to spend more. Unlike every mattress store we went to during our week long hunt for a new bed. Without a doubt I cannot recommend going anywhere other than the flagship store for purchasing a new bed. The beds are really comfortable but the customer service is truly stellar. You won’t be disappointed!

We just purchase our new bed which is a pro adapt medium hybrid, along with the base and new pillows. Not only have we loved our new bed but the experience was awesome The entire staff is very friendly; we had help from Josh, Matt and Tom because we came by multiple days. Went in for pricing and info. Tom Smith who helped me was very nice and informative. He broke down each bed and frame. Very no pressure sales, felt very at ease with him and associate he was working with. Tom also broke down prices for each of the mattresses we were interested in. Tom was very helpful in showing me all the different pillows. I have been having neck troubles and I saw the cloud pillows had a deal and I was originally going to get that but with Toms help he was able to find me a firm enough and high enough pillow that was even better than the cloud. Great experience and they sanitize everything after each use and they make sure they wear gloves too. Very clean and very nice staff! Highly recommend!

Weve had a tempur pedic for 17 years and were very happy with that mattress. We came to the store to see the new models and Tom was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.. We came in about 2 times and he was always pkeasant and very helpful even though we didnt buy anything. After the couple of visits we did indeed buy a bed and he walked us through it all. I found out that temperpedic has a store in the Victoria Gardens Shooping complex. My wife and I went and were greeted by Matthew when we entered the store. I was looking for a pillow and he showed me the different options and explained the difference for each one. He allowed me to test them out and we subsequently purchased one. Too bad the inventory was low and we had to have it shipped. Since we were there I used the opportunity to ask about their mattresses and he gladly let us lay on a few beds and explained the differences. Matthew was very knowledgeable and was great with us. He was not pushy but did explain about their sale. We indicated that we would be in the market for a new mattress later in the year. Its nice to see stores open back up and its even nicer to see people like Matthew representing tenperpedic as he was fantastic.

Im so glad we came here because we thought we knew what we wanted, but the store we originally went to didnt show us the pro-adapt series. Ill admit, I really didnt think it would make a big difference but I was amazed at the difference in feel between the adapt and pro-adapt. When youre spending this much on a mattress, you want to make sure youre picking out the right one. He was very attentive and not pushy like one might expect a salesman to be. The experience we had here was MUCH better than the general mattress store we went to first, and I wish Tempur-Pedic had more of their own stores like this. I had a reasonable experience buying my mattress from this store. Sadly, I did not appreciate the dishonesty of the salesman. I thought going to Tempur-Pedic Store directly would save me from being lied to by questionable salesmen at the other mainstream stores, sadly my experience did not differ. During the sale, I was promised MULTIPLE times, about the installers disassembling my bed frame and moving it to a different room. A promise that was simply a LIE. Obviously, their lie ended costing me hiring a moving company to disassemble my bed and move it to a different room, and I was forced to do all that with an HOUR notice. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and the frustrations it caused me and my wife.Updated 03/12/2021Although my experience was unpleasant in terms of the horrendous delivery experience, it was quickly addressed by the store Manager who reached out to me and my wife and was very apologetic and managed to amend the errors of his salesman. The store managers attitude and my experience with the actual bed encouraged me to change my opinion and recommend this store if you are in the market for a new bed.

I went to tempur-pedic with my girlfriend to buy a new mattress and I have to say Tom was an amazing person. He not only let us try out each bed to try to find the one that best fits us, he also explained to us the difference of each bed and if we were hot sleepers etc. We left to try to make a decision and if I’m being honest I didn’t think we were going to come back because the prices were a bit too much for us but Tom was so kind we came the next day and made our purchase and all I have to say is I am excited for our new bed and our sleep!
