Less than bare minimum selection in bathroom accessories! Staff not helpful at all! Was never greeted or acknowledged and I was in the store for quite awhile!

Great stuff, staff isnt very helpful, and some appliances can take up to 4 months or more to arrive if at all without company intervention.

Limited selection and rude, unhelpful staff. Most of the sales associates just stand around talking. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not helpful at all. Customer service SUCKS! They dont even look at you unless your old white and have a designer bag.

Friendly employees didnt bother me once even though I was taking my time looking at everything. I LOVE Pottery Barn! I was there to inquire about an estimate for couch slipcover replacements. Even I finally was ready to ask, I approached an employee and he, excitedly, researched there item and printed out my estimate. I loved everyones attitude and friendliness.

Pottery Barn is a go to place to find both inspiration and great home goodies.From time to time the store offers classes, would be great if they send an sms to remind attendees about it. The topics are relevant, interesting and there is no fee.

I’ve only purchased a few small items but overall it’s a classy experience. As a 17 year old I’m surprised I would be interested in Pottery Barn.

I wanted to exchange a desk clock for the second time that stop working for the second time the manager at Victoria gardens refused to changed because the top part was a litle rusted. Hello I dont choose the quality of the materials and of course we live on the coast. She made it a big deal instead of worrying about the customer. We are credit holders for many years. I am very disappointed.

Went to do a registry here, and saw older lady and told her I wanted to register for my wedding. The whole process seemed antiquated and she did not want to help us because she said the system was so old. She did not help with us looking for anything and our register gun did not work. Customer Service SUCKED. Could have spent thousands of dollars here, but didnt want to because it seemed like a hassle to register in the first place. She didnt say congratulations at all like Crate and Barrel did, and seemed relieved we did not want to create a registry due to time it would take to make one. Now Im registered there through The knot and she didnt help me with a password,

I’m back. Different account..... just to tell u that FYI they didn’t call me when said robe came in btw, and I didn’t get a call for 6 days then I decided to go in cus I was in the area, they had had it in for a couple of days...

Peaceful environment and cozy, good customer service.

They promised they could have my gift to me 2 days before Christmas.... it’s the 26th now and they still haven’t gotten my item in.
