Everyone at Friedman Optometry is always amazing! The staff is helpful, the doctors are so knowledgeable and kind and the energy there is always positive and comfortable. I was so relieved with how fast I was able to be seen. That promptness enabled treatment to get started immediately, and also helped to prevent my issue from becoming too serious. Thank you so much!

This is the first time I visited this Optometry. I used to go to another optometry but since it does not open on Saturdays, I picked this one for an important check up. The staff was friendly and nice, but I was most impressed with Dr. Barajas. He gave me an exam on my injured eye and shared with me thoroughly about what was happening. He showed images and explained everything in clear details. He was easy to understand. I am very satisfied with this experience. Will consider switching to this optometry. Thank you, Dr. Barajas.

Dr. Brandon Friedman and Dr. Michael Huang have been our familys optometrists for 10+ years. They are very easygoing, easy to communicate. The staff members are professional and very helpful. We are very lucky to have them in our community.

I had the worst experience going to Dr Friedmans office today I am a prior client of his I went to make an appointment to see Dr Friedman I explained I wanted a full and complete eye exam and ask them how much it was going to cost me they told me $85 I said okay and that includes everything they said yes I do not have insurance so I wanted to get a quote over the phone in advance before I made the appointment I took off work drove up there was on time all to find out that the minute I get in there they want to charge me an additional $35 for a full complete exam Hes never done this before I dont understand it when I spoke to his staff she started to argue with me when I asked her to please leave a message for Dr Friedman Im really disappointed and unfortunately would have to give you no stars

Everytime i come here is excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. All eye doctors in this location are very knowledgeable and will answer any concerns you may have. I am very pleased to bring my family here for glasses aswell as contact lenses. They can fix your glasses, many frames options to choose from. Im very satisfied with our results. Try this place you wont regret it.

I havent had a bad experience with the Doctors or the office staff. They have a nice selection of frames, very good at giving advice on the size and color of the frames. Even with everything going on knowing that we can still get our eyes checked is a plus for me.

Staff very courteous and friendly, This is second time visited after gap of two and half years,With latest equipment they take care of your eyes. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Brandon Friedman was great with my baby girl, and took the time to answer all my questions, even though the visit was through the InfantSEE program (read: free). Highly recommend him! We will be back for her first official optometry visit when she turns 2!

Dr Friedman is the best optometrist Ive seen in the decade+ that Ive been wearing glasses. Hes never in a rush - very thorough, happy to explain things, and answer as many questions as you may have. The ladies that work the front office are also great. Im horribly indecisive when it comes to choosing frames and they were beyond patient and helpful.

I share my experience with this place, I ordered my sunglasses and for some reason they were delivered to me scratched and the lens did not fit with the frame, 40 days have passed and I am still waiting for my refund, the manger said that he would call me back and that It was a week ago, Im still waiting for my refund

Well after 6 years recurring customer today was the fastest and effortless visit ever, My only complaint is the New staff, No smiles from either one of the females on Saturday and all including the pregnant lady Require better customer service skills, SPECIALLY the One Girl who told my wife, SHE HARDLY EVER SMILED TO CUSTOMERS yup other than that, fast service, and no hassles...SMILE, SMILE, SMILE, and make customers feel at home and welcomed.

Ive tried to give this place a chance more than once but every time I start to ask questions or refuse something I dont feel is necessary I get attitude. And Im sick of getting messages that my items are ready 10 minutes before theyre going to close. I dont need your attitude I just need my glasses, thanks.
