I loved the customer service and attentiveness of the lovely ladies working there. They helped me pick out a frame that was best suited for my face and answered any questions I had. My glasses came in really quick and I am happy to recommend this optical to my family and friends.

I really enjoyed my experience at Target Optical. The associates were really helpful and knowledgeable. Cindy helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses. She educated me on the importance of sun protect. The doctor who’s name is also Cindy took time to explain my exam results. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Great service and great prices. I also received an additional discount with my target red card. This is definitely my Optical from now on.

Love the service. They have new people working there which is great considering the guys that use to work there were idiots, especially the male that was always there. They have a large selection of frames and styles. Definitely worth the second chance!!!

Picked up my glasses and everything seemed fine. I had contacts in when I tried them on so I didn’t even notice but they never even put my prescription in my new frames!!!!!! What a bunch of idiots. $380 for what?!?!

No follow-up and poor customer service. I was given a 7 to 10 business day delivery promise on a pair of prescription sun glasses, but did not receive them until a month later. Never received a delay notice, I personally had to call for a status update. In addition, when Target Optical attempted to deliver the sun glasses, I noticed that the wrong pair of sun glasses were ordered. Target Optical didnt check for the order accuracy before delivery. Poor service and a waste of time.

A complete bad service... order a pair of sunglasses and a pair of clear. Made both clear and made me wait much longer to get them. When I was promised to speed up my order on getting them sooner as of their mistake. Hope ppl read this reviews before coming so they won’t be disappointed 😞

1. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses plus contacts.- Both pairs came back wrong prescription, one was supposed to be 150, came back 475 !2. One of my contacts got turned over in my eye, the opthamologist took about 60 seconds to fix it for me, charged me $45 !3. My reordered glasses got slight scratches on them, brought them in under the extended warranty. They told me they wouldnt just fix the scratches but replace the whole pair of glasses. Said it would take a week.Now a month later they call me to tell me they came back wrong and have no idea when they might get corrected.DO NOT GO TO TARGET FOR YOUR GLASSES !

Went here today at 11:30am to check if they took my insurance. Whoever the guy was working at desk this time, was rude and should learn how to properly perform customer service.

Christina was amazing!! she helped me pick my glasses, which i was hesitant at first, but she gave me confidence to move forward with it and now i love it!
