I decided I want to start wearing make-up on occasions, and needed serious guidance. Great service at the store in Victoria Gardens. Had fun taking LED light selfies. Clearly I need to get out more. 😉 The ladies were friendly & helpful.

I walked in kind of on a whim to get shade matched for a new foundation. The employee I had was friendly and was applied a full face of makeup for me so I didnt walk out with patches of foundation or looking too crazy. She gave me a free sample of the foundation so I could see how it looked at home which was really nice.

I went here to buy some lipsticks, when I asked for a certain tone one of the ladies said would look for it, I waited for 10-15 min and she never came back to me. The funny thing is that there were only a couple people at the store.I guess I forgot to wear all fancy so they could actually think that I was going to buy something which I obviously was. I Love Mac lipsticks but I wont be coming back to this store.

Helpful, attentive as well as respectful for alone time to browse without being pushy. Courteous and friendly, they were supportive of my teen daughter and her friend who were not customer but had a great interest in make up. Sincere interest by the employee to watch out for customers and the reasons they come in.

Just a tip buy the singles and make your own pallet it is way less expensive. Get 2 eye shadows for the price of one

I finally got my Mac Face compact ! 😘🥰

I walked in looking for a foundation and Lucy asked how she could help. She said try on the foundation before the lights go out in 5 mins. It was 10 till 9pm. She asked me to sit in a stool and she would bring me a foundation. She brings two different colors and applies one to half my face. She asked me how I liked it and then said to give her a min. She then proceeded to ring up another customer. I waited for her saw the customer leave the store then she disappeared an never came back out. I was going to buy the foundation but I did not know which if the two colors she used. So I told another employee to tell her I left since she just left me sitting with half my face done. I was going to buy the foundation, a primer and a brush but I guess not after that kind of customer service.

I came on Tuesday to rebuy my foundation and powder. Tweety was so attentive and so nice in helping me out. She took her time on making sure I was still getting the right skin tone foundation.

Luz was awesome.. she was the only girl working, and was short staffed..I went in to get color matched and makeup suggestions... She had to juggle between helping me and ringing up customers.. not once did I feel rushed or half-assed..( like I did at Ulta which I left and stumbled into MAC) she kept showing me different cosmetics and trying them on me until I was completely satisfied.. shes super cool and friendly and managed to hold it all down by herself.

Very nice service especially for the lady with big big enormous beautiful breast, help my wife.

They did a awesome job with my makeup, but they need a front desk person to check people out so they dont have to keep stopping, it took to long and I had a wedding to attend, but overall they were nice young ladies

Ladies here have always been rude and unprofessional, very slow and act like they dont really care about you. Only one was nice and sweet and made sure I got what I needed and was happy with my purchase. These girls need to learn that just because they work at a makeup store that doesnt give them the right to be stuck up and disrespectful. Youll have a better experience at the one inside Macys.

I was greeted by Breanna awesome young lady she was so good with her customer service I mean GOOD she took time out to help me get my products and showed me how to use them she was awesome she gave me a whole NEW LOOK. Ive been there plenty of times but Breanna is the only one who ever gave me time I applaud you Breanna. Thanks again. 👍🏻 I will only go back cause of you . Listen up Mac you need more young ladys like Breanna who see people and not money. Breanna you deserve to be a Mgr

There was only 2 customers and 6 employees. I was in there for 40 minutes and no one could help me until I went up to counter after standing there for 5 minutes. Staff were all standing speaking to te each other. I would never go to this store again.

I went to the one by Apple Store and one of the girls with really short hair was sooo rude. I used to love that store but not more. Very unprofessional people working there. I saw them rolling their eyes because I was asking a lot of questions!!! Ill find out her name soon!!!

The make up people are horrible but most ladies that work at the fragrance booths are very nice & friendly. Dont bother going to MAC/BARE MINERALS & other make up booths here. The staff are cocky & of course very unprofessional! They judged you beforehand... I prefer MAC store than the Macys ones.

Absolutely a bad experience overall, the staff is super Judgy you can feel it immediately, its super uncomfortable, my transaction seem rushed. I love Mac but this needs to be closed down .

One time I went and asked an employee for Ruby Woo and she said she will look for it. I guess she never found it and left the sales floor to go to her cash register and didnt get back at me to tell me they obviously didnt have it and completely ignored the case and I guess to solve that problem is to wait for me to leave.
