Love the products but when finally getting to visit the store as I’m from out of state the staff was not very inviting as you are ignored and not greeted. Not getting help me having to go find a store employee finally getting help he recommended me a great Jeffree Star powder highlight in the color Wet Dream and a great brush to apply it with. I love it!

Dropped in to check it out, and they have a nice selection of makeup and accessories. ex Jeffrey Stars or James Charles etc.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything i asked about. The price rage of their products is okay. But i dont like the quality of their makeup anymore unfortunately. It used to be better..

Since Covid is still roaming our lives, the makeup companies have to follow protocol, their samples are put away. But, it wasnt a trouble for the makeup artist to match my newly taned face. Was super pleased with her!!!!

I have gone into this store several times. I recall always being greeted. I will say, I do enjoy that I’m free to roam around without feeling hassled about every new product that may have just launched. When I feel that I’m ready for help I will approach an associate. They have always been friendly. I know it can be harder to get help on weekends so I prefer to go on the weekdays. I wish I could remember the nice girl who helped me last visit. She was very knowledgable and the products she recommended have been great!

The staff is terrible!!! I came in for my first time (I live out of state) so I was so excited to make a stop in. I had been saving money so I could buy everything that I’ve been wanting. When I walked in, two employees were having a conversation and didn’t acknowledge me enter. I wasn’t too bothered by it and started walking around. I found a few things that I needed right away but had some questions about stock on some others. I began walking up to an employee, I got about 5 feet from her and she began to talk through me to another employee who was across the store. So I turned around and went to another part of the store. The two employees were still taking at the door, not work related but about what time they were going to get off and what they were doing for the weekend. Then there were three at the register talking about babies and other non work related things. I finally got to the point where I wanted to leave, so I interrupted their conversation and got the answers that I needed. The gentleman who checked me out acted like it was an inconvenience and barely spoke to me. It’s sad, this business would flourish if they had better staff who were willing to help. I would have spent triple the amount that I did.

Morphy store is popular.It is not easy to get sales associate help when you need it in the moment. Nevertheless, they are helpful once you track one down. Nice place to browse and check out the merchandise.

Waited in line for about 20 min to do a return. They were only letting about four costumers in store. Annoyed already because I was inconvenience to do a return at my nearest location because they couldnt cancel order the same day the order was placed. Nothing but problems with morphe!

Very clean and helpful environment. Most makeup stores the testers are all missing or messed up. And while a few things were missing for the most part all the testers are clean and organized. Very nice staff, they offered to help me find my shade of concealer as soon as I was looking at the display and I didnt feel like I had to hunt down an employee for help.

The store and customer service was great! I called the store ahead of time to ask if they had the Jeffrey Star brushes and sponges. They answered the phone with no hesitation and let me know that the product I was acquiring about was definitely there.

Visited for the very first time since they opened. Overall great experience . Great customer service and nice atmosphere. So glad they opened this store nearby 👍🏻

So my mom and my little sister went to go return something I ordered online for her. I placed the order but she paid for it with her own card. When they arrived she they went straight to the cashier and was immediately helped by a girl but the girl very nicely told them that she did not now how to do returns so she calls over someone else named Brenda. Brenda C came over and started helping them. My sister handed the box to her including the packing slip which is basically the receipt and is the only thing that should be required. Brenda them demanded to see an email that corresponded to the purchase because she supposedly needed to see the payment method. The funny thing is that the packing slip includes the payment method. Obvi my mom wasnt going to have my email so my sister texted me and I said all the info she needs is on the packing slip but i sent her a screen shot of the email anyway. My sister showed Brenda the her phone and Brenda took the phone from my sister and tried scrolling through my sisters phone. We found this very rude. I hope Brenda was just having a bad day and she is not treating everyone like this. The reason Im writing the review is because my mom can not write fluently in Spanish and my littler sister is too young .

The store itself was pretty busy but they had a really great selection of brushes and makeup. The deals were awesome too.

I like that everything is reasonably priced and that they sell Jeffree Star Cosmetics. However, I bought some eye brushes and they were so scratchy they actually hurt my eyelids and when I tried to return them I could only exchange or get store credit. Not a great return policy.

The store is great but these people never answer their phone. It’s annoying for people that live far and want to check if an item is in stock before they make the drive. Answer the phone, that’s what it’s there for.

Nice make-up store is always stocked up on make-up brushes and quality make up brand kits.

I absolutely love this place!!! You can literally try and sample every single product that they have for sale prior to purchasing it. The sales people/ makeup artists are very well informed on their products and merchandise. They shpw you how to properly apply the products. If your new to makeup or just want a few new makeup tips and tricks go here. They will go out of their way to help you, and make you feel comfortable with the products ypur buying before you leave their store. I will continue to come here for all my products.Only down fall that they have is they do not have there own line of foundation yet. But keep in mind that Morphe is a newer brand of products and they are in the works of developing their own lind of foundations and skin care products. ..

If youve been to the store in Burbank; youd be disappointed to step into the Victoria Gardens location.The square footage of the store is huge... So why they would not carry all of the Morphe brush series is truly beyond me! Looking online, there are 8 different series of brushes, but the Victoria Gardens location carries only a limited selection.It does have the complete Jeffree Star collection, which is pretty amazing!Staff is friendly... But the upscale feeling that you get from the Burbank store is lost when youre handed a generic Uline black bag, instead of the reusable Morphe bag.

Love this store and their products! Was just a bit disappointed when I opened up the eyeshadow palet and it was dirty and had some of the eyeshadow throw out product.

I like the morphe products 100 percent but the staff is Not friendly at all . Nobody came and asked me if I needed any help. Customer service is deffinetly lacking here. I hope this changes soon.

I do not love this store. Its feels cold and kind of cheap. But its actually expensive.

They only let you exchange the products, if you are not satisfied with them. it makes me hesitant to try any of their new products. I bought their new foundation and concealer and they looked horrible on, they were extremely drying and cakey . They wouldn’t let me get a refund but after all it is cheap makeup
