It was so different from before, no more assistance in finding what I needed. The excuse for me having to wait was because theyre low on staff, however, whatever staff they did have was clueless on their inventory and to suggest other options since theyre out on the other...? I remember them immediately greeting you as you enter, then ask if help is needed and if so they would happily start to ask what are you looking for and ask questions to figure out what to suggest...Hopefully this was just a bad day and not a new norm as well!π
Always a fun place to shop. Was able to find two shadow colors with some help. Love it when they walk me right over to what Im looking for β€
Sales lady a little pushy. Instead of helping me find the makeup I wanted she pushed another product on me. Does not compare to what I usually use. Just get the customer what they want, stop pushing other product on them, jeez.
I went in looking for kabrow and they didnt know that product was discontinued! Same with Ulta! Macys was able to tell me that.
Always helpful but the line to wait is always ridiculously long otherwise itβs a great Sephora location. Just prepare for it to get busy. Also the cashiers could be more helpful with the points system. At other Sephoraβs Iβm usually asked if Iβd like to use my points. Here when I inquired about using them I was just told that I could get a reward on my birthday. I found out after I left that I could use the points toward my purchase
The older lady name Adriana is the rudest, she pretends she doesnβt want to help anybody and gives you an attitude worst experience ever
Only con about Sephora is the prices. Other than that staff is nice and helpful. Store is clean and organized.
Sephora is fav of mine because of the helpfulness of the associates, the ease of returning if the color match is off or for allergic reasons and the offering of the best make up brands. Since the lifting of the Covid 19 guidelines Sephora remains safe exercising cleanliness and sterilization of make up and perfume. Thank u Sephora for being a great store!

60 day return policy during a pandemic and when you guys were closed for in store shopping. Iβm stuck with a foundation that was only used once that is too dark for me because you guys also donβt color match at this time. Take your business to Nordstrom, better customer service.

I love this Sephora! I read some of the Reviews an seen that others werent happy with their make-over and that is such a shame, I will agree that some artist are better than others but that isnt any of the girls and/ or guys fault, its best to describe in very detail as to what you want an what you do not like, the Ladies who work here are always so helpful and kind towards me every time I come in, the only negative thing I will say is its often packed with many other customers but that isnt such a bad thing.
Im so gutted we dont have this NZ!!! I am relieved I bought a bunch before I left, the process compared to NZ I saved per item at least $10-15 each. NZ is a rip off for makeup.! My first ever visit and encounter was overwhelming because of the brands and products. I knew what I wanted and I stuck to it ( thank goodness ) I look forward to buying more when Im next in USA

If a customer asks for a specific item and clearly rejects whatever you are pushing off on them, listen! The cash register had one person working, and 3 clerks walked through the register area, looked at the cue snaking behind the displays and kept going. The cashier was tied up with a customer who wanted a credit card. No worries if you dont have to wait 10 minutes standing in a hot line going no where! Some people just wanted one item and had a limited amount of time during their lunch hour.
Cant remember the name of the staff that helped me but he was so helpful in making sure I find my shade and actually did a full glam on me.

The staff was very attentive. I mistakenly asked a woman for help who was going on her break and she very politely and apologetically steered me to someone who was still on shift. The next staff person was also very polite and promptly helped me find what I needed. The woman at the register was also very polite and very helpful. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and nice. Ill definitely go back instead of ordering online. :)(The only Sephora Ive been to with better service is in Westlake in Seattle, where everyone in the room who sees you come in says hello.)
I needed a new foundation for my trip to Florida. Alyssa was so quick to help and guide me what brands I needed to try (especially with the humidity). Great customer service here would recommend coming here over VG Ulta.

Went shopping for foundation, primer and concealer. Ive already tried some before and I knew what I wanted but wasnt sure what would go well with my skin. A very nice guy with great makeup named Horlando helped me find everything I needed. He was very friendly and helpful! I love everything I bought and thats rare for me. Usually I hate the service at this place but yesterday was a different story. Alissa was my consultant. She made my shopping experience amazingly great! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Unlike some other consultants who just make you feel very uncomfortable.
Its so hard to get someone to help you at this sephora. The girls here look annoyed if you ask them to help you and theyre not good at color matching. I had them color match my mom and me and she told me that I was the same color as my mom. My mom is several shades darker than me. My mom is a dark orange tone and Im a pale yellow. Im alot lighter than her, we cant be the same foundation shade. Also the girl at the cash register was so annoying. When( me &mom) were checking out, she made suggestions on the product my mom got and kept suggesting a more expensive product and brought them over to the counter to show her. We wouldnt be at the register if we hadnt already decided what we wanted. Also I spent almost 200$ that day and I asked if I could have some samples on my way out because I like trying new product. She was very reluctant to give me any and said you can make samples out of anything in store. Like What the hell?! And then she finally gave me a perfume sample. Jeez do the employees like keeping the samples for themselves?
I went in for a makeover and asked the makeup artist for a black smokey eye with a green lid. I wasnβt able to see my make up until the end and this girl gave me bright green and gold shadow smoked out with brown. She made me look like as if I was a carnival dancer. I wasnβt even able to tell here anything because I was rushed out because she had another client to attend. I was very mad I had to go home and do my own makeup and was late for my event. Theoβs Sephora just wastes my time!!
Im calling because I need to know if they have a product in store before I make the hour drive to this Sephora. They NEVER answer the phone!!!!
Confused as to why there arent great reviews for this location. The 2 girls helping me were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find a foundation that was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Christina!

Employees are horrible there they keep hounding you and ask you if you need help like 20 times I mean come on thats too much. They look at you like your going to pocket something Also the one that looks like a Manager looks like shes on drugs she just stares and laughs at you while youre browsing through foundations I do not recommend this place to anyone save yourself the time and go somewhere else

If there was an option to give this store a zero...I absolutely would have selected it. I would never go here. I called three different times and was told the following: 1) I dont need an appointment; and 2) I could do my lashes and eyes (FOR FREE). I even called on my way over and was told the same thing. I get there and was told they could only do one or the other. Then a second person comes over and tells me they can do both. THEN, a third person comes over and say they cant. THEN A FOURTH Person aka their manager tells me that they will do a courtsey for me but I have to wait in between for them to do it.
Terrible, I asked for help and no one attended me i asked this women for help and she said she will call over someone else, I mean why are you working there if I cannot ask you a simple question I do not ever shop there, unless Im going in for something Ive already bought, but today it was something new and something I did not know nothing about so I wanted to get some professional input. So i thought that is why they work there right? Never again will I stop by I rather just go too ULTA or shop online.

I loved Sephora and I stopped in at the wrong time. I love makeup and perfume, perfect combo store but my sisters were visiting and was sitting on the bench like we are ready to go so I put back my perfume and decided to go back to the store when I was by myself. Little did I know I was being watched the whole time and the moment I reached the door was confronted by three reps asking me what I did with the perfume. I was pissed. I told the girl I left it on the shelf and put my basket back on the floor where they were stacked. Lost a customer to Ulta.
Their customer service needs alot of work. They didnt seem very friendly and I felt unwelcomed..
Dont waste your time coming here. Horrible service and dont even get me started these girls need to learn how to color match.

Staff was rude and seemed to feel annoyed whenever I asked for something. I was just using my phone and a girl from the staff told me that recording was not permitted. Then, I asked for help to other 2 members from the staff and they were not nice either.

Horrible customer service I asked to get a color match about 3 times. One lady said she couldnβt color match me because she worked in fragrance the other lady told me she would get someone for me and the last lady today me to wait 5-7 minutes I waited 30 minutes and no one assisted me. They see you walking around and do not bother to ask if we need help. This is not the first or second time that it has happened to me. Every time I go into this store itβs always the same thing. I recommend not to go here if you have questions about a product or if you want to get color match. Just go to Ulta or another Sephora near you !
So i shopped at this particular location some time ago. I liked my experience at the time but i have no idea what happened to the staff. First of all thank you so much for making me feel like i am going to steal something by giving me a look of of disgust and suspicion. Oh and nothing feels more welcoming than havimg people follow me around. No but wait the highlight of my experience would have to be when i asked what kind of foundation wpuld fight my skin tone. You see the sales person told me she would get some one. Cut to me standing there like an idiot for half an hour i just walked out. In short, how dare you sephora treat your customers in this manner. I will be reporting my experience to consumer affairs because this is not how you conduct s business no wonder this particular location has such low ratings. Shame on the staff, shame on the manager, shame on the district manager, and shame on the entire company i hope the new year brings SIGNIFICANT changes other wise this location will close down. Either way you will never see a penny from me.
I genuinely hate coming to this sephora. So many workers dont know how to shade match, are always rushed, and generally just have rude and pretentious attitudes. I always hear girls being bratty over the headsets when im being helped, and it makes me really uncomfortable going in.
So many options helpful staff
I came in today to get some informationon on some new moisturizers I have been interested in. A sweet girl helped me out and even gave me some samples & tips for my skin, she finished helping me and I continued to look over some products . Not even 30 seconds after she left my side, what seemed like a manager rushed over to me (like running) as the other girl that was just helping followed after her & she let the manager or who ever she was know she had just help me. It was very abrasive and made me feel uncomfortable. I was just trying to quietly enjoy my outing as she continued to still STAND OVER ME & tell me about the products the young lady had already gone over with me. I kindly walked away and wanted to look around some more but I felt so confused by the situation, was this some kind of sell tattic or did they think I was going to steal something??????? You guys should really consider some more training for your employees on the floor or even your management team, I would not be writing this had the second lady not run up on me like that. Treating every customer this way is not fair or kind and by reading the other comments I see this is a real issue for your store. Will be shopping elsewhere.

The staff are helpful however they are not familiar with the products they carry. It didnt even ring a bell when I mentioned the name of the brand.
Sephora, Sephora...my beauty & makeup haven... =) one of my fave places to hit to feel better after a long day ;)This Sephora isnt the biggest that there is; this place is more of a smaller location, compared to the South Coast plaza & theres also a new one in Shanghai thats 5 floors high OMG.. =)Candice is just an awesome employee here!! She helped us with all our skin concerns & gave us advice on all we needed to know.She also have us samples of skin care & gave us a skin care regiment to follow to help us with our skin problems.Thank you Candice for all your advice & help!! You are a STAR employee! =)People like Candice is what makes a shopping experience wonderful! =)

Employees dont understand what a Play Pass is. Dont try and redeem it here. Stock seemed very low when I went in and the store as a whole is organized poorly, leading to a madhouse when its busy. Even the avg JC Pennys Sephora doesnt feel this claustrophobic when just as busy.Save your Sephora trips for a different store. In Victoria Gardens, you have a Bare Minerals, Lush, Kiehls, etc etc. Try those instead.

Well im sad to say ill never be returning. To this location i enterd looking for a specific item even checked there website to find out where the item was sold an was told that this store had it i walk in no one greeted me an no it wasnt busy lets just say there was way more employees then customers anways after looking an looking around on my own no one once bothered to ask if i needed any help yet i couldnt help but feel all there eyes on me as if i were going pocket something so finally i decided to ask. All the lady said to me was no we dont have it and i dont know why it says we do an she just walked away not even im sorry is there anything else i can help you with or have a nice day nothing what so ever very disappointing experience
