I went in the store with drugstore foundation that wasn’t even my color lol 😔 and while I was looking for a new makeup brand (Muney) I believe she said her name was (Sorry if I misspelled it) came and asked me if I needed help. Long story short she went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and matched me with the perfect color! I can’t thank her enough! Thank you so much for your excellent service! You’re the best

Nothing like using their website to book a hair appointment to arrive on time and be told that they wouldn’t be able to style my hair ( straighten) because they had another appointment and my hair was too ‘dense.’ I booked a service using their site and provided all the information they requested. I just don’t see the justification in choosing one appointment or another is all. I have never had this issue at an Ulta Salon before and I would be lying if I said it wasn’t extremely embarrassing to be turned away like that.

Not a fan of this location. Ive been here a handful of times and am never asked if I need help and when I DO ask for help the customer reps either seem annoyed, or not much help. For example: I asked for help finding Josie Maron argon oil. I accidentally said Jose Maron and the sales rep stated she didnt know what I was talking about. I explained what it looked like and that it was cold pressed and for hair and face. Once I finally came across the Josie Maron oil I showed her and she said Oh thats JOSIE Maron. As if she was talking down to me.My second experience in this store today I asked if they had airspun powder. The rep seemed appalled at the question and referred me to WALMART even giving me directions to the nearest one, like she wanted me to leave her store. Im obviously not trying to shop at Walmart and thats why Im here, at Ulta? I then had to ask her (she didnt ask me) if she could help me find something comparable and although she did show me, I had to ask and she just gave off a bothered attitude. Im super disappointed because Im getting married in a week and some friendly customer service and some HELP would have been much appreciated.I will find a different location to shop at 👎

It was very nice. The employees and the other customers were very curious to eachother. Everone wearing masks and social distancing. There was almost no waiting at the check out line . If there was more than two people they opened another register. I would go there again.

I like that they have every makeup you can think of and their employees are helpful and they also have a dermatologist specialist on site in case you have any questions about what makeup is best for your skin they also sanitize after every customer I really recommend if youre looking to go to a makeup store.

I believe Mindy is the name of the woman who helped me today, she has beautiful short bright pink hair. Either way, I have to rave because I’ve always needed help matching my foundation and this is the first time I’ve bought makeup since covid so they obviously can’t test it on you anymore unfortunately. But she matched me just by eyeballing it and IM TELLING YOU!!!! I’ve never had a better match in my life! Literally so happy with it and genuinely impressed. Thanks again!

Every staff member is so happy to help! When they dont know a product line well, they go out of their way to find someone who can help.

I get my hair done with a wonderful, beautiful gal named Taryn, whom Ive gone to for over 15 years & this was the first time since covid started, & it was a great joy to see her & to do her fantastic job as a beautician, shes just the best!! Taryn was greatly missed & so great to have the store back open also, thank goodness for some normallcy

I asked for help in finding a serum for my hair and the lady who helped me didn’t seem to know what she was doing. As I walked away she didn’t care and didn’t even take the initiative to look for someone who can help me.

I like the new store. But dont be fooled by the giant buy one lipstick get one free sign as you first walk in. They put it up about a week before the offer is good. Good old bait and switch. Gotta love it

Came here for a return and to shop around. The staff here wasnt very friendly. I asked for a brand, they asked what I was looking for and then said, Oh. No feedback or help as I stated I was looking for a foundation. The employees looked.like they couldnt wait to get out of there. Selection was limited.

I visited this Ulta today because it’s close to Victoria Garden but never will I go to this store again. When I came home and unboxed my cream blush it had a clear finger dab, someone must have returned it and the staff put it back on the shelves without checking if it was used or not. Disgusting. And the shelves where very much out of stalk, dirty store too.

New ULTA just opened in Victoria Gateway (having moved from Victoria Gardens). The new store is great, spacious, and well laid out. The associates were all friendly and helpful!

Im a Virgin to the makeup world lol, I came here to get a red lipstick. The staff was so patient with helping me find a lipstick. We tried on a million lol. I work in aviation and a red lip is a MUST. I needed something that was beautiful and hydrating. I paid a pretty penny for the lipstick but its doing its job. I didnt know they cut and dyed hair at ULTA ( random) ! I was shocked to see it. Im not sure if theyre still doing this during covid though

Clean well stocked no lines, which is unusual for shopping at Ulta. Only thing, you have to be careful in the parking lot as it is shared with Chik fil A & people drive hangry...yes hangry.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and the employees will look at me as I walk in but won’t greet me but I hear and see them greeting white woman. I’ll just take my black self and black money elsewhere. This behavior is disgusting.
