I always love this dollar tree. Close to freeway and employees are nice.

It was nice, customers got a little impatient cause there was only one line, but they had someone else come up and open another register. The store was clean, it was easy to find things. Everything was in its place. Customer service was really good, very courteous.

This store is very convenient and the employees always greet you!!!! The balloon selections are great! I have found some fun amazing things here! Also, the holiday decor is pretty good quality!

Store is neat and organized compared to baseline/ ontario mills locations. Staff members are nice and friendly.

I found the greeting cards I was looking for and I was pleased with the selection. The lines were not long, but some people were not practicing social distancing. I had to stand in front of my basket to keep the woman and her kid at a safe distance.

Came here for some air tight sealed jars and a few other items and they were well stocked and employees were polite.

I purchased a drain stoppers from this store. I opened the package and noticed that the stopper does not fit my laundry room sink. Therefore I put the item back to the original package and asked the store for return with the original receipt. The store assistant manager refused the return quoting the policy states that any opened package cannot be returned regardless if it is used or not. The assistant manager is rigidly applying policy without using common sense. I request the store manager’s response, who is not present at the moment. I left my contact info and hope that he/she will call me about this.I can see why the store refuse the return if the item is being used. In some cases, customer wouldn’t know if things will work unless they opened the package and try it on. For example, the new purchased lighting might not work due to the manufacturing problem, etc. In my case, the item is not used at all. The policy should really apply by individual case. Dollar tree is a public company on the stock market. Low cost but without decent customer services and store policy will not sustain in the wrong run.

This is the best Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Inventory is kept in order, not just thrown in a bin. Floors and walls are clean. Definitely the only store I will be taking my business to.

Love this place! Its opened this year and having a very convenient dollar store in the area makes everything an easy access. This store is particularly well maintained and carries a lot of essentials. great place

The store is usually clean and the employees are nice to the customers, but the store hours suck! Every dollar tree Ive been to opens at 8am. This one opens at 9am then 10am on Sundays. I would give it five stars if the hours were better, but by the time they open Im already off to work.

Its a bit smaller than some of the other Dollar Trees but is always well stocked. I usually find what I need and more. The people there have been helpful too.

It is a great little store.

Went there once and the people working were talking to each other. When i asked for help i felt like i was bothering them by how they talked to me. I went recently and the girl working there was very helpful. She was in the middle of stocking and offered to check their backroom for items i was looking for. She was very nice and i really appreciate her help

Yes, the store has lots of convenient items for only a buck, but it seems really out of place in this nice shopping center in Rancho. The employees that Ive had interactions with have been polite enough, but rather indifferent to customers when walking around the store. I figure not to expect amazing customer service at a dollar store, but still, could be better.

Thr staff there is never helpful and almost everytime ive gone in, there is a long line with only one checker and at least 2 other employees just standing around acting like there stocking when they could open another lane to help reduce the line so customers dont have to wait as long only common sense and the proper thing to do.

Good customer service but not much of a selection

Going to dollar tree is like a treasure hunt. Each time you go there are some products they always have and others that are a surprize each time you go. Sometimes i find brandname items there for a fraction of what they cost at a regular retailer. I have bought gift items,essentials,craft supplys,housewares and cleaning products here and never had any problems with anything bought here. Its a great place to get gift wrap,mylar or latex balloons and party supplies as well as tape and cards,office supplies etc... their selection of food is limited but I enjoy going here at least 1 x a month or more.
