In-N-Out-Burgers food is consistent on taste. The drive thru however took way to long. The staff was friendly and did ask me if I would like a free shake for taking so long with my order. I said no because I dont do dairy. From the outside everything looked very clean.

The one star isn’t that I waited for almost half an hour with the drive through line almost going around the corner of foothill and Vineyard, my fries not being well done when I asked for them that way and it even says well done on the receipt, or that they got my order wrong and doubled it and charged me double, the one star is because of the employee that sarcastically smiled and responded “oh yeah you waited a long time, a whole 4 minutes” after she asked if I wanted my money back and I responded that it’s ok because I have already waited a long time. Well I guess she was having a bad day, idk but not cool.

I always love In-N-Out. I know, I live in California so I have to love it. For the price you pay though, you cant get much better. Their burgers are good, their service is friendly and fast, and their restaurants are clean. At least all those Ive seen. What more could you ask for in a drive-thru?

Huge line out into the street, but the staff is pleasant and efficient. Maybe 15 minutes? But well worth it!

I like this location because there’s actually two parking lots you can park in, instead of waiting in the drive thru. The food is always consistent and it’s in n out! What else do you need to say? Our go to orders are double doubles extra toast whole grilled onion with extra grilled onion and extra extra extra well done fries

From all the in & outs I have tried in San Bernardino and Riverside counties... this has been the best for excellent customer service and tasty food. You should come and try it.... you wont be disappointed.

Prices are phenomenal!!! Love the grilled cheese since i dont eat red meat.

I have been eating here since I was in elementary school. It’s very well kept never too slow. It’s a restaurant you can always count on to grab some quality food and sit down to have some family time. Plus the burgers 🍔 sooo mouth watering. Also the staff are super nice and always help you get exactly what you want !!💕❤️

Loved the cheeseburger animal style with fries. I always do. When I saw that the line for the drive through did not extend into the street (very unusual), I jumped at the chance to get In-N-Out.

I was there 5/31 about 1130am. I went the drive through. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and grilled onion and a double-double with only spread to go. These burgers were so salty my wife and I couldnt even eat them.

What else could you ask for. The best place you can eat. Burgers fries and shakes keep it simple.

Been going to this place for a while now and like clock work their burgers have been the same as good since I started coming here. Very good plain menu (and some off the menu) meals. I have never had a bad experiences with my meals or the employees. As of right now no dinne in just take out drive thru or outside sitting.

Line was short very fast friendly service 7 min wait max till I was eating my double double I actually live walking distance from there

Always a good experience here. My only complaint is that when I got take out the bottom bun was very cold for some reason, but that was only once in the many times Ive been here.

If youre not from here, youre missing out. The juiciest burger in the fast food market at a great price. No one can compete. You know the burgers you see in ads? The big juicy ones? Thats every order I have at this place. Recommendation: add Animal Style to everything you can, it somehow makes it better. Cant recommend enough.

My first time at In-n-out, I have to admit for fast food under $6 for a burger, fries, and drink, absolutely the best value, the onion and lettuce were fresh and crisp, I had mine with lettuce, but the buns looked great, and are made without any additives. Highly recommend this chain, if youre looking for fast, clean restaurant with unbelievable employees, Hader was busting tables, helped us with a table and even brought our order to us. Thumbs up!!! Come to Florida please!

Always great burgers! Only gripe is when they dont wipe down the drink cups when they have soda droplets on the side, have ask they to do it half the time.

I-N-O has been around a long time and is still popular.I have since changed to order protein style.As much as I am aware, the meat over the years and portion has changed. I wish they would go back to there original way of serving because I remember the flavor. 🤔

Last time I was there it was pretty good they had 2 young men out taking orders the line went fast except for a few bozos not paying attention . talking on their phone or playing on their phone and you get 2-3 + car lengths space. lines gotta be moving people.

Recently what ever i got from them is worst and i think they should change the way that they make hamburgers, last tume the meat insude hamburger was less that is expected. The other time hamburgers were cold since i got them.
