An employee at this store hit my car and Im furious that when I went in to speak to a manager no one came out to solve this issue. All the employees were rude and dismissive to the situation. I have two witnesses and video. I will continue on this, DO NOT shop here your car will be damaged and 99 Cents Store will not care

Horrible horrible experience with Dominique the cashier. She assumed we stole something just because we had a Home Goods bag with us. Being a minority should not give anyone the right to assume anything about a person. Even though I didnt have to, I showed her my bag and the receipt with the three items I purchased at such store. Will be speaking to management and the city about this illegal practice

Some stuff is priced reasonable and you cant beat 99 cents for most of the items but some items are overpriced for the quality

This is the best one of these franchises Ive seen to date. Its so big they have a little something of everything from car accessories to food, markers to lawn ornaments, and from pots and pans to pet accessories... Everything! They have stuff you didnt even know you needed until you walked past it. ❤️ It!!

More merchandise than some other 99 cents stores in town but they lack of cashiers so you need to wait in line for longer time.

Typical 99 store, I went in looking for some Candy and got about four six bags and kinda splurged Yeeeeewhaw

Illegal, lying, and unsafe:- seen employees not wash their hands after using the restroom- illegal: false advertising: wont give people refunds/exchanges when its written on the receipt for them to follow through on- periodically sells rotten food due to leaving food unrefrigerated for too long.- Plays games with people and wastes their time: will lecture you for an hour as to why you cant return your items (which doesnt happen at the Archibald location) - like saying you have to bring in the item, to come in tomorrow, speak to another manager, show phone numbers - none of this is required or true - but only is diverting so they dont give a refund.- is supported by the community that encourages these practices (which can make someone ill, broke, etc.)- called headquarters and they do nothing, just false promises- will sometimes cheap people out of money by ringing up items multiple times if one is not vigilant (which shouldnt happen)- illegal: initially barred entrance to people who did not wear a face mask, even though the law says covering during the coronavirus outbreak- even the name of the store is deceiving, as not everything is 99c anymore.- even the 99c items are not 99c, but 99.99c. So to not call it a 99.99c store is misleading too- there are flies on the fruit sometimes, and some produce shows heavy mold if not complete rotYes they do have great food at ridiculously cheap prices and there are some extremely helpful and nice cashiers, but none of that matters if they are illegal and unsafe and could care less about the consumer winding up in the hospital or dead with debt. To encourage accountability, Im no longer shopping here - as I dont support illegal practices ever! I dont want to hear about how I get what I pay for either, as it can happen anywhere at any time to anyone.

The line to enter the store moved fast and the store wasnt too busy. They were out of a few things, but otherwise the shopping was fine.The checkout line moved well, so there wasnt a long line nor was there a long wait time.The store was clean, the man at the entrance/exit was wiping down the carts before we took them to enter the store to shop. The staff was nice and it was a fun outing.

Great experience! Every aisle was neat and organized. Fresh and super affordable produce! My cashier Maria was super friendly and we even made conversation about how good the mangos looked.

Nice store to buy almost everything cheaper. However, some of the stuff are much cheaper if you buy in bulk, say, from Sams club or Costco. The staff are very friendly and nice. If you are looking for hand sanitizers or alcohol, they had some when I visited the store. However, I know these kind of stuff dont last long!

I love the extensive selection of items, and affordable prices. This particular location is also spacious and very clean. My only complaint is in relation to customer service. Some of the employees at this location seem to dislike their job and customers. On my last visit the cashier didnt even say hello, just began ringing up my items, and pushed them aside. I thought she would bag them but she didnt, so I did it myself. As a customer, its unpleasant to feel like youre a burden rather than welcomed. Great customer service goes a long way and poor customer service isnt easily forgotten. I realize everyone has bad days, but please dont take it out on your customers.I appreciate that the store checks this platform and responds to reviews. It reflect that they care about their store. Ill still visit this location unless the poor customer service becomes regular. Until then, Id say this is a great location.

This store used to carry really awesome items now not so much. And seriously when there at 12 people in the line open another register like cmon guys geeze.

This is one Mighty store from apples to tools and everything in between. Great selection of graduation gifts and cards at 99 cents for small children. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables at extremely low prices and wonderful quality. Fresh milk and eggs large selection of dairy products and meats. Also the large section of school items for kids. Great prices on shampoos and hair items toothpaste and many many more items for the whole family. 👍😎

Great clean store. They usually have a better selection of merchandise in comparison to other 99 cent only stores. The only thing I dont like is that the parking lot is always congested with traffic from the gym. Other than that its a great.

This location is large therefore it carries other items that smaller .99c stores dont. Its well organised inside as well. The cashier was friendly and what i appreciate is the limited number of ppl allowed inside due to Covid 19. I hope ppl who shop here have a pleasant experience.

This is the best location of all the 99 cent stores. Its clean and I always find a bargain here (something that I would pay more for somewhere else.) I have been shopping here since it opened, I mainly go for the fresh produce and and deli...sometimes they get some really good items! Unlike, others who have commented here, I have never had a problem with any of the employees there. They are always very nice and courteous. It is not the responsibility of the cashiers to put your purchase in your cart. If a customer is missing something, its because they werent paying attention to make sure they collected all their bags. I have had cashiers chase me out into the parking lot to give me something I forgot. Also, I work in retail, they are watched like hawks by management and they do not steal from the customers that is ridiculous. They would lose their jobs and never work in retail again. The only con about this location is the parking lot. It is so congested due to so many businesses in the center there.

Horrible, horrible customer service . I was called a liar multiple times. Management is not trained well . Asked about a price of an item because the box they were in were labeled one price ( cheaper) and the the tag said another. From my knowledge of retail the store needs to honor the price on the box. They did not. I was going to drop it but the cashier again repeated I was lying after she clearly went to the display and saw my concern. I will never stop at this location again.

I have been coming to this store for years. My favorite worker is Celia. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. But I can’t stand how long you have to wait to get ring up because she is the only one in the check stand. I hear her calling and calling people to open another check stand but no one comes. Then finally this guy name Daniel comes but with an Attitude!!!!! And giving Celia a mean look. But of course they’re not gonna take their job seriously when there’s no manager to put them on point. If Daniel don’t like his job he needs to look for a job that doesn’t involve customer service!I would have given this store 5 stars but I hate waiting just to buy a couple of things.

It has a variety of alcohol and wine here. It didnt have fresh strawberries though. Also it does have herbs like the one in San Bernardino. They were lacking their home goods but a lot of variety of canned food.

They have more than other 99s most of the time. Everything is nice and kept clean, all the isles. I like this place because the workers are helpful and nice. Its also on the side of 5 and Below!

This store has more items in stock than others I have been to and the produce looks better too. I like that they keep most of the .99+ items separate from everything else. If you cant find what youre looking for here, Target is right around the corner so very convenient location. Will be coming here again.

This is what a dollar store is meant to be. Great deals for a dollar or slightly more. You can get daily food staples and some inexpensive items to decorate your home. Great place if your working on a budget.

Not only did I go into the 99c store for 3 items but came out with lunch, dinner and a few party favors that I didnt think were available as well! Not to mention made an acquaintance as well, which I would not have done otherwise. All in all, it was a great day!

Waited in line for a out 10 minutes. No available baskets, so many had to go to the parking lot to get them.

Kind of a busy place, but its local and has what I need during the week at good prices. From food to laundry soap, this place is a one stop shop. However, dont expect it to be tidy; Just get what you need and go. :-) The staff is friendly too.

I love 99 Cents Only Stores, in general, but not this location. Yes, it looks very nice, but the employees steal from my friend and I, unless we watch them like hawks. Wed rather go a little further to the one at Baseline and Archibald, because nothing ever goes missing there. My friend used to buy over $100 worth of stuff there every two weeks, but not everything she paid for would make it out of the store with her. That never happens anywhere else. They used to take advantage of the fact that shes buying so much, but weve had enough. Its happened to me, as well, and I usually buy no more than $20 worth of stuff, and only at this location. We refuse go to this one anymore, and, unfortunately, this one is closer to where I live. Thieves...

I away enjoy eating their or take out. Customer service is great and friendly. My grandchildren enjoy the food also.

Can usually find what I want. Its awesome if you want to throw together a budget kids party, lots of color coordinates and characters. I shop frequently and and am a big fan of their seasonal selections.

As mentioned by other reviewers, some of those employed at this location are extremely rude and apathetic towards customers. When I approached an older Latina employee with a question about a product, she audibly and irritably sighed before turning to address me, then proceeded to be as unhelpful and dismissive as she possibly could. When I came to the cashier on duty with the same question, she quickly brushed me off with a half-hearted explanation about the already opened pack of noodles in my hands being the only one left in the entire store.I work retail myself and was genuinely uncomfortable with the poor quality of service and the general appearance of the store. It’s very obvious that both the employees and management just don’t care lol. I’ll stick to the store on Baseline from now.

The best 99c only store I have been to for years. Clean, well lit with a lot of quality items on the shelves. Well stocked too.

Im just there for the products which I love and the service is decent . That user Nelson who wrote that review with the 1 star really needs to a life. Yes, if your service is not adequate you should go to the manger (still extra but whatever). But to mention her race, as if having an attitude is only limited to one, is completely unnecessary and ignorant. Then to post pictures of her on social media w/o consent shows you how much time this person has on there hands smh. Ive never had a bad experience there and if I should have one in the future, Im going to assume that person is having a bad day. If you read this all you real 😉👏🏾

Im editing this to show that I did speak to Raoul, the manager, and he is addressing this incident. I also raised the stars to 4. Hopefully this gets fixed for the future as well.: I usually love the 99 cent only store. You can get some really great deals here if you know where to look and when to come.However, I have had an ongoing problem with this location, specifically.This is supposed to be the 99 Cent ONLY Store, but there are a lot of items that are more than 99 cents. I dont mind this since there are some really great deals to be found that they may not have had if it werent for them selling them for $2.99, for example. HOWEVER, if its clearly marked $0.99, thats how much it should be. Now I know that sometimes the signs get mixed around. So, I try not to be too irritated when its not as clear, but I think I should mention that other 99 cent only stores ALWAYS honor the marked price. This store NEVER does. They act like there is nothing they can do. And since Im a regular at several locations, I know that isnt true.To make matters even worse, sometimes Im well aware that an item SEEMS like something that should be more, but it is marked $0.99 or isnt marked, so I ASK SOMEONE, they tell me its actually $0.99, then it rings up higher, I tell them what was said and who said it, and they still dont honor it.WOW. Thats really bad customer service.This happened to me today. They put out the items from the cold shipment. They had the maple bacon that is usually $1.99, but the sign just reads $0.99 for the whole cart. And sometimes it is cheaper, so I ask somebody who works there and usually works in the back. I stop him, HOLD UP THE BACON and say, this is 99 cents?Yeah, but theres a limit of 2.I say, ok, and head to the front because there isnt anything else I wanted. When I got there it rang up $1.99. I told them that it was marked $0.99 and I asked the guy who was back there, he told me that it was $0.99, but that there was a limit of 2. They basically shrugged it off, and asked the manager?? / other cashier and she said, its $1.99. Then they acted like they couldnt do anything about it. I reminded them that the other guy told me it was $0.99. I even tried to describe the guy so they could ask him about it. Its as if they dont even care what the advertised price was or what the employee representing the store said the price was. Its like everything you take is at your own risk because it could be any price at the register and thats the only price theyll go by. Its like youre gambling on whether or not you can even afford the items in your cart because who knows what their price really is? Its a horrible way to run a business. Especially a business called, The 99 Cent ONLY Store. -.-

Nice and big, super clean which is a difficult task at a .99 . The staff needs to improve there courteous and pleasant customer service skills.

If you on a budget, this place can really save you some $$$. Limited inventory but items like greeting cards, candy, balloons for kids parties etc. Are much cheaper that other stores. I guess the name says it all

I have been several store locations and I also have been here several time too, but this one is one of worst locations. People are not friendly and products are not displayed in order. They are everywhere!! I even wanted to make them in oerder.... Also not many products are available comparing other locations... The owner or branch manager need to wake up....

Very rude manager/leader. Two older Spanish speaking ladies were trying to ask a question, and tiffany was extremely rude to them. She wouldnt hand the receipt to them or the pen, shed literally throw it on the counter. The store has good products and its pretty clean, but i was disgusted by the discrimination, unprofessionalism, and uncalled for behavior

I like this store in Terra Vista, as they always have the items I use. Some of the other 99 cent only stores it is a hit or miss.

Services was good but cashiers line only 1 line open usually until very long waiting line thay open 1 more line.
