Helpful friendly staff and good selection of merch at good prices

Good deals on Pet food, cleaning supplies,household towels, pillows bedding and they carry some food items.

The store has changed since the last time I was in Big lots, I went in looking for deodorant even though they had a wide variety of deodorant they didnt have the one that I used but that was okay where they change the store around I think its for the better seems like its roomier the people are friendly store was clean lots of good items I havent been in Big lots for since the pandemic first time was a few days ago will return again stay safe

They dont clean the básquets, outside looks felthy the garbage can is full.

Oh, oh awesome place on the management was really nice cashier was really super super nice. I was getting a couple things and I didnt think I needed to bug you next thing. I know the management came around with a buggy. Let me put my stuff in the buggy. Im really appreciate that great management team great management job. Thank you.

Left our car in a close to empty parking lot for only 1 hour when theres a two hour parking sign and we come back and youve towed our car! We actually do shop with u guys a lot just not this time but dont worry never again. Youre all literally evil, its covid, what you dont have enough money?

This big lots is very small they look like theyre going out of business and the restroom is disgusting. If youre looking for a bigger and better big lots I suggest the big lots located by Ontario Mills mall or the big lots in San Bernardino by target off of Orange show road.

Im a Big Lots at Foothill and Vineyard or just East is the cleanest most wonderful help and caring about their customers taking say practices we love you Big Lots

It was nice when the line started to get a bit long they called for back up which keep everyone at a distance

Store hasnt been the same since Anna store manager left. Merchandise is not good it looks like a dollar tree.but dollar tree store Merchandise is looking good in rancho cucamonga. Sorry!

Very reasonable, convenient place to shop. Pay last for your name brand personal items etc. This store one of my number one place to shop for certain needs also for pets needs. lots of parking spot available even for those with special needs.fellas your car Care try it out you will be surprise. Your outdoors care they got you cover for less the price like patio cover and items they have it check them. Very helpful customer service.

Wow. The store is cleaner and less cluttered. I like the new look. Clearance prices item were only 10% off the normal price, not really clearance.

Super friendly staff!! Every time Ive been in they ask if I need any help. Even though the lines can be long during special sales or @ the holidays, the checkout staff is efficient and you are out quickly. Must be good management. Kudos!!

I like that they have curbside pickup. However, when they fill your order for curbside, they are often out of stock and you get an email after the fact.

I dont know if anyone has noticed but Target prices have gone up on basic home products. Go here for paper goods, cleaning products, and a few odds and ends. Patio furniture and items are offered at good price as well

Nothing more or less than you would expect a large discount department store with overstocked items from other stores. Good deals very reasonable prices Fair selection with some good opportunities to save money.

Big Lots has what I want. Im not happy they raised their prices though.

Understaffed or what? Only one person at register and absolutely noone on the floor. Had to wait 30 mins or more for someone to unlock restroom. That is no customer service at all. I need a job and I would be available to actually help and assist customers. Seriously people..

Luz was a wonderful cashier !! But the restroom could use a remodeling.

Its around the corner and when I need a quick item I go.The staff is nice enough, prices are slightly better on certain items. Theyve improved since last year, maybe some folks that needed to finally retired. Off topic but it seems as if the torch is not getting passed when its time which hurts the younger generation because someone who wants to start a family and have a job cant because some fossilized fogie wants to delay getting on medi-cal. Anyhow ......its a problem.

This Big Lots is smaller than some but it still has great bargains. It is in the corner of the building so parking is not always curb-close but there is plenty of parking.

The staff are so amazing each and every time I go in. They are Helpful, Nice, and Eager to always be helpful.

Noticed, empty shelves too expensive for B /Lots? Did not find dish soap.

Some of the displays have pointed edges. I scraped my arm on one.
