Love it very clean nice selection

I used Doordash today to get some groceries delivered for dinner tonight. I ordered gluten free items and approved of substitutions so long as they were gluten free. Apparently that does not translate across the app because every single gluten free item I ordered was out of stock and substituted with items containing wheat and gluten. I have a freezer full of stuff I cant eat and I spent a fortune for. Never again.

The employees are helpful and courteous, some even going above and beyond to help out their customers. The managers too are friendly and easy to talk to. There are some great sales and offers when you use the app. I have no trouble recommending this place as a go-to local grocery store - though the produce is a bit pricey when not on sale.

I love shopping at this store, everything is clean and organized. Cashiers are fast and friendly. I shop here here every week and I absolutely enjoy saving with there in app coupon sales. I can easily save 50% off my purchase just from buying things on sale and using there coupons. On top of the savings you get rewarded for shopping at Albertsons by getting free food sometimes. Love it!

The bakery makes the best cakes! I get all the special occasion cakes for my family from there. We all love them!! So moist and delicious! I highly recommend you get one on ur next party!

Til today it was my favorite spotFor fried chicken. Tonight at 6pm it was the worst Ive seen not to mention the 2 guys behind the counter didnt even acknowledge we were there. They kept laughing and chatting in the back. It was to bad I was craving fried chicken tonight. Oh well maybe next time

Deryk, the meat guy, knows EVERYTHING! If you have a question about fish or meat, this guy has you covered.And Ewing, the boxboy, is the coolest cat in town.

Vegetables and fruits are always fresh. Store is very clean. Great customer service.

A few times the fruit bowls ive purchased have had dirt in the strawberries or the fruit was not good. but sometimes they are perfect hit or miss. i do all my grocery shopping here and flower section is awsome

I rarely go there because its not in my neighborhood and of course they have full merchandise but I didnt find my favorite item.

This is somewhat my fault for not paying attention when my son picked out this cake.......We went to Albertsons this morning to buy a cake for his party which starts in 30 minutes. What I didnt notice is how nasty the chocolate looks! I dont have time to take the cake back now. They should be ashamed for even having a cake like this out for people to buy! Good way to throw away $25

Its a nice store. It can get busy but they sustomer service was good when Ive went. They also have an Alaska credit union there which is the only branch anywhere besides Apple Valley so thats good for me or anyone who banks with them. They have Starbucks inside as well.

Always has been a great grocery store. Doing better at keeping lanes open 4 check out. Keep an eye open 4 there Friday deals. I came up on 2 Cornish hens for 5 bucks.

Typical albertsons but manager is very rude I was listening to her talk to a guy in a wheel chair that wanted simple help and she said she cant do it its a liability. The man was asking for something he couldnt reach

They come up with some good deals on meat and chicken and eggs and Pepsi I go there because its not jam-packed full of people and I can get a good bargain once in awhile its a good place to shop or if youre hot to cool down to the air condition and everybody smiles

Wayyyy too expensive and the service by almost everyone is rude and abrasive. Customers should be treated with respect when giving business, I feel rushed and disrespected coming here. Will not be returning and taking my business somewhere else where they treat all customers of all different races with respect.

What a pleasant surprise as I was driving down foothill and came across an Albertsons that I didnt know existed there! Years ago I lived in Ontario about two miles from our Albertsons and I loved the store back then, also had visited the Redlands Albertsons and was impressed with the addition of a Starbucks there, so decided to stop in Uplands Albertsons and lo and behold a Starbucks inside the store! It was beautiful, organized, and clean! Cashiers were friendly and helpful! Although I presently live in Riverside my work brings me to this area every now and again, so definitely will include a grocery stop here.

Best produce around! Best customer service around! The only discouragement is that they dont turn their salads in the deli and so they look crusty. Not appetizing so I pass. Freshest seafood!

Very nice, very clean and well stocked. Employees are very helpful if you have a question or a request. One time I pointed out some large pieces of broken glass in the parking lot, and they went out and cleaned it up immediately. Great store!

Ive been shopping at Albertsons for 25+ years. I just moved to Rancho Cucamonga one year ago, and although Ive lived in the Inland Empire my whole life and Im familiar with this area, Ive never lived here so had no need to grocery shop here. Well, I wish I didnt have to grocery shop here anymore either. This Albertsons always has great stuff on sale, and the store is always incredibly clean. I will be more than happy to give them that attribute. But unfortunately their customer service is so poor, that Im not sure anything can make up for it. I actually went in there about a week ago and did notice a slight Improvement in the lines hopefully that wasnt the aberration. However normally this is one of those stores that never has more than two checks stands open. And usually half the time just one. There could be eight people in line with one check stand open. Specifically from 8 p.m. on it does not matter. 15 people in a line? Theyll still just have one checkstand open. They have a shift manager, shift leader, whatever the title is, named Renee who was incredibly rude. So much so that I actually called the corporate office, something Ive never done to any grocery store my entire life. Now the reason I was there a week ago was because they sent me a $25 gift card. Which even then was pretty cheesy. That was a nice little hey we are sorry, but sending somebody a $25 gift card really is not trying to retain their business. I really thought in situations like that, that it might be a 100 maybe even 50 I could see. But sending somebody a $25 gift card with the situation I dealt with, and the savings lost I incurred, didnt even equal $25. It was larger than that. So I just felt like that was pretty Petty attempt from the store manager. It was fine for an apology. But I felt like it was a weak attempt to retain a loyal lifetime customer. I will probably never enter the store again. And most likely may stay away from Albertsons stores altogether, and handle all my market and grocery needs elsewhere.
