So, so, very helpful! I needed employment eligibility paperwork notarized (I-9) and no one else would do that in RSM. He also noticed my passport was 4-months from expiring and did the paperwork, photo and FedEx there and then. Very respectful, private with sensitive data and explained every cost and savings recommendations.

I have NO idea why they have a bad review. The guys/girls here are super cool and helpful. I rent a mail box here and it is always up to date, on time, organized. They do a great job. I think people need to be more critical about how they review things. No it is not the Ritz Carltons mail center but it is a great little family owned local shop that can take care off anything mail wise and more, and their prices are best around!

I rushed to get to this place because the hours of operation on their site says theyre open until 7 pm. I got there a quarter to 7 and they were closed and their posted hours of operation on their door says they close at 6. How hard is it to update your site so people dont waste their time?

I brought in a small package to ship. Owner Bryan gave me attitude because the top wasnt taped. I said Im sorry I dont have any on me and he says, Well then you need to go buy some. Really? 10 inches of tape. He then proceeded to throw my package over to the shelf, which has a $300 tablet inside.STAY AWAY from this mailing center unless youre okay with a nasty attitude and blatant disrespect.

Needed a document notarized and mailed. Owner was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
