Closed with no notice online. Placed a print order and arrived to find a sign stating they are closed. Called fedex and they were not aware of closure. Before leaving fedex delivery truck arrived and the two men didnt even know location was closed.

Went there Tuesday. Closed without warning. Went home checked their website, it says they were open. Today website say they will be open Saturday.

While I enjoy the convenience of the self serve printing station. The employees seriously need a lesson in customer service. I went there to print some stuff, no one greeted me, the guy sanitizing counters, passed me and ignored me. As I left, I even said Bye Thankyou to the employees doing whatever they were doing behind the counter.....Guess what? I was STILL greeted with silence AND I was the only customer there. So Rude. This isnt the first time either. Someone train these people on Basic Customer Service.

Great place to make copies. There are self serve stations that allow printing from the web, your cell phone, and any kind of memory card. There’s also free WiFi provided by AT&T and a dedicated workstation with outlets if you just want to hang out there and get some work done.

Used this place to couple of times. Friendly staff and made it easy. Collin was very friendly and accommodating to help with my shipment.

Picked up a package that I instructed FedEx to have delivered here. The staff was quick to help me and were quick in the process of getting my package and being out the door.The store also appeared to have a great deal of typical FedEx Office supplies in stock.

Great location very neat organized friendly staff but did take me 30 minutes to print out my paperwork on the self printing machine which sucks I was hoping that it would take like 5 minutes or 10 minutes so I dont have to ask and wait in line but I guess not but it all worked out very spacious FedEx office

Worst FedEx experience ever. Once they had customer service but no more. They refused to ship a box of clothes. I guess Gabrielle Smith store manager wants to go out of business. No kindness to small businesses!!!! Go ANYWHERE else

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a FedEx print center!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! It is a waste of your time. I was turned away at the front desk without them hearing my question. Additionally they refused to help me print 15 pages on cardstock because they had too many projects. There are plenty of fedex print locations. I will never go here again.

OK. I do not like that they have a wall between you and where they pack your items preventing you from watching them pack your items. I ship expensive electronic equipment and need it to be over packed. I do not mind paying $20 or $30 for a large fragile pack, but I want to see them pack it. When I asked to see the progress, and how much bubble wrap they were using (because I could not see it), I was given the stink eye. And when I asked for more it was like I was such a pain and they were doing me a favor. Contrast this with the Fedex at Jeronimo or the one on Rockfield, or the one at Oso and LaPaz. At these places packages are packed in plain sight. And if you ask for extra bubble wrap before they put it in the box they cheerfully oblige, sometimes even ask, is this packed well enough for you or would you like more bubble wrap? For non critical items, I am fine coming here. But for critical and/or fragile items, I want to see it packed if I am paying for them to pack it.

Had to do a shipment with FedEx. In and out in less than 30 seconds. Hard to beat this kind of friendly service.

Amateur hour.

Ive used the FedEx shipping, internal copying and bindery and the PC services @ this store. First off, was going to say go to the Jeronimo store for later hours, but the local RSM store has extended hours till 11pm! Nice! For late night projects or quick PC stuff this is a nice option in town. Behind counter service has been pleasant and professional. Copy machines are in great working order. I like the option on the machines to pull a document on the WWW from a service like DropBox and then download and print. The machines can also read USB thumb drives too. PDF and MS Office docs print direct, nice! So hard copy is not your only choice for output. FedEx service has been good also. Watch cut off times, call if you dont know them. We all can procrastinate and that is sometimes when the FedEx services are busy, cut off times. Be nice and expect reasonably slower services around these times. TIP: Leave a 1/8 to 1/4 gutter around the edges of your docs for best results. TIP TIP: Snacks are @ Shell if you need em. TIP TIP TIP: If you want something fancier than stock 20# bond white if they arent too busy the behind counter people will squeeze a job for you. Might be a wait if theyre slammed.
