Dropped off a package yesterday around noon, they even gave me a receipt but it still is not Showing up in UPS system and its been 20 plus hours now because they probably have not put it in the system yet. Dropped off an important International Documents envelope a few months back, same thing happened, it didnt move until I called them and nudged them to hand it over to UPS pick up truck. That international Package got delayed by two days. They do NOT Have any urgency to ship your package. Slowest ever UPS Store employees. UPS SHOULD INTERVENE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION. THIS LOCATION IS BRINGING DOWN THE NAME OF UPS

Came to return an amazon purchase and this UPS store charges $2 to print your shipping label. Good job guys! Way to rip off a customer for no reason. $2 to print a piece of paper? Not even a sticker label. Just a black ink printed piece of 8.5x11 paper.

I like this UPS store because they take care of me whenever I come here. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. They package up things I need shipped, and do so much more for me. This is conveniently located and it is not far from my home. I highly recommend this store

I always come here to this UPS store because they help me with my Amazon returns, they can print out labels for you for $2 because I don’t have a printer at home and that’s nothing to complain about.They also helped me with notarizing and I can mail out USPS mail here as well.Staff is always professional and helpful!

Most of the staff at this store is underqualified. Worst experience ever in the 4 times I have tried to work with this location. Other than that its convenient for DIY.

Received really poor service when looking to get cost estimates for shipping framed pictures. Tall bearded gentleman that was attempting to help me had a bad attitude and gave me an estimated cost 300 times higher than another local competitor. His price was $110.00 per unit. I found another local vendor that gave me a price of $23.00 to $25.00 per unit. Talk about a rip off!!! Additionally, when I expressed my thoughts that this was a ridiculous cost he became sarcastic and rude. Ill never return to this store.

I have been here several times, from mailing to dropping off. The staff is always pleasant. I have also had a live scan here. It seems like they might be understaffed at times if someone is helping a customer getting live scanned or mailing a large box item, the line can back up. Although the hassle of having to wait I do love this location as its convenient and easy to get too. They are always nice and apologetic if you have to wait.

For good service look elsewhere. Your typically overpriced pack and mail service. When your in desperate and need something tight now the place will do. Last couple of times Ive been in and dealt with Brian and he is rude clearly doesnt care about customers. I would rather drive down the road to the A-1 mail they may not be a slick, but at least theyre nice.

Went in for live scan. Not a person in the store and was told those services are by appointment only. Fair enough until I was told appointments are only from 10-4 each day. Ummm I work! And she said she can do the scan but she was just too busy. Wow. Excellent customer service, or none at all? Needless to say I told her I would find somewhere else!

Great place to ship the Christmas packages! Excellent packing job with a choice of delivery options. Friendly staff.
