I came in on a Friday and in less than a week I already have to take the braids out. The experience was subpar. As soon as I walked in and showed the style I wanted, the lady made a grimace.. I asked if it’s because they can’t do that style and she told me “no it’s just everyone wants that now”. That should’ve been my sign to go but I needed my hair done. They didn’t know I understood French and Haitian Creole and was speaking about my choice of hair color in a disrespectful way (613 mixed with 27 which I’ve done before and loved). The lady apologized after realizing I understood what they said. The total was more than I was told at the beginning. Not worth the price at all, I would’ve taken it out 3 days after but kept thinking about how much I’ spent! It was done so tight, too much gel, and the ends were not even so I only wore it in a bun or ponytail. I usually get a lot of compliments when I get braids.. not this time. The woman before me had issues with her hairstylist too and being overcharged. Just an overall gossip environment and people who looked like they hated what they did for a living. My scalp is still sore from last week. I do not recommend here. Save your time and money.

I was dissatisfied with my experience at the salon. I got medium knotless braid two months ago for one price and this morning 8/22 I went in for the same medium knotless braids but was told the price would be $60 more then what I paid last time. The owner kept coming up with different excuses as to why the price was more this time even though it was the same exact style, same braiding hair I provided as last time, even the same person was going to do my hair. I made a suggestion to the owner for her future clients that way this confusion is avoided for someone else. Highly dissatisfied and won’t be going back there.

I had a wonderful experience at eflow hair salon they were able to take me and my niece at the same time and they did a wonderful job, especially the hospitality was so good they were very nice to us from how they answered the phone, booking the appointment, and checking in making sure we were happy with our services and at the end taking pictures and overall the kindness went a long way!!! I definitely will book again and I’m very happy!

So honestly when I first went there everything was fine coming along the second time when I went there I noticed the prices kept changing then I kept calling to see if the prices will change again and they still kept changing so come in to find out I was being overcharged for something that I usually get and it’s always the same thing it’s nothing different and I’ve been being overcharged this whole time. It came to the point where I had to walk out on them because these people 🤔 think they can play this game with me well I sure enough played it better.

This is my first time at this Salon. I booked an appoint for 8:00 am.. I did not get in until 8:10. No one was there to do my hair until closer to 9:00 am. When my hair was finished I told the owner that I did not like my hair. He tried to charge $219.00 for a hairstyle that I was not happy with. I give him $200.00 and left. I called the wife and she said oh customer service is very important to us can you send me a picture of your hair and we will schedule another appointment for you. She gave me her husbands telephone number. I called owner (husband) and spoke with him, told him I would be available the following Saturday at 10:00 am. He said he will check the schedule and call me back. He NEVER called. Eflow Hair Salon is very unprofessional, they only care about money and DO NOT care about their customers. I will never go back there again or recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience. We needed this salon in Randolph. Cant wait to spread the word. I watch the owner interact with everyone that came through the door. All staff was very mindful of social distancing and cleaning after each client left the chair.
