Always a horrible experience at this location. They have the worst service to go along with gas station prices. Im convinced they are doing shady business too. I purchased an item that the manufacturer printed a price on and they refused to honor that set price. Of course trying to charge almost double the real price. Not the type of neighborhood convenience store you expect. Even though the location is very convenient, I will be traveling out of my way to another store. Dont subject yourself to the disrespect and rudeness of this establishment.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I definitely would have. But onto my terrible ass experience that I no longer wish to or have to deal with! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😨😨😨😐😠😞😔🤭😑😧😵😦😯🤐😵🤢🤮The rude, ignorant Indian guy with the glasses (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE VERY SHORT NICE GUY) is the reason my entire family never ever goes there any more. I went there one afternoon and was checking out using my debit card and I pressed the “us debit” option instead of the right option and he told me my card was declined. I said “Really?! Oh that’s not possible maybe I pressed the wrong button.” I said that because my balance was 4,835. I went to try again after he pressed a few buttons and he yelled at me, “I said it was declined, you don’t have the money!” As he proceed to take my items, while mumbling a bunch of rude comments and vigorously shaking his head. There was only one other person in the store so I didn’t understand his need to rush none the less be so shockingly rude. I went to the atm in the corner and pulled out $200 (way more than necessary but needed to prove a point) and went to the counter and placed the money on the corner and said, “I guess I did have money after all. It wouldn’t have hurt to let me try one more time would it?!” As I was leaving he said many derogatory slurs and demeaning comments.I was oh so very shocked at the whole experience. I honestly hate when I go to an establishment that my family and I spend plenty of money in daily and receive terrible customer service. Richdale’s in Randolph, Ma. will never get another red cent from me or any of my family members!Shame on you Richdale’s for hiring and continuing to employ there subpar employees. If they hate their job so much they should have made better life choices and/or just find another job that they enjoy doing so they don’t ruin other people’s day. Disrespect is not a part of customer service with is 90% of that job description.

The lady that usually works in the morning. Talks way too much on the phone doesnt pay attention to the costumers i was there u 15 minutes in line no one in line bit me. She finished her convesation thrn decided to serve me. It was really annoying seriously wait til ur break. I had an appointment i was so mad she didnt seen to care
