I am giving 2 stars because they actually replied within 24hrs of my email so that was great but to my dismay the reply was lacking any help. I sent a detailed list of six items I was looking for to do a project. I asked for model# of recommended products and an estimate. All I got in the reply from Scott Cameron (tech support & sales) was we dont have black strip light, only white. Nothing about any of the other items. No quotes nothing. Maybe someone else willing to help and make a sale will reach out to me.

Amazing place. I found them online and the amount of information on their website is fantastic. I was able to plan my project using their guides. Once I had figured out most of what I was doing I contacted them via e-mail. Dave M. answered multiple e-mails from me in a prompt, thorough, and informative way. This really helped me fine tune and know that I was proceeding in the correct way. I could not be happier with my experience here. I will definitely order from them again.
