They open at 10…. Its 10:40, the big “OPEN” sign is on, but the door is locked and Im pretty sure theres nobody inside. Nobody is answering the phone either.

Sold me a defective battery and luckily they dont have a trade in or return policy

BUYERS BEWARE! Went in to buy a battery, asked to see before I bought was told that I wasnt allowed to view it, should have gotten the hint then but gave them the benefit of doubt.Bought the battery and got handed the box which had a clear film on the outside. You could visibly see that it had oil marks and looked used. Asked for another box and they rudely refused and started raising their voice. Claimed there was no returns and since I touched the outside of the box without opening it that he couldnt take it back any longer. I was just handed the box and was confused as I had it for no more than 25 seconds before I could see it wasnt new inside.Came home opened the box and it was definitely used and the battery doesnt work (similar to other reviews on here).

Great service and really good prices! I went in to get a bubbler and wasnt sure what would be easiest for me. I was shown something I didnt know existed and is absolutely perfect for me. Definitely my place to get my glass pieces. EDIT: I think it matters who is working. Went back to get Hemp Wick and think I was seriously over charged. Live and learn.

Very disappointed with this business. I walked in and discussed buying an item from the store with the owner. He was awesome and discussed a couple of different options with the devices he had. However, he informed me that they didnt have the item I wanted in stock. I was told the item was ordered and would be there in 2-3 days. It has now been over two weeks and the item has still not arrived. I have called handful of times to hear stories of how the snow storm delayed the shipment. Mind you the storm came more than a week after the item was to be in the store. Also, there are two stores.I was then told the item has finally arrived but it is at the other location. You think that someone may pick up the phone to make arrangements for the item to be brought over to this location. Yet, here I am without the product.

Sold me on the fact that the flavor producers are local, with a great price on a 60 mL bottle. Don’t remember the staff’s name but he was working the evening of Sunday August 26th. Highly recommended!

Life style vape is a great place to go to when you need help with your mods and vape juice. They have a wall full of juice containing 0mg of nicotine, 3mg, and even 6mg of nicotine. But I dont know about higher ones because I only go for like 3mg or 6mg. But overall they deserve 5 stars.

Felt very rushed and was given the wrong flavor at checkout. I asked for a menthol flavor 3mg nicotine and was given non menthol. I even asked asked again at checkout to confirm this was the menthol and the cashier said yes so he could get to the next customer. Know youre own products.

First time customer and last time I enter this store.. Bought a vape pen 10 days ago and no longer works... looks like the internals heated up and melted the outside, the kid didnt help much besides tell me I have to call the company who makes the product to get it fixed.. if this company stood behind what they sell that should have been an easy exchange and the company takes it up with the manufacturer. Not have me do it.

First time in today, got helped out by Matt. Walked in and immediately realized this shop is head and shoulders over the other shops Ive seen in the area. 10/10, theyll take care of you.

Got a nice vape pen for Christmas it didnt work from the get-go it gave little tiny hits when it was on the highest volt and then the light would start blinking like the battery was dead after fully charging it again it did the same thing all while draining my oil because it wasnt burning because it would not get hot enough. I tried to exchange it for a new one the man that works there told me he had to test it. When he put his oil in the light blinked like it was dead so he was going to charge it even though it was fully charged so I told him that was part of the problem he takes off the oil he had put on it and says oh theres juice all in it yep because it keeps draining my oils and not burning them because its broken 100% broken according to him its not and he will not exchange it for a new one. As a first-time customer walking in I will never go back nor will I tell any of my friends to go there or anybody that asks. I feel as that is bad customer service because there was clearly something wrong with it it was brand new its not like I was asking to exchange this very expensive items it was less than $20 not very good business. So now I have to send it back to the company that made it. Thanks Lifestyle

Great store, awesome staff! Scott helped me get started with vaping by giving great advice on vapes and helping me get something that would work out well for me. Im now on day number 26 of only vaping and continue to travel over a half hour to this store because of how helpful and supportive they are. Matt and Scott are both fantastic people and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend this store!!

So this is my 4th vape pen from this place in the span of 3 months. First vape stopped working within 2-3 days, brought it back and owner was actually helpful. I then came back a 2 weeks later, with the same problem. I ended up purchasing the same product again because the owner wasn’t there. About a month later the same thing. Owner wasn’t there, I was in a rush so I just purchased a different type of pen and about a month later same thing. So I purchased a different type, more upscale, and again that stopped working yesterday. So I stop by again to meet a person who I would assume is new, tells me that they don’t have a return policy, but I can buy a new one if I’d like. I was looking to see if they can just provide me with a discount at the very least and nothing. So at this point, they will no longer have my business and I urge anyone buying from this place to not even bother. A place that doesn’t stand behind what they sell, is no place that should be open and selling to the public. I would never recommend anyone to spend their money at a place that operates 1-dimensionally.

Convienent location right off route 24, this vape shop is easy to get too and chocked full of amazing vape juice and devices. Its bar style set up is a great place to chill and sample e-juice.
