The entire team at Route 138 Motor Car Company were excellent! I felt so comfortable here and the entire transaction seemed very personalized. I have horrible credit, that included a repo, but Mark somehow was able to get me financed. They all went above and beyond, Bob even let me pick up my registration from him on his day off! I’ve had my vehicle for a few weeks now, it’s running beautifully, it’s everything I expected and more! I will DEFINITELY be back when it’s time for my next vehicle!

I went in midweek, as part of my journey through Massachusetts looking for a used car. The owner mark was overbearing and pushy, and when I mentioned I wanted to finance through my bank he insisted that if I bought a car there I would have to use their financing company. I have good credit, I just cant find a car with the shortages right now. I looked at a BMW, with well over a hundred thousand miles on it for close to $36,000. I started laughing so hard I had to walk away for a minute. I ended up at a dealership on route 44 on the raynham and Taunton line, where I bought a 2020 Expedition with under 25k miles for $38,500. I would avoid Mark and this dealership if at all possible. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time.

I bought a ford focus here a couple of years ago, and was completely scammed. The car was faulty and the transmission broke 1 month into buying and Ive had to get my transmission done 3 times now, and when I call to talk to the owner I never get a call back. If I could rate negative stars I would. This place has had my deposit for a month and Mark keeps giving me the run around about the bank funding my loan. I spoke to the bank today and it was funded and they gave them the loan 4 days later!!! So when I go to get my money back he tells me he won’t go back on the deal and WILL NOT issue me a refund of my $2000 deposit! This place and Mark is not good!!! Don’t go here
